The 7 Best Businesses to Start in 2026 Speaker 1: If you want to launch a seven figure business in 2026, I've done most of the hard work for you. I went and did research into seven markets that I think are going to boom in 2026. So you can feel free to steal these. Steal the product ideas so that you can build a multimillion dollar business over the next 12 months. If you're new here, my name is Ryan Daniel Moran. I help entrepreneurs build seven figure businesses and I serve as an investor and an advisor to brands that are following the formula that I pioneered in my book called 12 months to 1 million. So if you use this list of ideas to start your multimillion dollar business in 2026, I might invest in what you have going on. on. Now these are not small start a blog side hustle type of businesses. These are real brand ideas that have a shot at hitting 7 mid 7 even 8 figure businesses over the next couple of years. So please feel free to steal them and I'll give you all of the niche research and how I would attack it through the rest of this video. Now, let's remember the golden rule of building 7 figure brands is if you have a high margin product, that is marketed to a very specific group of people. That's the path to victory. So if you choose a group of people to serve, then you can have multiple high margin products that you can release to them. We don't do it in the opposite direction. We don't go product first. We go person first. This is everything that I believe about building seven figure businesses. And in this market in 2026, we want to be Premium. We want to be high margin. We want to be more expensive than everybody else. We do not want to try to compete on price and be the lowest cost option in any market. It's just not the play in 2026. So we want to go high margin, very specific to a group of people. If you follow that rule, Then all of these markets and all of these ideas have a really good shot at being multi-million dollar businesses. Believe me, I did the research. Business idea number one is perimenopause supplements or overall perimenopause support. One of the ways that I look for big markets is I look at something that's proven and then I apply it to another group of people. The men's hormone replacement market is a multi-billion dollar industry and it's boomed all over the country in the last 10 years. And get this, the Testosterone supplement market is even bigger. We have seen a huge swell in men's health over the last 10 years, specifically men who are dealing with hormonal issues or hormonal changes. We see clinics popping up all over the place and supplements and Shots and biohacking, but women have not seen the same boom until now. Now there is a wave happening in the same direction, but for women. In fact, the influencer and author Peter Atiyah recently said that he thought That paramenopause and menopause was the great failure of medicine over the last 50 years and other influencers are catching up to this trend. I have personal friends and family members who have had complete life changes because they started optimizing for their hormones once they started to enter paramenopause and menopause. Here's the best part. There aren't a lot of brands or companies trying to compete in this market right now. So you've got a lot of noise, you've got a lot of tailwinds, and you don't have a lot of people talking about this to their customers. I was able to find a couple examples of brands that are selling supplements to this market, and they're doing okay, but they could do a lot better. This first one is called Amberin and what I like about this product is their branding looks really premium. This almost looks medicinal. This is calling out to the ideal target market. They don't have a ton of reviews. They're not using a ton of proof. This could be a better listing and overall this brand could do a better job. The second example is called Symphony. And I love the branding on this product. I'm showing this to you so you can see what a premium high margin product should look like. These are two really good examples of this. But these are really the only competitors in this space and also Neither of these products have that many reviews. So these are high margin products without a lot of competition. And I went and looked up the volume. There's a lot of volume in this market. If you want to see how to develop a supplement company, I have a whole video about that. So you can outline your branding and your price points and how to position yourself differently from everybody else. And I can tell you as somebody who's in the supplement world, there's not a lot of people in this market who are doing it well. This market is just ripe for the taking in 2026 and beyond to be a multi seven figure business. And it's just waiting for one young, hungry entrepreneur who cares about this market in order to do a great job, have great branding and give it a year to build a million dollar business. Paramanipause is my number one business idea for 2026. All right, business idea number two for 2026. Natural fragrances and natural hair care. There is a boom happening in the natural personal care space and it's specifically happening for men. In the last couple of years, Unilever, the big conglomerate, bought two very interesting businesses. One was Nutraful, the hair growth supplement that you see everywhere now. They paid $1.2 billion. For a hair supplement business. And then in 2025. They bought Dr. Squatch. Unknown Speaker: They bought Dr. Speaker 1: Squatch for $1.5 billion. These are personal care brands that generally target men. So if we look at where the big money is going, we say, okay, what else does that market buy that is in the same field? So what else will be a natural product that people want to buy? I think the obvious answer is natural fragrances and natural hair care. Nobody