So, our topic today is email. And I I remember when I first told my ex-wife that I was going to uh start a newsletter, she said, "Why are you doing an email newsletter? Nobody reads email. Everybody's on social media now." Uh I was like, "Well, I don't really think that's true." I started that newsletter three years ago, and this year it's on track to do close to a million dollars in sales. it just that newsletter alone. I've been doing email since the 1990s and I I use it still to this day for my brands that I sell on Amazon. I use it for several other things that I do and it makes it probably accounts for half if not 75% of my total revenue. Amazon's great, but I'm the exception. I'm not saying you're going to have half or 75% of your revenue do it because I I very good at doing it. Um but that's what I want to show you today. And I want to give you some tips and and show you why email is something that if it's not in your mix now, it should be. Or if it is, you're probably doing some things wrong and you're leaving a lot of money on the table. Because the uncomfortable truth is you're sitting on your most profitable channel and you're starving it. Whether you have a list or you don't have a list, email is something that most e-commerce sellers especially just cannot get uh get right. Today, my goal is I want to stop that leak. Norm and I then want to show you how we open the faucet. No more money left on the table for anybody that's on this call. That's your that's your that's our goal for today is no more money left on the table like most of you are doing. So, I want you to write this down or if you don't have something right with screenshot this right now. Even if you're on your mobile, screenshot this. The asset value of an audience is only as strong as your ability to reach it on demand. I 1 million% believe in this. If you do not control your distribution, there's two things that one of the biggest things uh that's that you need to control is your distribution. If you don't control the distribution, you don't control anything. Uh the asset value of an a and repeat it is only as strong as your ability to reach it on demand. In the next 60 minutes, I'm going to give you a playbook and then I'm going to show you a machine that takes that playbook and throws it throws it rocket fuel on it. I'm going to show you how the best brands make email 25 to 40% of their sales. So, if you're doing $2 million a year in gross sales, email should be half a million dollars of that and up. If it's not half a million dollars of that and up, then you're leaving money on the table. It could be as much as 40% in some cases, like I told you. In my case, it's it's above 50%. But that's what I want to show you today. Why your AI emails, a lot of people are using AI now, and there's nothing wrong with AI, but they just sound like everybody else's. AI is great. It saves you time. It can do things that you couldn't do before, especially if you're not a writer. But there's just a lot of crap out there and a lot of junk. And I'm going to show you a system that is that Dragonfish has built that there is nobody else out there that has this. There are people there are email agencies, retention agencies, people doing stuff. There's not a soul that's remotely close to what we're doing. And I'm going to show you I'm going to prove that to you. And if you stay to the end, about an hour, I'm going to show you I'm going to give you four world class copy and paste prompts. Paste these in the claw, chat GBT, Gemini, whatever your favorite thing is. Whether you talk to Norm and I or not or do anything with Dragonfish or not, you're going to have these four things. Now, they're not as powerful as what we do, but they're going to get you going and they're way better than whatever you're doing right now. I'm going to give those to you so you'll be able to screenshot those and apply those immediately today. Uh it's they're going to massively upgrade whatever emails you're sending out for your company or for yourself right now. I'm going to give those to you at the end. So, stay to the end for that. Why should you even listen to Kevin? Most people or Norm most people know us from the Amazon world. That's where a lot of you came from. You know that we do stuff on Amazon, the podcast. But Norm and I have been doing this marketing stuff before Amazon existed and before Amazon became the thing to do. I sent my first transactional, which means to sell something, email in 1995. 1995. Norm sent his back when the dinosaurs walked the earth. So he he goes back to, you know, he was selling by email to dinosaurs. That was before either one of us ever sold a single thing on Amazon. I when I was younger uh I'm not young anymore uh but when I was younger in my 20s I was named one of the top 40 direct marketers in the world by target marketing magazine and I still generate millions of dollars a year from email alone like I said BDSN's a sevenigure business norm his credentials every time he and I have a cigar and sit down and something else comes out his past I'm like holy cow dude you've done so much stuff he's worked with Coca-Cola with Mercedes-Benz with Microsoft 20th Century Fox he's sold over $und00 million worth of products. He knows how to market. He did a He has done everything from the product side to the service side to the email side to the social side. You name it, this guy has has the the scars to prove that he's been there and knows what he's doing. Email is worth about $45 per subscriber if you do it right. That's not on one email. I'm not saying you have 10,000 people and you're going to email 10,000 people and you all of a sudden have four and a half million bucks. That's not But over their lifetime value by having their email address, every email address, remember, most of them aren't ever going to buy anything, but every single email address should be worth about $45 to in revenue over time uh uh for every dollar that you spend. And Michelle says, she just typed in here or more. I agree. Um or more. It's the highest ROI channel in marketing. There's nothing else even close. nothing else. Even today when everybody's getting so much spam and so many emails and you're like, "Oh my god, if it's done right, I'm going to show you that. It's amazingly powerful and amazingly inexpensive." 23% of all online orders are driven by email. These are Shopify people mostly. You know, some people do it for their Amazon stuff, but people that have Shopify stores are a lot of this or big brands that drive to their own website. That's not from ads. That's not from social, not from influencers. It's email 20. So a quarter. And if most of you on this call are not even doing email or if you are it's broken or it's half ass and and you're just leaving that much money on the table. It baffles me when Norman and I talk to people we're even we're like holy cow. We just we have people that have list of 300,000 500,000 a million names and they're like I haven't emailed them in two years and we just we just shake our head and go oh my god this is like that's crazy. Yeah, we're afraid maybe they'll unsubscribe or we don't know what to do. So, it it it baffles how many people are sitting on this asset. The difference is is between rented and owned. On Amazon and Meta, Google, Tik Tok, you're just a tenant. You're just renting space. You might have a big list of followers, but those followers can disappear at any time. You may have optimized your websites for SEO and you got traffic now with all the AI overviews and everything. Algorithms change every Google's changed their algorithm every 11 12 years and it puts a lot of people out of business. Could be you. Adband suspensions of your Amazon account. You can get evicted overnight and then what are you going to do? You're like, "Oh my god, how am I going to pay my payroll? How am I going to do pay my rent?" You're on rented space. Your email list is the one asset that nobody can ever take away from you. There's no algorithm that can take it away. Yeah, you know, they can make changes in what goes into spam and what goes into junk and affect it, but that you can overcome that. Um, there's no landlord, there's no permission needed to send an email. If you want to send an email today, you don't need to get anybody's permission. You don't have an ad approved. You don't have to have, you know, Amazon say this is okay to send or no because you're in this category. You cannot send an email because we don't allow you to advertise this supplement or or whatever. You can do whatever you want with it. I mean, you got to abide go by the law. You don't want to be making claims and stuff, you know, if you're selling supplements, uh, that could get you in trouble. But within reason, you can do whatever you want. The social media reality is that 2% of your followers are the only ones that ever see your post. Everybody's always big on social, LinkedIn, uh, but that 2% the people who actually want to see what you have are what you shouldn't really see it. Now, there are exceptions where something goes viral, the other, but the other 98%, they never even know you posted. And so, that's why they say post, you know, multiple times a day. and and post often and every day of the week, you're just you're just hitting playing those odds hoping that somebody sees it. And even then, if you do play the odds and you're posting three times a day, 100% of your people aren't going to see it. Versus email, if you do it right, 95 to 100% of those people is going to be in their inbox and there's they're going to at least scroll past it. They may delete it, but if you do the subject line right and the preview text right, they're going to open it. Ads costs are up about 48% since 2024. AI answers, AI overviews, and what's happening with AI, it's erased about 60% of the clicks last year. So, these rented channels that most of us are advertising on are using right now are getting getting more expensive. And Amazon is a rented channel. You're renting Amazon's traffic if you're selling on Amazon. It's a it's a rented channel. Four and a half billion people use email every single day. That's more than any social media platform. Facebook's pretty big, but that's more than any social media platform. 361 million emails are sent every day. It's still a massive distribution thing. Even if you're already sending emails, you're probably not sending enough. Silence doesn't protect your list. It gets you forgotten. A lot of people are like, "Well, I should have just email list once a month or once a day or I just had someone yesterday. If you're on my list, you might have gotten three emails yesterday that It's you and the people that don't want to hear from you, they're going to unsubscribe or they're just going to ignore a couple messages. But there's no harm in sending more as long as it's relevant and as long as it matters. You not don't need to fear the send. The data the data says you should email more. Your frequent buyers should be getting five to seven emails a month at a minimum from you. Your occasional buyer should be getting six to 10. And the people that haven't bought or they rarely buy, they buy once a year or something, you need to hit, you need to send them more emails, 12 to 14 a month until they say stop. That's how this game works. Uh, and it's okay. It's it's nothing personal. If someone says unsubscribe or get out of here or quit spamming me, it's okay. They weren't going to buy from you anyway. Um, so if you're not sure, you want to default to seven per month. That gives you the if you reduce it to like four per month, you're taking 32% lifetime value off the table. These are scientific stats stats from the journal of marketing research, not stuff I made up or saw in some or as chat GBT. It's real data. An unsubscribe isn't a tragedy. It's a free list scaling cleaning. I've had 98,000 people sign up for the billion dollar sellers newsletter in three years. I started August 14th of 2023. So, it's three years old. 98,000 people have signed up. Today's newsletter went out to about 26,000 people. 