Weekly Buzz 9/25/25: Prime Big Deal Days | Bradley’s Launch Strategy | New Amazon PPC Series
Speaker 1:
On this week's episode of The Weekly Buzz, we have Prime Big Deal Days, Bradley's latest product launch strategy, and a brand new series by Helium 10 that can help you learn to effectively manage and grow your Amazon business using PPC.
This and more on this week's episode of The Weekly Buzz.
Speaker 2:
How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think. Hello, everybody, and welcome to another episode of the Serious Sellers Podcast by Helium 10. This is the show that is our Helium 10 weekly buzz,
where we give you a rundown of all the goings on in the Amazon TikTok shop and e-commerce world. We let you know what new features that Helium 10 has,
as well as give you a training tip of the week that'll give you serious strategies for serious sellers of any level in the e-commerce world. Today's host is actually going to be Carrie Miller.
So, Carrie, take it away and let us know what's buzzing.
Speaker 1:
So this week we have some great news for you. So let's go ahead and get into the first piece of news which is Prime Big Deal Days which is back October 7th and 8th, okay?
So now really is the time to get yourself optimized for Q4 in preparation for this event because it's the first one to kind of kick off Q4.
And you can still as of right now set up your Prime exclusive discounts and if you have Helium 10 ads,
You might want to consider increasing your budgets or doing maybe like a bid increase in bulk to adjust for the large amount of traffic that we're going to be having during those days.
So got to get all that ready to go so you don't run out of money in your campaigns and your budgets. So my question for everyone watching is what do you plan to do for Prime Deal Days? Are you running deals or coupons?
What is your plan with ads? Really interested to know. So let us know in the comments below and share that with others who are watching. Okay, so let's go ahead and get into the next piece of news,
which is that Walmart is also going to be running deals in October. And they actually are running their deals a little bit longer. So at the same time, they're going to be running from October 7th to the 12th.
And shoppers don't need a Walmart Plus membership to take advantage of the deals on Walmart, but they do need to have it if they want early access to the deal. So there are some products that people might want to have that, you know,
Walmart Plus membership in order to get those before they sell out. So it's definitely something if you are selling on Walmart, you want to take advantage of this, get your products in with the deals.
And hopefully we'll have the biggest launch of Q4 ever. And going into our next piece of news, which actually kind of goes along with what I just talked about, is that Amazon is fulfilling Walmart orders.
And we actually talked about this months ago. We announced a while back that Walmart now, you know,
they changed their terms of service to allow for sellers to fulfill orders from their Amazon inventory as long as the products are delivered in a plain unbranded box.
It's kind of an interesting change knowing that Amazon and Walmart are really competing especially with these deal days in October and then we'll go into Black Friday and the rest of Q4.
But this is just something to keep in mind that you can utilize your Amazon inventory to fulfill your Walmart orders and they actually announced it, you know, in Accelerate as well.
So it really is official that Amazon is fulfilling these orders and Walmart has, you know, announced officially that it is within their terms of service. So don't be worried because I know in the past you were kind of,
you got in trouble if you did this, but now it's completely fine. And something else to keep in mind is that if you're using MCF,
you can also use it to fulfill your TikTok shop orders and you can set this up super fast and easy using Helium 10. So if you haven't done that, you should definitely take advantage of that.
It makes it kind of easy to keep all of your inventory in one place, especially if you're, you know, selling from overseas. So really great news there. And next up we have Outsource To Optimize,
which is a brand new series that I'm actually doing with Destiny Wishon and she's from Better Media, PPC expert. And this is going to be all focused on ads.
Now, the story behind this is that I was outsourcing to an agency for my pay-per-click advertising. So I have a lot going on and it didn't go very well.
So I'm actually having Destiny kind of coach me out of the rut that happened and back to managing my own pay-per-click advertising.
She's helping me with strategies to not only clean it up after kind of having it messed up a little bit from an agency, but also helping me to grow my Amazon sales through PPC.
So this is a really, really great series for anyone who is in the same boat where you're like, I have this agency, but I'm kind of afraid to do this myself.
This will help you to gain the confidence to be able to manage your own PPC yourself. But also it's really good for brand owners. Even if you are still using an agency,
it's really good to just kind of understand better how to Take a look at your pay-per-click advertising, making sure that they're doing a good job so that you can manage it as well without kind of just running blind.
So really excellent series and we'll have a link to be able to sign up. So you just put your email in to sign up and we have weekly live AMAs.