has really come out with natural fragrances and done a really good job of it. So how would you market something like this? You would take the same playbook that Dr. Squatch used when they said, why would you put these chemicals on your balls? They said balls. You shouldn't. You should use our natural skincare line instead. You would do the same thing with fragrances. You would say, In these fragrances, there's this chemical and there's this chemical and this chemical, but ours just uses natural vanilla and cinnamon and cloves or whatever you have in your natural fragrance. If you go in that direction, you will win this market. There are no brands who are specifically targeting natural cologne and doing it to a group of people in a way that shows the benefits of choosing natural products. But the brands that do will win. This is a multi-million dollar opportunity. There's also an opportunity to have natural hair care. I looked. There's almost nobody that is doing hair care like pomade and clay and matte finishes and gels and doing it naturally. I was able to find one example of a brand that's doing it okay. It's this one. They're called Johnny Slicks and this is an okay job at this approach. They've got a decent following and they've got okay price points. Their volume is really good. They're selling a lot of product. They've got decent imagery. Don't have a lot of reviews. Don't have a big social media following. I don't think they're leaning into the benefits of being natural. They're not casting any stones at why would you put this crap on your scalp? It goes right into your brain. There should be a video about all the chemicals that are sitting on your scalp and going into your brain and disrupting your endocrine system or whatever the heck it's called. I don't know. I don't care. But it would be good marketing for you to know and for you to say it. Lean on the benefits of going natural and you'll win this market. I couldn't find any other good examples of somebody doing this. But if you look at the Google trends of this market, it's exploding. This is a market that is in its early phases. That has been proven to be wanted by big groups. This is an obvious win. Someone watching this, please go start a natural fragrances and natural haircare line, specifically for men. It's wide open, the market's booming, the price points are great. This is a multi-million dollar opportunity. Here you go. Please go run with it. All right, business idea number three is cognitive health or nootropics. Specifically for seniors. One of the things I love to do is find markets that are winning and apply them to other groups of people. And the nootropics market has not yet hit boomers and seniors, but it's starting to happen. I'm old enough to remember when my parents' generation were buying ginkgo biloba because it was being advertised as a memory support. And if you look at some of the big brands on the shelves that are marketed to seniors, a lot of them are for overall memory, like memory support. Why? It's a problem for people who are getting older. Nootropics are going to make their way into that market next. Here's how we know. ADHD medications are at an all time high because people are being diagnosed later in life. It used to be that mental conditions like ADHD or autism or learning disabilities were diagnosed early in life. Now they're being diagnosed later in life from people who missed the boat. So mental health, mental performance, cognitive sharpness, Is in vogue for the 50 and over crowd. Brain support supplements are kind of still associated with Silicon Valley, young entrepreneurs, young people that is changing. So the over 50 crowd does not have a brand that specifically targets them and talks about cognitive support and nootropics. All the branding is done for, you know, people like us who are Still somewhat young and hot, but if we change the marketing to be for the over 50 crowd. Neutropics have a huge opportunity to explode. So how would you market this? Well, if we look at the pain points of the problems the over 50 crowd has, memory, energy, focus, we could develop Neutropics for each of those, or we could just have an all-in-one Neutropic that targets this market. And the best part about this is that the older crowd has more disposable income, so they're willing to spend more money for a high quality product, And their problems and pain points are more evident. So it's easier to target this group of people. I would recommend that you run Facebook ads and you do TikTok videos. That sounds something like the following is someone, you know, losing their memory. Does someone you know seem less sharp than they used to be? It may be because they're low in glutamate and other neurotransmitters. As we get older, the brain stops producing as much glutamate, which is necessary for neurotransmitters to support memory and cognitive. I just made that up. But the ad would flow like that. It would say, does someone you know suffer with this. It may be because of this thing that happens as we age. That's why we created this solution for it. That's the perfect ad flow for something like this to make someone say, Ooh, that sounds like my mom. I'm going to forward this to her. Or for an older person who is watching this to say, this sounds like me and this sounds like something that I need. I'm going to buy this. That's how you were going to get into this market. If you want to pursue this, I would recommend that you follow Dr. Daniel Amon's work. If you watch a few of his videos, You will discover more about brain health, especially for an aging population than you would ever want to know. It would also serve as great ideas for social media content that you could make in order to build an audience. So cognitive health for seniors. ...is a huge market. It is getting bigger and it is just prime and ready for someone