26,000 people. What happened to the rest of those people? They either unsubscribed or they quit opening or clicking. And it means they're just not interested. So, I take them off and I don't care because they don't have they don't they're not serious about their Amazon business or they don't care what I have to say or what's going on out there. So, why waste bandwidth sending something to them and potentially ruining my reputation with the ESPs? A lot of people, it's all about their list size. You see some of these Amazon guys, they do swaps. You know, you'll do a webinar and like 17 different people promote the webinar and then everybody that promoted the webinar gets the whole list and then all of a sudden everybody starts getting email from everybody. and they take those and they just automatically put them on their on their newsletter list and you start getting all these newsletters that you didn't sign up for and they keep sending to them to you. Uh even if you don't click them or delete them, 6 months later you're still getting them. That's just horrible hygiene and they're just killing the reputation and hurting the overall people that actually do want to hear from. You got to you got to do this right. Every profitable email, it's a it's a funnel. It passes through four gates. The first gate is you have to get in the inbox. If you go into the spam or junk, most people never check that. Or if they do, it's really quick. Once you're in the inbox, you got to get it opened. That's your subject line, your preview text. If it doesn't get opened, just gets deleted right away, then you know that's that's not your goal. Then it's got to get read. Then it's got to get clicked. That's your four gates. And if you can pass through someone, do the right thing on all four of those gates, you can you can have great success. And there's techniques to doing that, right? But there's also one that's overlooked, and that's conversion. A lot of people, they they they get it all the way to the click, but then they they're sending it to their Amazon listing or they're sending it to their Shopify page that has 72 different options on it, and people can go down all kinds of rabbit holes, and they hurt their conversion. So, they a lot of people aren't optimizing where that click goes. I have a lot of people that do stuff with my billion-dollar sellers newsletter and they get a lot of clicks, sometimes 3,000 clicks, uh, and then they message me and they're like, "Hey, we we had uh," some of them like, "Oh, that was bad. That was really great. Sign me up for another one." Other ones are like, "Hey, I got 3,000 clicks, but not much happened." It's because there was a disjoint between the click and the landing page and what they were doing or there's too many choices on the landing page or something. So, a lot of people don't focus on that conversion page like they should. It's a a very important part of where you send that is not and we'll talk about that more in just a minute. You mess up any one of those steps like land in spam or it's a bad landing page. Nothing else matters. Your reputation of you have a reputation. You have like a credit score for sending email. It's like it's there's a credit score. It's a reputation signal. It takes months to build that properly and to keep that clean and you know have that perfect score. one bad email. And this a lot of people do this. They make mistakes. They get a list from somebody. They just send it out and you kill your whole your whole system. You kill everything because you're sending bad emails. There's spam traps in there. There's bad emails. The ESPs are like, "Oh, this guy's sending a lot of junk. We got we're going to start blocking his legitimate stuff." So, it can destroy you really quickly. One bad thing. So, if you don't know what you're doing, you always want to write your subject line first. And I recommend at least 10 drafts of your of your subject line at a minimum because that becomes your creative brief. The everything in the the copy of the email has to back up what the subject line is. It's kind of like a hook on social media. If you see that first three, they call it the 3-se secondond hook on social media on a video on TikTok. If you don't if there's no payoff to whatever you told them, then they're going to bounce and they're not going to take action. So, it also makes your whole email get tighter and more focused when you do it the subject line first. Plain text beats pretty HTML for personal sense. Now, if you're selling a beauty product or something, sometimes you need HTML email, which is what shows all the pretty pictures. There there are times where that makes sense, but a lot of people do everything in HTML, and you shouldn't. There's a lot of stuff that needs to be just plain text. It works way better. You can get actually 2.3 uh times more replies by having plain text. So, don't don't always think it's got it's got to be pretty. uh it's got to be effective and the text is effective. There are tools where you can send both and then it's split test or depending on the person's uh tool, it'll sometimes show them text, sometimes show them uh HTML, the way they're receiving it. But that's something that that's just a big myth out there. The preview text, most people leave this blank. That's the preview text is what shows up there in the little square. That's actually it's kind of like a sub headline. So you have your normal headline, why poetry out loud. That's the subject line. But then the preview text is is important. If you don't have a tool that lets you do preview text like Aweber and a lot of the big uh email tools do, some don't. Uh you need to actually switch tools because this is an important thing to getting those emails open. It's free real estate. So you want to use as much of that as you can and have a good message there. Not just some crap, but but a good thing that's going to compel people to remember that that you got to get that open. But opens lie. Clicks and replies are where the money is. Open Apple we can thank for this. A few years ago they changed their privacy policy so that every single email you send to an Apple email address. So iCloud memac all those they show as open. So you I can send an email to 10,000 people and then as soon as the email goes out check it 15 seconds later and it shows 11% open rate. I'm like wow everybody's sitting on their email hitting that. That was really fast. That's a lie. It's probably more like a 1% open rate because 10% of those people were Apple email addresses that shows that by default. There's also bots that open email like at security like at big companies and to check for they click every single link inside there to check for uh um viruses and stuff. So there's misleading data and opens. So if you're getting a 20% open rate on your emails, you're probably more like 7 to 8%. Which is really really low. Really really low. BDSN newsletter gets close to 60%. Above 40%'s is considered really really good. 20 to 20 between 20 and 40 is average. Above 40 is considered really really good. And I'm at 60. Um, nobody reads email. Very few people are going to read like every word in your newsletter, every word in your ad or whatever you send out. They scan it. They scan it in seconds. If you take a look at BDSN, there's different colors for scanning. different things are bolded graphics and stuff. You want short lines, white space. Don't big paragraphs with seven sentences in it. Nobody's going to read that. They're going to skip right over it. You want lots of white space and you want one bold idea. If you're trying to sell seven different things in an email, you're you're going to sell nothing. It's got to be one thing and one thing only. Perfect example of that is, take my newsletter example for example. You can buy an ad in the billion dollar sellers newsletter for 600 bucks. And you'll see the ads. there's an ad in every single one of them. Those don't get a lot of clicks. There's 25 plus thousand people getting that and those might get 50 clicks or 100 clicks. It's still it's good branding and it's good, you know, it's it's still not bad, but it's because there's a lot of other stuff in that newsletter. There's a lot of, you know, other rabbit holes you can go down, stories you can read, and things you can click. But if I send a dedic what I call a dedicated email, which is an email for an advertiser, and it's just about them, just about their PPC agency or just about their tool, those clicks can be 3,000. Same list, same people, one bold idea, one message. That's and those cost a lot more than $600 to do that, but they're highly effective. I'm sold out, literally sold out until the end of October right now. Um, and it's at a pretty high rate of dollars. Uh, and people more people begging for more. Um, then you got to get the click. Remember, one email, one goal, one click. If you give her five things to click, she's going to click nothing. Also, no footers, no navigation, nothing but the goal. Don't put all you need an unsubscribe link and you need a few other things. That's required by law, but don't be putting all these other links to all your other crap. Same thing on the landing pages. We just had one of our clients in Dragonfish the other day say, "Hey," she's approving her landing pages and she said, "Can you add to the bottoms uh in the footer uh links to these different things that we have?" And I was like, "No, no links." Um, we have the privacy the the ones are required by law, but nothing else because that's just a distraction from the goal. Someone can go down a different rabbit hole. We don't want nobody going down different rabbit holes. We want them buying our product. Next one is you want to write to one person. Men 25 to 40 is not an avatar. The man who wants to look put together in five minutes, that's an avatar. That's how you actually get results. You write to one person and it's going to exclude people on your list. When you write to one person, there's going to be people that's not me. That's okay. You're going to write another email that's different that is for that person. It's okay. You want to sell the outcome, not the feature. You don't say this this uh drinking bottle has great insulation. Who cares? You say it it drinks cold for 24 hours and hot for 12. That's the outcome, not the feature. And you got to do that in email, too. You should be doing this on your Amazon stuff, but you need to do that in email, too. You want to turn every call to action into a call to value. So, instead of a CTA, it's a CTV. You don't want to say shop now or buy now or order now or join now or sign up. You want to say find your new favorite jeans. It's psychological. Shop now is goes to the same place, but the way you phrase it increases the amount of clicks that you're going to get. So you want to say find your new favorite jeans. It says shop now. Just a little secret most people don't realize about 5% of your list is produces half your income. So you have the raving fans, the people who are really in love with your brand, in love with what you got. They're the ones you need to focus on. They're the ones that are critical to your success. You want to write to them. Everybody else, this is kind of a joke, but just say, "Here, here's the link to unsubscribe. Please go away." Uh, you don't want to do that right away because you want to see who those people actually come over. But that's kind of the little joke in theory. It's like, write to the 5% and don't worry about the rest. Don't worry about trying to please everybody. You please everybody, you please nobody. Um, angle beats copy and copy beats subject line. If you don't have the right angle, you're not going to succeed. And then if you have a great subject line, but the copy doesn't back up the subject line, you're not going to succeed. The cost, the biggest mistake a lot of people make in email is they polish the copy on a dead angle. They they just spend a lot of time rewriting and rewriting and rewriting and making it perfect in the email and stressing over certain phrases and the angle sucks. So, you got to test angles. You got to test different ways. Otherwise, it's just not going to work. Uh, yes, there will be a replay on this. Someone just asked. Um, also, you want to go by what Gary Vanderchuk says. He wrote a book on this. Jab, jab, jab, right hook. Provide value, provide value, provide value, then go for the kill. That's what BDSN does. It's value, value, value. And then, oh, by the way, here's an ad for someone's software tool or something. one value first email to my own warm list just recently did $64,000 in two hours on a inexpensive product. This is not like a $5,000 thing or something is inexpensive product in two hours. It was under 100 bucks. I think it was $79 $69 $79. That's the power uh of of having that list and not being to rent it. I'm going to give you a few tools right now. Uh, I want everybody here to walk away from some some tools that they can use today to sharpen every email you send. We're going to give you the prompts if you stay to the end, remember? Um, but I'm going to give you a few tools. These are we use more advanced tools as this, but these are what I used to use and they're still great. There's there's nothing wrong with them, but for for a beginner, um, these these can help you. The Hemingway apps, uh, it will help you write your copy better. You can write like at a seventh grade level or nth grade level or fifth grade level or help you like make it more clear. Natural readers actually will read your email back to you. So when you hear it someone talking to it talking it you're like that sounds kind of weird and let me go change the