Most sellers obsess over their listing and PPC. What are they completely missing that could be the difference between one and $10 million brand? >> Yeah. So, most of the sellers are missing a few key things when it comes to new products. They just developed the same old products as they would what doing 10 20k a month maybe. We are doing a lot of cool stuff with AI right now. And I will also add before I say what we are doing now is I'm always focused on what's always been working. Hey Tor, what's going on? >> Hey me, I'm very well. How are you? >> I'm excellent. I'm so excited because I heard you are speaking at this upcoming event, Ecommastery.AI and this is such an incredible event. E-commerce, all the channels. We're going to be talking about all the channels and AI, uh, all the advances in AI and how we in e-commerce thrive during this time. All of this is emerging at this event and there's going to be lots of stages. It's going to be really cra crazy and incredible for both beginners all the way through to multi-million dollar sellers. Uh and you are speaking about beyond the buy button next level selling. And I can't wait to just ask you a few questions, get some insights on your talk. >> Yeah, I'm super excited. I haven't been to the US for a number of years now. Is I've been living in Thailand for the past three and a half years. So very excited to be coming uh all the way to the US uh to spend some time with you and Kevin and the rest of the the rest of the amazing sellers that you have there. >> Awesome. So Tor, you talk about selling beyond the buy button. Most sellers obsess over their listing and PPC. What are they completely missing that could be the difference between 1 million and a $10 million brand? >> Yeah, there are basically three pillars that sellers are missing. One is profit, one is sales, and one is everything to do with systems and their team. So when it comes to new products, they just develop the same old products as they would what doing 10 20k a month. Maybe they need to go after much bigger fish developing products that will do 50k or 100k a month in sales to really try to get through that mark of eight figures. Um the other thing is they don't really have a team in place. They might hire a whole bunch of people to work underneath themselves, but they don't have any middle management uh people to manage those other people for them. And then the third thing is they're probably only selling on Amazon or 99% of their sales are coming from Amazon. And that's a mistake these days, especially with AI, especially with Tik Tok and Shopify and everything going on there. There's actual real competition to Amazon right now, which is great for us as sellers. >> I love it. And you know, at this event, we're going to be talking about all of the major e-commerce channels, not just Amazon. And we're going to be talking about Tik Tok shop, Amazon, Shopify, all everything that you can do in e-commerce that you should do along with how do you utilize AI to its maximum potential. So, what's one strategy that you've implemented in the last six months that most sellers haven't even heard of yet? Something that's working for you right now? >> We are doing a lot of cool stuff with AI right now. And I will also add before I say what we are doing now is I'm always focused on what's always been working. So, this is why like developing innovative products, doing products that no one has done before is always going to be a good idea. Uh doesn't matter if it's like right now in five years from now. So that that's the one caveat I want to mention. What we are doing now as an example with AI is we are taking all of the data from sellerboard which is a software that a lot of cells use and we analyze that data to show what recommendations we have for sellers, what they should be focused on next, what they're still missing in their business and we just manipulate data to just uh answer questions that we want to we want to get. So I think a lot of cells don't know how to look at data effectively these days. And if you just upload a CSV file to JHP, it's not going to cut it. You need to know how to analyze it properly to make the most out of it. So you want to feed it with some some sort of a knowledge base that you already have and then it can give you a lot of a lot of cool stuff you should be doing. >> You know, I can completely understand that because a lot of sellers that are coming to me for consulting are missing. They they are not understanding their numbers. they're kind of still in that haze and there's a lot that they need to be looking at in terms of just getting back to basics as well as understanding how to analyze and what is moving the lever. So for your advanced sellers in the audience in Nashville, what is one takeaway from your talk that could change their business trajectory this year? >> My goal is to show them if all of them can get to eight figures if they just take the necessary steps to get there. I'm going to show them examples of brands I've worked with, a brand that is at the event as well and how uh I'm helping them to get to eight figures as well. And I I'm really it's really important what you just said, which is back to basics. I think basics is where the money is. Money is in PPC, it's in products, it's in your team, it's in the system that you have. The money is not in hacks or tricks or whatever is like trending right now. There is always like shiny obstac. But money is really being made with the simple stuff in the basic stuff. It doesn't make it any easier. It's very difficult, but that's where the money is. >> I cannot wait to hear your talk in Nashville. I know that there are so many people who are either considering getting into e-commerce who need this information all the way to the advanced 8 figureure seller already that is maybe missing things that they could be pulling tens of thousands of dollars out of their business every year. >> Yeah. Great. I want to add one more thing, Amy, if that's okay. So for all of those that are coming and like never sold anything online in terms of physical products with AI on the rise, a lot of people are going to be out of a job uh or already out of a job and I think it's going to be a while until people stop shopping for physical products. That's that's not ending anytime soon. And I think people like us that have been in the space for a long time are very happy this is what we're doing because we're just seeing this is going to have a big rise already in how people shop, how people do things and you just need to stay uh relevant and to know what's going on and this is what this event is for.