to come in and develop some supplements to support this group of people at a very high margin to solve specific pain points. Boom. Multi-million dollar business. Please go launch this. So if you're liking this video so far, drop a like on this video and I got more multi-million dollar businesses coming your Oh my goodness, I would bet at least $7 on this. Number four, supplement shots. Supplement shots, not injections. I mean like drinks. I brought an example for you. So this is a brand called Z Biotics. This is a before you drink alcohol supplement. It's just a little shot. That you drink before you drink alcohol. I thought it was really interesting. So I bought someone, I saw him at the store partially because they're $12 a shot. This is the next wave of supplements. Do you remember Ali, the brand that only did gummies a couple of years ago? All they did was create a new delivery mechanism for a huge market. That's what supplement shots are going to be. The margins are insane. These are $12 a shot, which means that the margins on this are absolutely insane. Why can they do that? Because it's new and because the branding looks really good and because it's targeted to a very specific group of people. Where else do we see this being applied? There's a brand called Magic Mind. Unknown Speaker: Show them on the screen. Speaker 1: Magic Mind is a shot. Of a nootropic. I don't think it's that great of a product, but it's like $4 or $5 a shot. It's $99 a month. And so they have the margin to be able to advertise very aggressively because it's new. There's one other example I found that I love. It's called genius shot. This is Dr. Mike's company. Genius shot is a shot of protein. It's a supplement in a shot. I am telling you this is going to be the trend in supplements. We even saw it in the ready to drink protein market where Protein powders are kind of being replaced by ready to drink protein cartons. And now it's going to infiltrate the rest of the supplement world. Here are a few ideas for that. Instead of doing a pre-workout powder, you would do a pre-workout shot and you would make it look really good and you would make the best formula possible. And instead of having a pre-workout powder, you would just take a shot before you go work out. Instead of having digestive enzymes, you would have a pre or a post shot that had all those enzymes or probiotics to help you digest that meal. Nobody has innovated in digestive enzymes for a really long time. Nobody has innovated in supplements for a really long time. So if you just have a new mechanism, a new delivery for the same stuff, you're just gonna absolutely clean up. All right, idea number five, men's skincare. Men's skincare is already a $20 billion industry and it is projected to double by 2030. Now here's the thing about men's skincare. It's a growing market, but men don't like to talk about it. I'll give you an example that is a little bit embarrassing. A few years ago, I woke up and I looked in the mirror and realized that I had wrinkles. When the hell did that happen? I don't know. But I was like, I want to do something about this. And someone told me about a product that you can put like on your skin and your forehead that would Smooth them out. And I was like, Oh God, that's something, that's something chicks and gays do. Like I, and I did it and I actually, it actually worked and I was really surprised. And this opened my eyes to, okay, maybe there are other things that you can do for your parents that are somewhat helpful. And maybe I should look into some of this stuff. And I found that there are all of these products that just aren't marketed to men and don't make them comfortable pursuing this. But somebody who does is gonna crush it. There's one brand that does this well, and it's Caldera. Caldera does a great job of this. And here's what they do differently than everybody else. They have the same formulations as everybody else, the same products that are being marketed to women, but they don't market them in the same way. Instead of having the collagen booster with vitamin C, they have this product called the base layer. That's something that a man can understand. The branding looks good. The influencers that they partner with. Match who the customer wants to be. And the product is clear in what it does. And it's marketed directly towards the benefits that a men would want to experience. What most people will try to do is they'll take the benefits that worked in one category and they'll try to apply it to another category. It doesn't work in men's skincare. I don't care about your collagen boosting. I don't care about any of that. The base layer do this first. And then this, you know, does talk to me like I'm a dude. And make it look like I'm a dude and make it not embarrassing for people to see. People who do that are going to absolutely clean up. So this is a very good example, but it is the only brand that I see doing this well for men's skincare. This is a booming market already, but there is a trend that is going to make this boom even faster. I think clean shaven is going to make a comeback. Beards have been cool for 15 years. And why is that? Because it is a way that men could stand out from one another, have a really big beard, have a little pencil chin strap, have a mustache. Once the mustache becomes cool, you know, clean shaven is next. And when, when we're clean shaven, we have more skin to take care of. And I think we're going to have about a 20 year run of clean shaven being Cool again. And that means it's going to be a great day for men's skincare. Unfortunately, I also think that means in the next 10 to 20 years, men's makeup is going to be a thing. I refuse and I will not let my children or my descendants follow this trend. But I think it's going to be a thing. I think men's makeup is going to be a thing. Men's