way because remember people talk in their head when they some people talk in their head not everybody does but half the people talk in their head when they read. So you want to be make sense and then inbox and books with two O's uh actually has sample emails. You can go type in your competitor. You know, if you're selling dog beds, you can go type in another competitor that's doing email on dog beds and see what they're doing, get ideas. Uh, and then subjectline.com helps you write better subject line. AI can help you with this a lot now, too. But subject line kind of gives you a score and stuff. Uh, so you could use it in conjunction with AI, but those are four tools that you might want to use to help you increase your email. There's also five money flows and uh these are the five automated emails you have to have if you're selling on Shopify or Woo Commerce or outside of Amazon. You need your someone on your team to set these up if you don't have them already. One's a welcome flow. That's when someone signs up for your newsletter or signs up for comes onto your list for the first time. Those are one of the most opened emails there are. Um and they can be 40 times more valuable than a regular just email promotional send. You want abandoned carts. Those are people that went to your Shopify site and put something in the cart, then left and then finished paying or maybe their credit card got declined. You want post purchase. Those are people that have ordered and you want you want to send a a email series to those people. These are series, not single emails. Uh you want to send a series of emails to them and say, you know, trying to help get them to move along the path to buy their make their second order for that product or another one. You want back in stock. Those are the easiest ones for people to say yes to. uh you know something that's out of stock like hey this thing that you were looking at is back in stock now and you want reorder reminders if you're selling supplements or dog treats or something hey it's in five days you you're probably going to run out uh you want us to automatically ship you another one I mean that's an alternate to subscribe and save some people like to have control they don't like subscribe and save hitting their credit card automatically they they rather make the initial the effort so send them the reminder those are super valuable so if you don't have those five set up get those set up right away into your system. So, your homework this weekend is you need to verify the underlying structure on your website. There's three things. There's SPF, DKIM, and Demark. Those are all three major factors that affect whether you get in the inbox, and they're kind of like credit. Each one has a separate little credit score. If they're not set up right, it's affecting your email deliverability. You can go to mxtoolbox.com and check what's what's happening with your own domain and it'll tell you and get that get if there's something wrong get it fixed. I want you to write your one sentence avatar and you probably have multiple avatars. Uh, and you want to schedule seven sends this month with one CTA or CVA it should say actually percent. And Zena no email marketing email is not generational. Um, it's it goes across all age groups. Uh, despite what the young people say, they still check their email. Um, so if it's done right, they actually read it. Um, we'll talk about that in just a second. If you just do what I just showed you, you just do this homework, you'll beat 90% of the brands that are out there. But are you really maximizing it? Are you really doing what is totally possible? Most of for 99% of me, probably not. Because I've been doing this for 31 years. Norm's been doing this since the dinosaurs walked the earth. And suddenly me and Norm were both kids in a candy store. Because now with the latest tools, with the latest AI, with the latest things that you can do, it's mindblowing what you can do. And if but you got to know how to do it. If you don't know how to do it, it's of no use to you. It's a cool tool. But Kevin, everybody has AI now. I mean, what? You don't need a copywriter. You don't need an agency. You just do it yourself. It's cheaper. You don't have to pay anybody. It's better than what I had before. is faster maybe for some of you. But even if you do that, I can guarantee you you're leaving tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars per month on the table. I guarantee it. Um, so why does every email sound the same then if everybody has all these cool tools and can do it now? It's because most AI writes the average of the internet. That's what it writes. It's good. It's not bad. There is some slop, but average copy gets average results. In email marketing, that means zero results. And that's why most of you are doing have AI write a lot of your stuff. It's maybe helping a little bit, but it's not helping where it what it could. Let's just take an example here. This is what if someone says just use chat GBT, Kevin, not just use chatbt to do this. It if I had a warm email, warm email means it's my current customers. They already know who I am. That's what warm means. What a normal person would type into AI is write a marketing email for my magnesium sleep bomb called deep calm to send to my email list. It uses magnesium chloride, absorbs through the skin and helps with restless sleep and tossing and turning. Mention that it's natural and fast absorbing. Research the category and bestsellers make it catchy but not too salesy and give me a good subject line. That's that's a typical someone puts in this and they get something that looks like this back. AI will spit out something. Unlock better sleep tonight. Put a little moon emoji. Are you tired of tossing and turning? It's time to elevate your nighttime routine with deep calm magnesium bomb. The gamechanging solution for restful sleep. Exclamation point. Our fast absorbing magnesium chloride formula works naturally with your body to help you relax, unwind, and wake up refreshed. Say goodbye to sleepless nights. And hello to the best sleep of your life. 100% natural magnesium chloride. A bunch of emojis. Fast absorbing non-greasy formula. Another emoji. Glove by thousands. Don't miss out. Shop now. Transform your sleep today. Here's the button to shop now. Not even the right CVA. It's a CTA, not a CVA. That's not bad. That's probably better than what most of you could write on your own. But here is what is wrong with it. AI used every detail it was given. It still produced beige mush unlock elevate gamechanging emoji emoji spam. The facts got dressed up in the same average clothes as every other email on the internet because a better prompt can't fix an empty brain. I'm going to hit delete on that email. That came to me and I was interested in that. This is if you use Dragonfish has brains that do this. This is if we wrote that same email of it was the subject line would be the 3:00 a.m. ceiling stare. What are we calling out? We're calling out that 5%. Remember, we're not trying to get everybody to open it. We're trying to get that 5% to open it. Those the people that were Yep. That was That's me last week. 3:00 a.m. I was staring at the damn ceiling. We put their name if we can if we have it. A customer named we say Kelly. A customer named Dana left us a review last month. One stuck with me. I didn't realize how long I've been lying there doing math on how many hours of sleep I had left. The 3:00 a.m. ceiling stare. If you know, you know. Here's why the bomb works. When the pills and the teas didn't. About half of us don't get enough magnesium. And swallowing it in a capsule is the slow route. Rubbed into your calves, it skips the gut entirely. Most people feel their legs go quiet in about 20 minutes. Dana's review ends third night. I stop checking the clock. If your night sounds like her nights, it's $34 and it's on your nightstand by Friday. I want the quiet legs, not shop now. I want the quiet legs. Sarah found her. PS is the most red thing in an email, by the way. It's a two-month jar. Dana's on her third. That's confirmation. There's tons of psychology in this email that AI will your your standard prompt will never remotely touch. I think most of you agree that this will actually convert at a much higher rate. It's the same II horsepower completely different fuel. It opens inside the customer's real moment. It uses actual review verbatims. It makes one specific mech mechanism claim, one job, one CTA written in the reader's voice. It hits the psychology of health, relief, and no friction without ever sounding like marketing. That is what works. And that's how you use AI. And most people don't have no clue how to do that. Here's another one for cold email. This is someone cold means they've never been to your website. They they don't even probably know you exist. You're just some people would call this spam. But here here's for a cold email. What a normal person would type in AI. Write a cold outreach email selling my deep calm magnesium sleep bomb to people who don't know my brand yet. Use persuas persuasive copywriting techniques. Keep it short and professional. Mention that we have thousands of happy customers. They include a discount to get first-time buyers to try it. Don't sound spammy. The prompt literally says, "Don't sound spammy, but watch it sound spammy anyway." So, this is what they get back. Subject line: Revolutionary sleep solution inside. Dear valued customer, I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to introduce Deep Calm, the revolutionary magnesium bomb that's transforming the way people sleep. Studies show that quality sleep is essential for health and wellness. That's why we created a cutting edge tropical formula trusted by thousands of satisfied customers worldwide. Click below to learn more and claim your exclusive 15% discounts for today. Blah. Here's what dragon. What's wrong with it? Actually, it was told not to sound spammy and it opened with revolutionary. And I hope this email finds you well. Sounds spammy. Spam trigger subject line. Thousands of satisfied customers with zero proof. It asks for a total stranger to click and buy. The fastest route to the spam folder. It's a dead-end domain. Just going to kill you. Um, you you can't do this. If you throw that through the dragonfish brains for cold email subject line is a quick question about your sleep. Hi Jen, odd question, but when you can't sleep, is it your brain that won't shut off or your body that won't settle? I asked because they're different problems and most sleep stuff only treats the first one. We make a magnesium bomb for the second the restless legs and cat the can't get comfortable kind. I'm not asking you to buy anything. I'm collecting answers to the question for a piece we're writing and yours would help. Which one is it for you? Brain or body? Sarah from deep calm. Notice there's no link. There's no marketing. There's no buy my stuff. This is how you do cold email. There's a lot of techniques you have to do to actually get the response and get people supply to reply. It's built for a reply, not a click. That's critical in cold email because replies are what builds a rep uh a reputation. When when you reply to someone, you automatically go from the junk or spam into the inbox in most platforms. It shows that you actually want to receive this email and it starts real conversations. It also targets people already searching that sleepfix keyword. That's we have an intent brain that does that. So, it knows exactly how to target them and it asks a question that they actually want to answer and sells nothing. Well, not yet. We were going to, but not yet. That's why it gets answered instead of reported as spam or blocked or unsubscribed because it resonated. Now, there will be a bunch of people that unsubscribe, but they weren't going to be your customer anyway. That's okay. Um, AI isn't the weapon. It's the one the one directing it is the weapon. This is I I believe this more and more every single day. The most powerful people with AI are the directors who write their own scripts. Think of the Odyssey that's hot in theaters right now, Christopher Nolan. He wrote the script and he he directed that movie. It's a good movie, but I can't go do that. I can go hire a video crew and I can go learn have AI write my script and do some stuff, but I can't do what he did. He's the director. He has the vision. He knows how to talk it. He has the experience. Remember, Norm and I been doing this for a long time. We have the experience. We know how to tell AI what to do. We know what's right, what's wrong versus AI just grabbing whatever it finds on the internet and assuming. Um, that's that's how you do it. Most AI people don't get marketing. There's really smart people in AI. Really, really smart, but they don't understand marketing. And the other thing is