So Destiny is going to be doing some AMAs with me and then also we have pre-recorded things where she's actually walking me through things in my own business and show my It adds console and everything. So check it out.
It's going to be amazing. And I think all of you will really get a lot of great tidbits out of that. Okay, so back to Amazon news.
The next piece of news is actually an announcement that was made in Amazon Seller Central and it's about the new FBA fulfillment fee discount on Amazon business bulk orders. So this is effective September 24th, which is yesterday.
You can actually access the Amazon business fulfillment by Amazon FBA fee discount to help you grow your business sales. So to qualify,
you just need to set up a business price or a quantity discount of 3% or more off of your standard price. And if you want more information and details, you can go to the Amazon Business FBA Multi-Unit Fulfillment Fee Discount page.
So Amazon Business helps you reach more than 8 million business customers who typically order larger quantities with lower return rates than individual customers.
So if you are the type of product where your product is being purchased by businesses or could be purchased by businesses in bulk, this is really something you should take a look at.
I've actually talked to some people that have started implementing this and they did see a good increase in their sales. Definitely something to check out.
And next up, we have a strategy of the week with Bradley Sutton, and this is all about title density. So take it away, Bradley.
Speaker 2:
Now, what is title density? Title density is this metric that we created where it measures how many listings on page one have the searched search term, like if somebody searches a search term, in the title, in exact phrase form.
We have found that this is a great way to determine how easy or difficult it might be to get on page one. It's not like a no deal kind of thing.
College and Peptides, if you're a big College and Peptides manufacturer, the title density is like 40, meaning 40 out of the first 50 listings on page 1 all have that word in the title.
It doesn't mean, oh, I'm not going to sell College and Peptides because, oh my goodness, it's going to be hard to get on page 1, but it's just an indicator.
For example, and by the way, where this lives is any Helium 10 tool that has keyword data, whether you're in Blackbox, whether you're in Bagged it, whether you're in Cerebro.
But what's cool is here in BlackBox, I can actually find product opportunity based on this for someone who want. Here, I'm searching between 1,000 and 5,000 search volume in the home and kitchen category,
and I've got a few keywords here that come up. Look at this, closet shoe storage, title density of one. So what does that mean? When I look at this, this is something I've searched thousands of times,
and there is nobody other than one listing on this page that has the exact phrase closet shoe storage in it. What does that mean? That means if I'm making a product that is in this niche and that's one of my main keywords,
I put that keyword in my title. I'm almost from day one without even anything probably going to be on page one, and if not, it would take very little. That's just the way the Amazon algorithm works.
And so this helps you like uncover like some kind of hidden gem keywords or hidden gem niches that are, you know, like it could be an indication of something that's not saturated.
Just like I said, collagen peptides is saturated because there's so many listings on there with, you know, with this title on page one, but the fact that, hey, there's a highly searched term that nobody has it in the title almost,
it could be not always, but an indication that, hey, there might be opportunity.
Speaker 1:
Thank you so much, Bradley, for that strategy of the week. So if you haven't learned about title density before or you have not implemented this strategy,
definitely make that a plan of action for you today and go ahead and find those keywords that have a low title density so that you can potentially rank for those very quickly. All right, next, did you miss Amazon Accelerate?
Well, I have some great news for you because you can now watch the Amazon Accelerate sessions on demand. So you can watch the general sessions and the breakout sessions at Sell On Amazon, which is their YouTube account.
And each of these sessions really offers some strategies to help you grow your business. It gives you insights to what Amazon's doing. And any of the updates that they announced that you might have missed.
So if you missed Amazon Accelerate and you're having FOMO, you can go ahead and check this YouTube channel account out and you can see all the replays and get all that information firsthand from the source.
And last but not least, we have a brand new product launch strategy update that Bradley has done.
So he actually flew all the way to the Maldives to do a new Maldives Honeymoon Episode 700 And which is actually out now and you can go to h10.me forward slash 700. He has completely updated launch strategy.
He's been working really hard on making sure he knows all the ins and outs and updates for launching a product on Amazon. So if you're launching a product soon, you definitely want to check this episode out or even if you're not,
you might get some new strategies just to kind of re-optimize your strategies that you're utilizing right now. So check out that episode of the Serious Sellers Podcast.
Again, it's h10.me forward slash 700 and thank you all so much for listening this episode. That's all that I have for the news this week, but we'll see you again next week to see what's buzzing. Bye everyone.