skincare, huge market, booming and very few people are doing it well. It's a great market to get into right now. Business idea number six, detox protocols for specific triggers. I am old enough to remember when colon cleanse supplements were new and being advertised all over TV. That is a really big market. There are thousands of products for that. And that market has kind of been done, but there's a lot of other health trends happening right now that there are not a lot of detox supplements for. For example, I happen to have a brand that is in the biohacking and anti-aging space. And so there's a lot of talk in this space about mold toxicity. Searches for mold toxicity are on the rise rapidly. Tests for mold toxicity are on the rise rapidly. People getting diagnosed with this or at least attributing their health problems to mold, it's a trend. It's a big emerging trend. And it is very hard to find detox protocols specifically for mold or detox protocols specifically for that medical procedure. A lot of us got in 2020. You know the one. And there are lots of people who would love to detox from that decision. There are people who would love to detox from parasites or fluoride in the water or whatever cool weird thing Robert F. Kennedy is talking about right now. Detox from pharmaceuticals or, you know, the stuff in the air that makes the frogs gay. When you don't laugh, Alex, I just feel horrible about myself. Unknown Speaker: I don't like them putting chemicals in the water that turn the frigging frogs gay. Speaker 1: Even things like EMF or radiation or Wi-Fi. If you develop specific protocols for detoxing from things that are emerging trends, some of these are going to be just as big as the colon cleanse trend was 15 years ago. And that was a huge trend that still to this day has many, many millions of dollars worth of market share. Remember, you only need to get to 25 sales a day at a $30 price point and have four products to have a million dollar business. So let's just go build a million dollar business and then we can grow this to 10. Nobody is doing this market well, and I suggest that you add it to your list of things to consider in 2026. I hope someone is watching this going, oh my goodness, that is like, that's the thing I'm gonna do that. I'm telling you, these markets are gonna be huge in 2026. I'm just telling you, Some people are going to watch this and they're going to go build a multi-million dollar business. And this is going to be the video that changes everything. I hope it's you. I mean, I looked at the data and the Google trends and the competition. These markets are so good, but I got one more and the seventh market for 2026. Is protein desserts. This is a market that I have loved for several years, but the technology hasn't quite been there yet. It's here now. There is a lot of innovation happening in the protein space. A good brand that was early to this trend would be Legendary Foods. Legendary Foods does a high protein pop tart alternative, and now they're starting to do doughnuts. and other snacks. This is an early indicator of trends that are coming. Also, there is new technology that is allowing for different types of proteins and smaller amounts of proteins to have the same results as a big protein scoop. Now, I'm nerding out on the science with you. All you need to know is that there's more options to create really cool protein products than has ever existed before in the past. Right now, protein is the new trend. It is not paleo, it's not keto, it's not vegan, it's high protein. Protein cereal, magic spoon. Are they worth a billion dollars yet? I think they are. They've done just fine. And then there's protein bread. Protein is the new diet. And this is one that's probably going to be around for a long time. And now we have the technology to innovate in this space. So something that I think would be fun would be to look at every Little Debbie snack on the shelf. And say, can I make this high protein? One of the manufacturers that I like is called Ubar. They're up in Chicago. They have a great research and development team. Tell them Ryan Daniel Moran sent you from this video. They have a great R&D team that is not that expensive to work with that will take proteins and, you know, work them into whatever snack you want to make. So if you've got An idea that you want to bring to life. You can just go to them and say, can we make a healthier version of this? And then you're in business. Pre-launch that thing, get money in the door. Snacks, especially in high protein are so easy to market. If you do one really well, you will smash this out of the park. So those are my top markets for 2026. The reason I share this stuff and do this research with you is because I invest And advise brands once they're at $100,000 a month, I have all kinds of relationships and opportunities that I can bring to that business. So I have a financial interest. And those of you who build million dollar businesses, if you want some help getting there, I do mentor entrepreneurs who are on the climb to the first million. And then once you're there, I'm open to investing in or advising companies to help them grow to $10 million and beyond. The resources are all available for you below this video so you can see how we can work together And where we might be able to make a lot of money together, bringing one of these product ideas to life. So drop your favorite in the comments. If you've got something that you are starting, feel free to drop it below. I happen to look at a lot of businesses and we'll be happy to give you feedback on your business idea. These are going to be multi-million dollar businesses in 2026 and beyond. I hope you use this as inspiration to go all in on the thing that you want to bring to life. And if you need some help, resources below. I'm Ryan Daniel Moran with Capitalism.com.