most marketers don't get AI. They they use it, but they don't really get it. The ones who master both are the ones who will own their category. It's kind of like driving a car. You know, anybody here can drive a Subaru. Some of you may even drive a little nicer car like a Porsche or something. has a little bit more uh a little more options and more handling and stuff and you're good with that. But there's only 22 people in the world on earth that drive a Formula One race car competitively, an F1 car competitively. It's email works the same way. It works the same way. There's a lot of people that can drive, but there's only 22 people that can drive at the Ferrari level. That's where Dragonfish comes in. You own the inbox, we make it pay is what we what we do. We never touch your current system ever. People, a lot of times when you hire an agency or hire someone off Fiverr, Upwork, they come in to your Clavio or to your Mailchimp and they set up your flows and they do some stuff. We don't touch that. You keep being you and whatever you want to do, you be you. We build on the side an F1 race engine beside your little car, your little Toyota. You keep putting along and doing okay. We're going to come and we're going to build an F1 that runs next to your runs laps around your little Toyota and what you're doing. But you keep doing you keep being you. That's okay. We build the F1. We build it from scratch because we want to control the engine. We want to control the uh the reputation. We want to control everything to make sure that it works for you and we do it right. And maybe you sent something two years ago that's hurting your reputation. You're on a blacklist somewhere and we got to get you off. Maybe there's some other things that you've done or you hire a new employee that sends something they shouldn't send. It screws everything up across the board and you start losing money. Uh emails start not working as well. We don't want that. We don't work inside your system. We are the system. We build like I said beside what you run and we pour it on like rocket boosters. We have a 24 series brains. This is part of you can see this on the website at dragon.fish if you want to go into more detail. But these brains are built one by one by one. There's not like we don't go to AI and say here's a magical prompt. Write something. There's sometimes 11 different or I think Kelsey could tell you 14 different brains attached to write an email. 14 different very detailed documents about different parts of how to write that are attached to an email. And these are long. Some of these are like 40 pages long uh that it's pulling from all about your brand. Before one word is written, we have these 24 brains and five dedicated landing pages are created per product. Five landing pages per product. We these are deep intelligence files on your brand. These brains, your customers, your competitors, your category, everything. it. We also start with something called uh the clients actually fill out a special document and they you tell them please run this on your own LLM that your chat GBT or your Gemini or your Claude that knows you and then send us back the the file because that helps AI keeps helps keep AI from stop guessing. I learned that method in a $35,000 mastermind and now you guys get it. If you work with Dragonfish, you get it. You don't have to pay $35,000 to join a mastermind to get this t this tactic that's mind-blowingly good. It dramatically turns AI from generic to unmistakably your brand. It's crazy. We also some of you may have heard from heard about Stanford University. It's the number one number four rated university in the United States. We use their storm technique for live category research. And these smart people stan some smart smart dudes over there and gals. So it it does this storm research on you and it's really really powerful. Uh and we we tweak it and we have it better than what most people do and it ties into everything else. So every claim is current, sourced and true. It's never from memory. We have a voice of the customer. We look look at all your reviews. We look at reviews across the web, not just your Amazon reviews, across the web. Um so it sounds like the emails we write looks like we read your mind because we actually we actually did when you get this email. Every painoint is ranked over 100 pain points for your every single product. Every objection, we have objection list. Every objection possible is we have a here's the objection, here's the answer. We do copy aimed at real person because it converts. Copy at everyone doesn't. So we we go we hone in on on that painoint. We have a competitor dominance brain. We mine your your rivals angst reviews. We go research your rivals and what are people pissed off about? Uh and those wounds become your sharpest angles. Um we we we know the real questions customers are asking. um our prospects are asking Google and chat GBT and Grock and all the others. Uh so we optimize for the SEO and AEO side of things. So when AI answers your brand is the answer that one of those landing pages is the answer, not your other website. One of those landing pages so they can buy it right away. Um we don't train on the average of the internet. This is trained on we wrote this Norman and I this is trained on 31 years of profitable email executed at the highest level. No copy can ship until it passes some rules. We have like 22 buying triggers. It's got to meet certain buy certain rules in the email. There's a AI blacklist. There's a spam wall word firewall. One job per email and tons of more rules that's got to pass. Our tool stack is 19 powerful tools. We're not going to give you all the tools right here because it's but it'd be pretty expensive. Norm can attest. He was just at my my house a couple weeks ago and we were putting together um a bunch of documents and stuff. He's like, "Holy cow, this is expensive." Uh, so we use some some really advanced cool tools and we tie them all together. You know, most people can't do that. Um, every email is scored by an AI detector and reviewed and edited by a human. So, it's not just going out. If it smells like a robot, it doesn't ship you. And you approve everything as well. Warm and cold are different machines. You can't send emails the same way. You have to have two different systems, two different platforms, two different ways to send them. If you're sending your warm and cold all out of your Clavio, you're making a huge mistake. Huge huge mistake. They they and they got to set them up differently. There's different rules, separate domains, separate uh everything's got to be that's the F1 difference I was talking about earlier. You got to have it the these engines set up right. We do deep cleaning on your current list. We segment it seven different ways if we can. Sometimes we can't because you don't have the data, but we segment it seven different ways and then we email it up to three times a week depending on what you want to do. you've already paid to build that list from Amazon or from Shopify or from wherever. We make it pay you back three to 10x what it's paying you back right now. We to do that we have to set up one domain for every 50,000 subscribers. So if you got 500,000 subscribers on your list, we're setting up 10 domains plus one safety domain. So we're setting up 11. We set all those up and we we do all the process that it takes because those are your reputation. So, if your reputation or revenue never writes on, we don't want your reputation or revenue ever writing on a single domain. Uh, and we don't use your domain. So, that way we're not touching whatever you're doing already. We use fresh ones. If we're doing cold, we have to set up 14 domains and there's about 40 to 60 inboxes like email accounts is what that means. So, that's just for a,000 cold to send a,000 cold emails a day. So, if you're sending 50,000 cold emails a day, you multiply 14 times 50, it's 700 domains. It's crazy. That's for the big boys. That's expensive. But that's that's what it takes. And you have to do it very you have to warm them up, which means it's kind of like search buy on Amazon. You got kind of grease the wheels and grease the system uh and get some reviews from the uh email tools out there in a way, you know, some AI kind of some internal reviews and you we warm that up and we know how to do that. So we can get 99% deliverability and 90% inboxing. And then we use on the cold, we use something called spinax. It's what makes every send almost one of a kind. It filters. So Google and Gmail, they're looking for patterns. Oh, we just got a thousand emails that all say the same thing. That's got to be spam. Um because it so they just start making all those emails going to junk or spam. Ours are fully humanized, AI detector tested. So we have a score below below 17% chance that AI can actually pick it up. Nothing sounds like AI ever. This is what Spentax looks like. So Spentax, this is an example. You have subject lines and you see on subject line A, you got those little brackets. It says the sting was never proof. And then there's an up and down line. That's called a pike. P I ke. And then it says that sting was never proof. So what that does is this tool spins it. So it randomly chooses between what's between the pike. So, it's either going to say the sting was never proof or it's going to say the sting was was uh never pro that sting. Sorry, I miss that sting. So, it changed one small little thing. Change the the to a that and it sends one of those at random and it does it all the way down. You can see there's several more and this is not the whole email. This is just the first part of it, but you can see there's several more. So, it it randomizes it. basically says the same thing, but it randomizes it so that it's every email looks different and it gets it gets in the inbox and you you can get those replies. So, we do stuff like that. We do intent based email. This means we find buyers at the exact moment they're searching for what you sell. They haven't come to your Amazon page. They haven't come to your Shopify page. They went to Google and they typed in, "What's the be best hair loss shampoo for men?" Within a couple hours, we know who they are. and we we have them on our list trying to sell them your product. And we have a lot more information you're going to see in a second than just who they are. Um, and sometimes there's tools out there that monitor who logs into sites. There's pixels and there's tracking and there there's some crazy stuff that most people don't realize. It's all legal in the United States. Can uh Europe and Canada have some different rules. It's totally legal in the United States. But there's where you might have a pixel on your page from some other page. And when you go and log into seller central, that pixel fires and I know it tells me where you just logged in. Doesn't tell me your account or your login or steal your passwords or anything like that. But tells me you were just you just visited seller central. So I know you went to seller central. So you're probably an Amazon seller. I can get you on a list just by doing that. No bads, no bidding, no cost per click. Every one of those is a responsive lead because they're in market. They're intent. they have intent uh for whatever it is you're selling. So, they join your list that you now have. Intent works like this, like I just explained. Buyer shows interest, they type something in Google, Dragonfish captures that. We identify their we identify I ID them and then we verify it. We we eliminate some of the people. Uh we do eliminate about a good percentage of them. And then a cold email lands in their inbox. hopefully they they reply and then they end up clicking and buying and now you have a new customer and you just repeat that over and over and you build a whole lot of new customers to buy your stuff. Um, ad platforms like to rerent you your own customer. You go on Facebook, you're to send an ad on Facebook, they're rerending you the customers and the followers that you already got. Remember I said earlier only 2% of your followers see your ads. Well, if you pay them, they'll show it to more of them. So, they're rerunning your own customers. the people that you worked hard to get a follow on, they're saying, "We'll show a couple of them, but if you want to show them all, you pay us and we'll show them." With email, you don't have to do that. We we hand you the deed. You're not renting anymore. The second sale basically cost you nothing. And the third and the fourth and so on. So, you you pay some upfront money to get them as a customer warm, and then your costs go way the heck down, especially if you take care of them and give them a good product or good service. This is one of my favorite quotes from Perry Belchure, um, one of the top marketers out there and copywriters right now. He