Even if you're a beginner, let's say you're going to lose your job due to AI and you're wondering what can I do? Can I start something in e-commerce? Can I build a business? Tik Tok is a great channel to do that. And what a better way to learn about it than from you because Tiffany, you're doing $21 million a year on Tik Tok shop. Hey Tiffany, so great to see you. I'm so excited to talk to you. >> Oh, hey Amy. How you doing? >> I'm great. I'm so excited for our upcoming event, Ecommastery.ai, happening in Nashville, Tennessee, early April. You are going to be talking about the power of social commerce and how Tik Tok leads the way. How excited are you to be speaking at this event? >> I I am so excited and I'm really excited to talk about Tik Tok because I feel like it's one of those things where I get to remind everybody of everything that they already know they should be doing. Sometimes new channels are a mystery for people and I know so many of our e-commerce sellers are really wanting to get into Tik Tok. And even if you're a beginner, let's say you're going to lose your job due to AI and you're wondering what can I do? Can I start something in e-commerce? Can I build a business? Well, Tik Tok is a great channel to do that. And what a better way to learn about it than from you because Tiffany, you're doing $21 million a year on Tik Tok shop. Most Amazon sellers think Tik Toks is just for, you know, teenagers dancing. What would you say to them? Okay, but that's the mindset that keeps people off of Tik Tok. It is not a teenager platform anymore. Literally, I mean, everybody in every age group is on Tik Tok constantly. So, they're not opening Tik Tok to be entertained all the time. They're opening Tik Tok and they're expecting to be influenced by something. So, why not if you're already creating the content for different platforms? Why not just put that content on Tik Tok and see what happens? It's not going to hurt anything. >> Oh, yeah. I mean, I have seen people who just started to dip their toe into Tik Tok and grew so so fast and it was just like a whirlwind for them and so many businesses have just blown up because of Tik Tok. So, I'm excited to learn from you about that. You have done it yourself and you're going to be giving us kind of a road map. So, the Tik Tok halo effect where Tik Tok sales drive 60 to 70% more sales on Amazon sounds almost too good to be true, but I've seen it. I have seen it happen. Can you can you break down how that actually works and why most sellers are leaving money on the table? >> Okay. Everybody's leaving money on the table because I don't think that they think through the entire process of that how that happens. You know, we as Amazon sellers, they love to look at all the analytics, but the analytic they're missing is the fact that people still really don't trust Tik Tok. So, they're on Tik Tok to be influenced, but then they go to a trusted platform like Amazon where they want their Amazon Prime. They want their card information already stored and they want confidence and so they are actually being influenced on Tik Tok coming over to Amazon and they're purchasing on Amazon, but people don't see those analytics and so they forget to think about that all the time. >> Yeah. I mean, when we think something like 87% of Americans are Prime members, that is so easy for them. they're already paying that fee. They want that free shipping. They want all of that and they're not they're not there yet on Tik Tok. So, even if they are there on Tik Tok, we're seeing so much trickleover effect happening on Amazon, on Shopify, so many people's other e-commerce channels. So, one more question for you. If an Amazon seller comes to your session in Nashville with zero Tik Tok experience, what's the first thing they should do when they get home to start capturing that halo effect? They need to just repost and reuse uh all the content they already have and they need to make it super simple. If you have a product and especially if you develop that product, you are the most passionate about it. We are just going to do some quick videos explaining why people need it. The same pitch you would give everybody else all the time. We're just going to upload it. We're going to hit that button and we are not intending to go viral. We just need that presence on there. Um and then magical things happen. I love that. That makes sense. And hopefully people can come to this event, understand all the channels because we're going to be covering all the channels. We're going to be covering how to use the latest and greatest in AI to maximize your efforts on all of these channels. We're going to have stages for beginners all the way through to advanced. There's going to be parties every day. Really cool events. It is just unlike anything you've ever experienced before. So, I can't wait to see you there.