says, "Spam says, I want your money. Research outreach says, I spent my time on you first." That's a that's a big one. This is intent in action. So, this is an example of where we identified 536,000 people who in the last 30 days search for logged into a site for a hair loss remedy. You can see on the left hand side the interest. Those are key like keywords. I know some of them were cut off there, but like natural remedy, menopause, hair loss treatments, and then you see names and I've blurred out some of the email and address and stuff, but we get some of them we get their business email and their personal. Some of them we only get their personal, we get their mobile in some cases. I know it the computer Excel made it weird looking there, but it's their mobile phone number. Sometimes we get their LinkedIn. We get their physical mailing address in most cases. We get their gender. We get their age range. A lot of times we get if they're married, how many if they have children, their income range, their net worth, this goes on. There's 77 fields, credit score, how many kids they have, what kind of pet they have. All this data is public information that's that's scraped off the internet by these tools, but because most most Americans are voluntarily giving it up. Sometimes they don't read when you don't read the terms of service. When you click that button, I accept the terms on new app, you're not reading it. You're giving it up. Um, so this data is out there. We could get that on anything. Um n also n we do IP resolution which means on your personal website on your Shopify site on your landing pages on whatever you have that's not Amazon. This doesn't work on Amazon or Walmart on marketplaces but on your personal website we can 95% of your visitors that come there and they never buy anything. They're they're they're looking around. They're they're kicking the tires window shopping and and you don't know who they are. They don't sign up for your newsletter and you can't retarget. Maybe you have a pixel and you're retargeting them on Facebook. you can do that or Google, but you don't know their emails. You're still at the mercy of Google and Meta, and you got to pay Google Meta to reach them. Uh, if you had their email, you could just reach them. Um, so that's what we do. We give you some JavaScript, you put it on your site, and there's several tools that do this. We use the worldass standard that's way better than than what's out there. So, we can identify 40 to 70% of the people that come to your website with their name, their email, and 70 other data points. they automatically get added. We have the back end where we automatically grab that. We add them to the email tools and they're automatically in your emails flow. That mean flow means emails that you're sending out, series of emails within 24 hours and they're starting to get email because they're hot. They just came to your website. They're looking right now. They're they're either already bought or they're about to buy. You got to get to them quick. So we we do that. This is what some of that looks like with full automation on the back end. Search capture ddup. We ddup it against your current list. So you're like, "Well, I don't someone just came to our website. I don't want you to send them an email that if they are a good customer of mine, well, we take those out. Uh we clean them, we validate, we send uh this is some of the this is an example of you can see in these dates. These are from last week 728 uh July 28th. These are some of the names that came off of this one this particular website where we're getting their email address, their phone number, um their gender. Same similar kind of data. um their this one has their marriage status, their household income, the credit score, number of adults in the house, number of children, and much more. And you can you can layer on data on top of that. Uh if if you want to fine-tune only dog people because you're selling a dog bed, you can just hit the dog people that shows they have a a pet. Uh there's so much you can do with this. Uh especially with MCP service right now. So I said earlier, I got super excited because everything's changed. Um and you don't have to do anything. We do it all for you. your first emails. Also, we also do this the first we don't do this on every single email, but on the first emails that we send out, we want to we want to make sure that we boost the chances that's going to get opened and clicked because that helps the reputation, helps the whole system flow. So, we have a way to know when you're in your inbox. Doesn't work on everybody, but works on about 70 to 80% of the emails. So, if I say at 8 a.m. this morning, send this email out, everybody gets the email within a few minutes of each other. you know, it sends it out sitting in your inbox and it's just sitting there until the next time you go and check your email. It might be 11:00. You check your email and now there's my email that I sent at 8 a.m. and there's 27 other emails from other people all mixed in there and you're like, I don't got time to read all this. You either skip it or you just started hitting delete, delete, delete, delete, delete, delete. But if you're in that inbox and you just did that and you hit delete, delete delete and maybe opened one and then bing one you you got mail one rises to the top, your chances of seeing that and reading that go up exponentially because you're you're in there in that moment and you just cleaned it and we just landed in their inbox in that moment. That increases the opens and clicks by two to 3x. We do that for you. Um we create five landing pages per product. Each landing page has a specific pain point. So if you're selling a magnesium cream, that could be used for a lot of different things. One could be for runners to put on their ankle. Well, everything on that page is all about runners and all the pictures are some guy with sore ankles and all the copy and the psychology and the pain points is nothing. It's not about, oh, this helps ankles and it helps headaches and it helps this. No, it's one thing and one thing only, which is great for AI and it's great for conversion. So we had sub another landing page and that one's all about me. Oh. Uh, magnesium is great for menopausal headaches. Everything's, you know, women in the menopausal age and they they're holding their head because they're they're sore. Everything's geared towards that. We set up five per product. It's a different door for every problem. It's not the same l same page for every single thing. It's like having five listings on Amazon of the same product all in different categories and targeting different people. The AIS and the LMS absolutely love this stuff. Every page is fully AEO and SEO optimized means it's got the full schema. All the little technical stuff that you heard about, you got to put underneath the hood. All readable by AI. So over time, it's not instant, but over time that starts getting picked up. And when people type in whatever it is that your problem, your product solves, you start showing up and they start ending up on these landing pages. And when they end up on those landing pages, we also have that IP resolution there that I just showed you where we identify 40 to 70% of them. we know who they are without them even buying and we can retarget them and get them to buy. We also do quizzes. Our brains create a quiz based on your data and these are badass quizzes. They're really good quizzes and it creates this like six, seven question quiz and it guides them down a path. So every answer is correct. There is no wrong answer but every question every answer is correct and it guides them down a path that leads to your product and what based on how they answer it changes the pitch. So, at the last page, it says, "Oh, this uh this magnesium cream is the best cream." And because you said this, and you said you have this, and you said you have this, this is the best one for you. It's based on what you said. So, you're selling yourself. And these quizzes are are magical. Your product wins every time. And it's like it hits the it's crazy uh crazy good. That's one of the landing pix landing page. So, it's a five plus this one. Then, we do custom images. So every image is built to your brand showing you your exact product and the avatar for that pain point only. Like I said, if it's a runner, it's just their ankles and running. It's a headache. It's just the the women in that age group with their head. It's it's super powerful. Um you also get a halo effect just like you've heard about this on Tik Tok shop. People see you on Tik Tok and they go to Amazon buy. You're going to get that in email. We can't track that. So sometimes you're going to look at the numbers of profitability and go, "Well, it's pretty good. It's okay." Okay, but you got to remember you're going to see a halo effect over onto Amazon or Walmart or wherever you're selling. So, we we'll get we get credit for some of it, but you're going to get credit elsewhere, too, because it lists every channel that you're doing. So, you're going to it's going to have an effect across everything else that you're doing as well. We also make sure your data is sparkling clean. We do a 28 point background check. We check for spam traps. If you haven't logged into your Gmail in six months, you become a spam trap. And if you don't know that someone hasn't logged in in six months and you send an email to them, well, guess what? All your Gmail emails, if you do enough of that, all your Gmails, Gmail, Gmail emails start going into spam for legitimate people. We do. Look at the serial complainers. Those people that hit that mark spam button. We know who you are. We got you. I'm I'm I'm taking you out because I don't want to send to you. All the dark web and breach victims, the people whose data has been breached and now they're getting spammed by every Tom, Dick, and Harry. Those people are not ideal uh to send to because they're likely to just delete everything or cancel that account. We look for the bots. We know the last time you open the email. We know the last time you've clicked an email, any email, not just ours, any email on the internet. But we know if you're active, if that email account's active, Yahoo and Hotmail have to be handled separately because they have different rules. If you send everybody the same thing that you send to Gmail, you it's not going to work so well. Business emails are treated differently than personal emails. There's different processes so that we got out. We got you on that. The results 99% deliverability. 9% land in the inbox, not spam, not junk. And we monitor this around the clock. If something actually starts going into drifting into spam or something starts working, we're fixing it. We're on it. We got we got things monitoring around the clock to get it fixed. So, if you have clean data with purchase intent, you have subject lines that that get opened, you have copy and images that resonate and landing pages that close, you're good. other companies or other people or people you hire, they write your flows. Maybe you got someone on staff right now. They do a little bit of what's called retention marketing. They might clean your list, send it out to these companies that do that, but it's all on your broken system. It's you it's in your to Toyota. Um, and good you it's good for you, but it's not in the F1 car on the F1 track. Nobody else runs this whole chain for e-commerce sellers, but Dragonfish does. We're doing it for e-commerce sellers right now, but for email emails sellers is are just the start. We're going to be doing this for all kinds of brands as well. Um the right message to the right person at the right moment with clean delivery are sales you can count on from an audience that you actually own. We've shown this what we've been doing uh as we developed it to I showed I talked about and showed it to a guy from one of the top email platforms out there. They got 160,000 clients that send emails to them. His words exactly. I've never seen anything like it. We showed it to a guy that that's on our that we get some of our data from. He's like, "This is world class. This is crazy, Kevin. I never seen anything like this." Um we have four brands that have been in beta for this for quite some time. They've been generous enough to let us use their brands to to bang this thing out, to test it, to like stress test it. We have 214 people on a wait list right now that we're about to go out to. We haven't yet. We're about to. We have, like I said, industry veterans who said it's world class. It's built by two people who've done this at every level. Me and Norm. We've done this at every level. We know what we're doing. Um, is it going to succeed for everybody? Not necessarily. Uh, but if you there are a lot of people that are the right fit because this is not for everybody. If you don't have a list and you have a $20 product, this probably isn't for you. Um, but warm email works best with 30. If you have 30,000 plus emails already, we're going to eliminate 20 to 50% of them. When you send us your list, we're going to run it through that 28th cleaning and we're going to knock it down to 15 20,000. You're going to be, "Ah, no, that's in my emails. You can't do that." No, we can because you're going to see way better results and you're going to be happy at the end. If you got a small list, maybe cold intent if you have no list or maybe the cold intent can help you build a list. You know, you can be doing package inserts and newsletters and all the other stuff you should be doing, but in order for that to work, you have to have the right price and margins. It doesn't work for everything. And we're not going to take your money if we don't think it can work. We we we don't take your we're not going to say, "Oh, let's give it a shot and see what happens." And you paid us bunch of money and then we're like, "Oh, that didn't work. Thanks for your money." No, we're not going to do that. Uh this is an example, a hypothetical example of a warm email. There's a lot of variables here. So this is not a promise. This is not a guarantee. This isn't necessarily what's a lawyer saying, this is not typical of your results. But this is a if you if you end up doing stuff with Dragonfish, we'll work this specifically for your for your brand. But if you look at the yellow, it says conversion rate 5%. Product price $49 in the green and unit margins 30%. 30% is not counting like ad spend or or marketplace fees, you know, Amazon's commission. That's before all that. They call that I think CM1. Um, so if you assume those three things, which is fair for a good list, a warm email list should get a 2 to 10% response rate between two and 10%. If it's done right and cleaned and everything, 2 to 10%. So if you're 5% and you sending the list size is 30,000 that means we got two domains. We're sending about 360,000 emails a month. Our fee for that is 39.63. You're going to get about 1,500 orders. About $2.64 is your cost per order. 73 grand in sales. Uh 200 you need to sell 270 to break even on what you're paying us and on your margins. Not just what you're paying us, but on your margins too. We factor both in. Most people don't do that. They say you well to recover our cost you need to sell this million it's like half that. No we it's with your we want profit here. So the break even percent if we hit 0.9% so less than 1% to break even and you're getting new customers at a break even which some people are totally happy with that. But that means we need to hit $13,000 in sales that month for you on that that list and you'll have $18,000 in profit based on these numbers. Now your numbers are going to be completely different because you have different selling price. If you're selling a supplement or a high ticket thing, you know, a $200 item, or you're selling a dog treats where the people, the average person spends $40 a month and they stay for 6 months, that's a $240 LTV. So that number changes from 49 to 240. And these numbers completely drastically change, way higher in your favor. Uh, but this is just give an idea. If you work with us and book a call, we'll do this for your brand on the call. We'll show you exactly what to expect. It's not a promise, but it's what what she should expect. And we'll be conservative. Here's a example. If you only got a 2% response, same numbers, $49. Let's say, oh, we didn't get five, we only got 2%. Still making money on the 30,000. 4,800 bucks profit. Uh, and that's with your COGS baked baked in. That's not just the total sales minus RE. There's your No, that's with your COGS baked in. Um, and the bigger you are, the better this gets. um uh on cold on on this warm email example at those rates at 2% rates that everybody's rates are going to be different. But what about cold email? You're prospecting. I don't have a list or I want I do have a list, but I want to add new people. This one's harder. The conversion rates are a lot lower. Typically about half a percent. They can go down to 0.25 up to 3%. So this one you need to be selling a higher ticket item. So, if I'm selling a $99 item and I have a 30% margin, you can see at 30,000, I'm actually losing money. 465 bucks, you're actually after you pay us and you your cost of goods, you're actually going in the hole. But maybe that's okay for you because you're like, you know what, if they buy my $99 thing, I know they're going to buy filters or whatever every month and I'll get the money back and I can sell them other stuff. And maybe you're okay with that, but we make that clear to you upfront. Uh, what if you have a 1% response? you just double the response on cold. Now you're at the same thing. You're at third fourth grand a month in profit in the far right side. So you can see how this works. And so we we will do this for you with your brand. It's about a penny per email. Our goal is to get you 3x monthly. If we can't at least 3x monthly. If we can't do that on what you're paying us. If you can't do that, then you shouldn't work with us. Um these are based these examples were not I'm not saying these are typical. These are based on ordinary margins, middle of the road conversion, and no miracles required. It's not cheap. It's not for dabblers. But if you if if you don't want email to be 25 to 40% of your sales, just please keep your money. Don't don't don't work with us. We don't we don't want those people. Warm email starts at 3963 a month. Cold email starts at 4920 a month and goes up. It's a three-month commitment. You own all the lists, domains, and sites if that we build. if you if you decide to leave us after that. Um we we turn that stuff over to you. Um we don't turn over the brains, but we turn over that stuff to you. U so it's yours to go do what what you want. If you're on a smaller budget or maybe you have no list or small list, you're like, Kevin, I can't afford that right now. You're not ready for that full service, we still got you covered. We got you, man. There's five other ways to get Dragonfish uh power all cart. And if you do the other plans, you can add some of this stuff to it, too. One is we build the brains for you and then you run them yourself. You run them on your we we don't set up all that infrastructure. We don't give you the F1 racing car. You you run it on your Toyota and maybe you're happy running it with on the Toyota on the track, but we're going to we're going to use our F1 and lap you. Um but brand uh so we give you brand specific brands for your emails, your social, and your listings. You can use them inhouse on your own projects forever. And so you can have that option. It's a onetime thing. Um, we also can give you the five critical emails. Remember I talked about those. This is what most agencies do. If you hire an email marketing come, this is the only thing most of them do. We do it at a fraction of the cost and significantly better. Now, you got to go install it. We don't go log into your Clavio and set it up. You're going to have to have your team or someone install it. We don't go mess around with all that. We we stay working on our F1. Our mechanics are busy in the in the pit working on our F1s. We don't got time to go be messing with a oil change on Toyota. So, you you we give it to you. We give you the good gas and the good oil and you go put it in your car. That's what that's what we do here. Uh we also can identify 40 to 70% of your anonymous website visitors. You just that's all you care about right now. No problem. We can give you the JavaScript and we give you all those hot leads. Um we give you the code place. You get the leads. They're us do what you please. Put them into your Facebook audiences. Put them email them yourself. Sit on them and do nothing. Whatever you want. You just we can set that up for you too with the best world-class system in the world. We can just clean your Kevin. I got this. I don't need all your stuff. I just need to clean my list. I've been trying to figure someone that can just get all the bad emails on my list because I haven't emailed anybody in three years and I know there's some bad emails. We can just do that for you and just give it back to you um through the 28 point system. So, if that's all you want, um there are other people that do this, a lot of people, some of them cheaper, but they only look at three to 10 signals. We look at 28. So, ours is way more in-depth and way better. And sometimes, even if you just knock off an extra 1%, that 1%'s the ones that would have caused you all the problems of your reputation. We get them out of there. We also can do verified inmarket audiences automatically sent to your ad platform. So, if you're big on running meta ads or Google ads or Walmart or Amazon ads, we can actually those intent leads, we can feed them automatically behind the scenes. We don't give you the email addresses, but we set up a feed that automatically creates those audiences for you on those platforms. So, if you're running that kind of stuff, you can start retargeting those people at scale if you're and that's we don't help you set that up. We just give you the feed. So, you need your own Meta or Google person or or Amazon person that knows how to do to do that. We don't actually go in and set it. We give you the data of that intense stuff. You know, the people that search for hair loss shampoo, you get that data within hours and that feeds right in. So you can start serving them ads right away if that's something that you do. Our beta beta clients won't let you show their unfair advantage. I asked a couple of our clients like, "Hey, can I show the landing pages? Can I show a couple of the emails?" Every single one of them said, "No, please don't." Uh, and I was like, why? It's like, dude, these are so good. This is I don't want my competition. If I'm selling a a supplement, vitamin C supplement, and I you show them the landing pages and show them my email copy, that's my competition. I don't want them seeing what you're doing. This is too good. That's literally the I'm I'm paraphrasing, but that's that's what they said yesterday. So, I couldn't show you these, but but if you want to jump a on a call with me and Norm or me or Norm, most of a lot of times it'll be both of us at the beginning, we'll take you into the pit and we'll show you stuff. We'll we'll set up those simulations for your brand and your margin so you can see, hey, this is what it can do for you and you can decide, I want to go forward or no, I just want, you know, one of those allocart services. But just I I warn you when you get on that call, be prepared to be blown away. And make sure your whoever makes the decision for your brand is on that call because we have a wait list and we can only add five or 10 people right now and then we'll have to add a few more next month. So if you're eager to get this going for Q4, um you need decision makers on that call and like I said, we'll run the simulations for you. So if you want to book that call, this is how you do it. You scan that QR code or you just go visit dragon.fish. That's the that's the URL, dragon.fish or scan that UR code QR code and set up a call. We have some tomorrow, have some next week. If you go there and like shoot, there's nothing for 3 weeks. That means they filled up. Um, so and I got market masters coming up. So Norm and I have uh have some of those blocked, but go check that out and go to dragon.fish or scan that QR code and pick a date to time. Don't do it if you're just kicking the tires. Be serious. We We want to talk to serious people that want serious results and are ready to either spend that money for us to do it or or are looking to add one of those allocart services. Remember, an audience is only as valuable as your ability to reach it on demand. Now you know how. That's do some yourself, but if you want to do it world class, Dragonfish is who does it. I have one last question for you before I give you your gifts. Email is the one asset that no one can take away from you. What are you building it into? What are you building it into? Own the inbox. Let dragonfish help you. Scan that QR code. Go to that website, dragon.fish. Book your call and we will see what we can do to help you. We'll get on a call. There's no obligation. um we'll get on the call and see if it makes sense for you. If it doesn't, we will tell you on the call. If we'll run the simulation like nope, dude, don't waste your money. Um it's not going to work. We'll tell you. There's no guarantee everything works, but we'll tell you these are the chances and this is the expectation. Hopefully, we'll exceed those, but there are cases where maybe it doesn't quite hit that, but we'll do everything we can. But this is what we reasonably think. Scan that cure code or go to dragon.fish. Now, as I promised you, you guys are smart. You stayed on here to the end. Uh, so here's your four gifts that I promised. Now, our system's about a thousand times more complex than these prompts. We don't we don't even use prompts. We don't go in and type in prompts. Um, we use the tools, but we don't we backend and we use some sophisticated stuff, but these prompts will make a difference for you right now. If you if you're not interested in working with us, at least try these and do these right now. So, I want you to get ready to screenshot the next four slides so that you can uh use them tonight if you want to. So, get ready to screenshot the next four slides. This is number one. I'm not going to read it all out, but make AI talk like your buyers and not like AI. So, this is a customer language minor. So, screenshot this so you have it and that you can run this in whatever your favorite LLM is. I'll give you about five seconds to screenshot that and then I'll go to the next one. All right, here's the next one. This is subject lines first. So, you always want to write the subject line before the email. So, this will help you with that. All right, we'll go. Everybody got that one? We go on to the next one. Get ready to screenshot the next one. This is objection the objection finder. This edits for objections and not just typos. So, screenshot this one. Like I said, remember this is not what we do, but this is going to help you. This gets you going. We we do way beyond this. Um, but this will get you going. Everybody get get that screenshot. I'll give you the fourth one. Here's the fourth one. Find the hidden patterns your winners share. I do something similar to this for the people that advertise in billion-dollar sellers newsletter. Someone advertises, they're going to give me thousands of dollars to advertise. I go in, I use an MCP server into Aweber and I say, "Look at the last 100 emails that I've sent out, advertising emails. What are the patterns? What works? What doesn't work?" And then it makes a report and I give that to the advertiser so that when they they write their emails, they have a guideline of knowing what works and doesn't and helps them have better success. Therefore, they're going to buy more ads from me. Um, this is I do something similar to this, a little more advanced, but this will this will get you going and help you. You can if you have access to an MCP, if you're not I don't have the last 25, but if you got Aweber, for example, or Omnisend or some of those tools, they have MCPs. So you can just connect it and chat GBT. It's a simple URL to connect it. You just ask ChatG, how do I connect Mailchimp MCP and it'll say, "Oh, use this. Go to the connectors and use this uh uh URL and set it up and give it permission. Log in and you're done." And you can query query that without having to go pull them all out there and copy them and delete and export them and all this stuff. Um, all right, that's it. So, if you if you've got questions, we got time now for a couple questions. Make sure you book a call with Dragonfish, dragon.fish, and we can see if we can help you out. Um, Norm, you still here? >> Yep. >> We got any questions? >> There has been a couple. Let me see. There's three questions and I'm just trying to see where they're popping up. Oh, there they are. Okay. So, from Carrie Lane, can this work uh if you have a pre-launch or join waiting list? >> Yeah, if you have a pre-launch or a a join wait. Yeah, it can work. Yeah, I mean the warming that's that would be more on the warm side because they already know have a relationship or connection with you. It depends on how big that list is. I mean, you're going to be our minimum is 39.63 a month. So, if your list is only 5,000 people, you're paying a premium because you only have 5,000 people because we have a it cost us we have a an infrastructure that there's just a base. So, it's it's cheaper for people that have bigger list per per email. But, you could give us a call and we could take a look at that and see if it makes sense for you or not. Okay. Uh, this one it says, let me see. Grammar, grammar, grammar. uh how much time this system needs to start and for us to see the numbers you are showing. How long does it take before they see anything? >> So the first month is basically a prep month. So the first month we're not sending any we're not sending any real emails for you for you. So depending on the size, if it's a smaller size, it's three or four weeks. If it's a huge, you know, you got half a million or something on your, it's going to take a couple extra weeks, but just on average, it's about a month it takes us to make the brains, to build the landing pages, to get your approval on everything. And in that process, we're setting up the domains. We're also warming up. Warming up means we're sending emails every day that are not real emails. They're they're fake emails that get sent out. And then there's people on the other side that open them, click them, unsubscribe. It makes it look real. Because if you go go sign up for a brand new domain, kevin.com, and you start sending emails tomorrow from kevin.com, everything's going to go to spam. Everything's going to go to junk. So, you have to warm it up and show that this is legitimate, that people it's a good domain. And and so that's we have it takes some time to do that. So, we do that and then we in month two is when we start actually sending the real emails, assuming you get your approvals and stuff back to us and you do what you got to do on your side of, you know, being prompt and on time. And then in month three is when it's really rocking. That's why it's a three-month commitment. Then at the end of month three, you can say, "Hey, hey, this this stuff ain't working. Um, get out of here. I'm not doing this anymore." Or, "Holy cow, uh, let's let's actually wrap this up. Let's actually I got some more emails." or let's instead of doing 30,000 cold emails, let's put this at 50,000. I'll spend a little bit more. Let's scale this thing. Uh and then it goes from there. Uh so that's that's the the general process. >> Okay. Uh can you share the price range in the full pack uh and a full package only or do you Wow. Can you share the price range and it a full package only or do you need an email only? So, I guess they're asking about whether you need the intent base or if you have your already your own email. >> I see the question here. I'm trying. It's Juliet's. Is that the one you're on? >> Yeah. >> And you share a price range and it a full package or do you have email? Yeah. I'm not quite sure what you mean there. There's there's two basic prices. So there's a if you have your own list, there's a price depending on the size of that list after we clean it. So we we there's a charge to clean it. So we send you you send us your 100,000 people, let's say, and we clean it and let's say and we give it back to you so you can put it in your system and then it let's say it's 60,000 that actually pass our 28 uh health checks that we think are good to email. Some of those other 40,000 might be okay, but you you can email them if you want to, but we're not going to because we're not going to risk our reputation. So, we'll we'll or yours on our on our behalf. So, we'll email. So, that's 60,000 that's left. You're going to be at the 60,000 monthly price. So, on our chart, we can talk about this on on the call. Let's just call that for now 5,000 bucks. So, you're going to pay us $5,000 for those 60,000 to to handle those 60,000 emails. If it's on the cold side and you want to do cold, then you're gonna It starts at 49 whatever it was 4933 I think or 32 whatever it was a month and for 30,000 that's like a thousand emails a day and then we test that the first month there might be some hit and misses because we got to test angles and we got to test intent words. So there could be great success or there could be like uh but in month two we dial that in and in month three we have it dialed in the best we can and then you make a decision. uh and and those that's a separate charge and then those also get worked into your warm list. So as they reply they get added to your warm list so they your warm list grows. Then the optional services are a separate charge and they're they're cheaper. Uh you can get on the call and we'll we'll give you those but they're cheaper. So if you just want the intent JavaScript to put on your site, you don't want to do anything else with us, we can do that for you. It's a per lead cost. Um, if you want to do just the five emails to put them into your system, into your current system, we can do that for you. And it's it's a flat fee. Uh, if if you uh want to use the brains for your own purposes, you can pay us for that. And then you can use those. You don't get all of our processes of how we actually make those brains work. We just give you the brains. And so those are some optional uh things that are separate. Uh yeah, Juliet came back and said, "Great." Uh so it starts at or Yeah. So it starts at 30,000. That is our base rate. >> Yeah. For cold email. >> Yeah. Uh let me see. There's three left. Oh, uh yeah, I already know the answer to this one, Kev. But um uh how does your intentbased emails work? Uh how are you getting the information from Google? There's uh there's tools that there's tools and companies that do this. So there we go to the source. There you there are some tools online that advertise something similar to this and it cost a pretty penny. You're going to pay out the nose for them. Most people that use them use them for high ticket sales. So they're selling a $5,000 course or they're trying to hire a $100,000 a year employee. it makes sense for them to pay those costs because there there's a huge high return. But most of us Amazon sellers, we're selling a $20, $50, $100, maybe $200, some a little bit more product. You can't pay those costs and you can't do that. You can't set up that proper infrastructure. So, we go to the source. So, they have 212 data sources. All this data comes in anonymously. So, it all comes into this like pit anonymously and they have partnerships with all these companies. So, but once it's in there anonymously and it's got these, we see these like big long IDs that are anonymous IDs, but when it's matched up, they can figure out, oh, this guy on partner number 27 went to did this thing that's partner number 83. And you could put correlations together and you can figure out who they are and you and then you also have pixels on websites. So, if someone logged into seller central, if I want Amazon sellers, and I've done this, I want I want to market to Amazon sellers. I want to know if they logged into seller central because someone that logged into seller central is probably a probably an Amazon seller. Probably someone that I want to sell something to or my newsletter or something. I can there's pixels and services that monitor that. They don't get everybody. Um but some of it's blocked but they get a lot of it. And then a lot of times you might have gone somewhere and you might have done one of these things that says uh test your IQ. The average IQ is 102. What's yours? And you're like I'm curious what my IQ is. And you go through the quiz. you didn't read what it says uh what they what they p they're putting a pixel on your page and tracking you everywhere they're doing all this other stuff. So, it comes from that. It comes from people's not realizing I I go back to like several years ago, FA Mark Zuckerberg went before the Senate in the United States and they're asking him a lot of questions. Well, how if Facebook is free, how do you make money? He's like, uh, advertising. Um, if if I if something is free, it's not the product, you're the product. anything that's free. Any social media, anything that's free, it it's it's not the product. You're you are the product. Uh so that's so they grab that. It's totally legal. Uh and then we get the data, we clean it because there's some ri there's some mismatches in there. Um but there's better data and there's okay data and we get the better data and we we know we clean it. So, if if you show up in that database and maybe your email is some Yahoo email that you haven't logged into in six months, but that's what the database shows, we know if you've opened that email. Another another tool, remember I showed you 19 tools. We have another tool that says, "Oh, this email has been opened because they monitor they sniff the networks and they monitor it and they know, oh, this they don't know what you're writing. They don't they don't know what but they know that this email was active because it got sent through the network." And so, they're like, "Oh, yeah, this email was opened yesterday." Like, oh, good. Well, that email was open yesterday, it we're going to send them an email on your behalf. If it was open six months ago, we're going nah, it's probably not going to get seen, probably going to just sit there. Maybe it's even spam. We're not going to risk our reputation. We're not going to send that. So, we weed that down. And what we do is we get a list every day. So, it depends on the category. It could be a couple hundred thousand. It could be a million or more. Depends on what it is. But, let's just say it's 500,000. So every day we get a file sent to us to we have we have a process that grab so called a web hook grabs this file from our provider of people that search. Let's just use the shampoo example hair loss shampoo. So maybe we're looking at three different keywords that people type into Google or some different websites they visit. We grab those people and maybe it's half a million people. Those half a million people, it's not half a million people that did it today. it's half a million people who have done it in the last 30 days. And then tomorrow we get another file and maybe it's 501,000 or maybe it's 472,000. It's always a runs 30 days in a rears. So what we do is on day one, we don't touch the file. We just save it. On day two, we get another file that goes back 30 days. So that means the the oldest day is now gone on day two. And then the newest day is added. And we see who the newest day people are. And let's say it's 26,000 people. uh got added to the file. Then we take those 26,000 and we see who how many days did they show up previously. So if they showed up just that's the first time they showed up, they're new to market. If they showed up three times, it tells us like yeah, they they showed up uh last week and two weeks ago in the same data, that means they're pretty seriously looking. That means they're a pretty good target. So we grab them and we put them priority and then we send the then we send the email. We we send them to clean and make sure these emails are valid. We knock out a bunch of them. Then we see, like I said, when's the last time that they open their email. Oh, it's yesterday. Okay, you're good. Oh, it's six months ago. Nope, scratch that guy. Uh, and then we send it to our cold email system, all automated, all behind the scenes every day. And an email series of emails goes out to them. It's three emails. So then that that day or the next day, depending on when the data hits, they'll get email number one saying, "Hey, you're got a headache. you know, magnesium, you know, like I showed you. If you don't answer that or don't reply, two days later, another email goes out. You don't reply to that, two days later, another email goes out. You don't reply to that, two days later a quiz goes out. And if you don't reply to that, we take you off and you're gone. If you reply, now you get onto our warm list. You get automatically passed over. And now you start getting all of our normal promotions and everything that we would send to someone just as if they came to your website and said, "Subscribe to my newsletter if they bought something from me. Um, it will work. Uh, Cur Cur Curum, it will work for an Amazon service agency. Um, at $500 to5,000, it will work for that. We just built it right now for ecom. So, it's built right now for product sellers, but yes, service companies, this will be very valuable for SAS companies, PPC agencies. Uh it's just we have to redo the brains uh to be more for a service than a product. It's a it's a Kevin time thing and we want to get the we have enough people that want the products that's we're doing that first and then we will add that probably this fall. Worst case will be early next year, but hopefully that's on the agenda for this fall and we will have that for people that are agencies or SAS companies or local garage repair shops or whatever it is. It's just right now we're geared towards the product sellers because that's what Norm and I that's where the audience is that Norm and I have right now. We don't have to spend a lot of as much on marketing to try to reach them. Kev, we got a we had a bunch of people book, but I think it's really important that we state this is not for everybody. I've taken a look at a lot of the accounts and some haven't launched, some are just brand new. There are some people that fall right in the range, but I think it'll be wasting uh their time as well as our time uh on the phone. >> Yeah. So yeah, if you're brand new, um the we can't do anything on the warm side. If you don't have a list, we can't help you. The only thing we can help you is on the cold or we can help you with some of the allocart. Some of those guys normally want the alloc cart. Maybe they want to p put a pixel on their website >> or they want they just want the brains because you can use those brains to write your Amazon listings or your Facebook ads. So maybe they want those. Um, but to do our our services, um, you they need a big list, 30,000 or more ideally. Um, warm, it's already on your list, or on the cold side, you're it's going to be a slow grind and you're going to spend some money. So, if you're willing to spend some money and build that, it's just it's not going to be a miracle overnight. So, all of a sudden, you're going to have millions of dollars and huge numbers of num of people. It's it's and you're going to spend some money to make that work. So, not everybody is in that position. So, if you are, then great. If keep that call. If not, cancel it. Or if you're interested in one of those extra services I showed, then uh keep the call and we can talk to you about that. But we'll we'll when we get on the call, we'll screen those out. But yeah, this is this is for the serious people. >> All right. Uh does the system help create the list as well? Well, >> yes. >> Go ahead. Yeah, I showed you there's several things we do that helps you create the list. The IP resolution, and that depends on your website. If your website gets no traffic, you know, we have one of our beta clients right now, our website doesn't get a lot of traffic. We set that we set it up for all four of our active betas right now. Uh, and they, one of them, uh, yesterday got one lead, one off the IP resolution. Another one got 96. Another one got 140. another one got like 20 or something like that. So, if you don't have a lot of traffic already going to your website, it's going to be slow. It's not it's not a miracle. Um, where we can run numbers faster is on the intent on the cold email, but it's you have to have the right product and the right margins to make that work. If you're selling a $20 spatula, this is not going to work for you. Remember, I showed the examples. You need a you need either a product that sells for $100 or more or lifetime value of $100 or more to have a chance. If you're selling a $200 um you know microphone or whatever um then you might have a chance. But if it's a $20 spatula, it's not going to work. It's just not going to work. We don't want to take your money. >> All right, here's another one. Uh hey Kevin, what about what about a service? We have a million plus email list that we send to and sell access to. Uh want to use it to get people to list their guns for sale. >> Yeah, that list. What do you mean by service? Um >> I I guess he's got an email list service where he'll either rent or sell the people's names. >> Oh, so it's it's like a rent. Okay. Yeah, it's it's like the old list rental business. Um >> that's that's what I think. >> Yeah. So, what's the question though about that, Paul? >> Uh will uh can we use the service? So, I guess >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, so we can take your million plus emails. We can clean them. We're going to knock some out and make you cry. Uh but we can we can clean those for you. Uh which is going to improve everything across the board. Give those back to you. Sounds like you've already got your own emails set set up. or we can run in parallel so you can keep driving your Toyota. It's the analogy I gave and we'll we'll drive an F1 race car on the side and we can add gas to that. Um or we can also for cold email um we can get you new potential people on that list. You know, we can go after I I have to do the research. I don't know what it is, but the >> whoever it is that the gun uh was it guns uh whoever it is that's looking for a gun type of stuff. >> Um we can we can find those those leads. This works really good for that type of stuff. By the way, the cold email, as long as the margins work and we can get on a call and see, it doesn't work for like free stuff. So, if you're like, get people for my free newsletter, it's going to be hard to make it work. But if it's you got upfront, if you're willing to invest and do play the long game and get them on a free newsletter and you're like, I know I'm going to go in the whole 50 grand or 100 grand to get these people, but I know that a year from now I'm going to be making 500,000 or a million bucks off them because they're worth something. It could work. But if you're looking for an ROI upfront on free on a free subscription, it doesn't it's going to be cash negative. But if you got something that's a I don't know, it's a $99 club or $199, they buy a gun or something, we can definitely go after those. So, this works good for um some of the adult products, some of the like cannabis stuff, some of the things that you're not really allowed to advertise on Facebook or social on Amazon. Um it can nothing illegal, but it can work good for some of that. Guns are one of >> Oh, he just he just uh added something here. He says it's a it's a gun for sale website. We want inventory. We have hundreds of thousands on the site every month. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, that I would think. Yeah, depends on what your margins are. Yeah, you should get book a call, Paul. Um, we should run through your margins and your price points on those guns and see if it works for you. But the Colt, you're you Sounds like you could be a perfect candidate for the Cole because guns are not $30. They're hundreds or thousands of dollars usually. >> I I wouldn't know. We have batons. >> That's true. Y'all Y'all have switches, right? Little >> Yeah. Yeah. or uh leather gloves. Um let's see. At the top it says, "What do you mean by subject line? 10 drafts." So subject line is the the subject line of the email. When you get an email, it says what's inside the email. That's the subject line. So you need to actually do 10 of I recommend you write 10 of those and then or have AI write 10 of those or have subjectline.com write 10 of those and then choose the best one or mix and match the best things like, "Oh, I like this part of this one. this part of this one. Put them together. It's a it's a it helps you brainstorm. >> All right. >> Subject line's got to be critical. If you get into the inbox, that's step one. Remember I showed you step two is get the open. So if it just they just scroll by that doesn't look interesting and don't open it, then they're not going to read it. Then they're not going to click and then they're not going to buy. So you got that subject line is the second step that's critical to getting them to actually take the next step. So that's important what that says. A lot of people tell me like on the billion dollar sellers news and like Kevin I get your emails and I always have to open them because the subject lines are like intriguing or maybe want to know what is the answer to this and that's on purpose. Uh let me see. Oh uh Mendle says he had to step away for a while. Uh can you share the skills again or how do they get the skills again? >> You mean the prompts? Um yeah I can >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Here you go. Here's prompt number one. Screenshot that. Uh, Meno, here's prompt number two. Screenshot that one. Prompt number three. Screenshot that one. Here's prompt number four. Screenshot that one. And here's where you book a call. Screenshot that one or actually you can click it if you're interested. Okay. And I'll leave the longest one till last. But uh the next one, if we only want if we only want a list from your end, uh if you only wanted a list from your end to be built, what would the pricing be that you don't want us to email it? You just want the data. Is that Can you clarify that? >> Do you want the Is that Chad? >> No, this is Kurum. >> Kurum. So can you clarify? Do you want us to email it and and and and send it and do all that or you just want the leads and you're gonna you're going to do what you want to do with them? We we can do that. That um there is a a chart. We do it two ways. One is we give you some special code that feeds into your meta or Google. Um and then if you just want the raw data, that one um we don't have an offer right now for the raw data. we may at some point. Um, that's pretty valuable asset. Uh, so giving you this the raw data is something we don't do at this point. Um, but we can feed it into your your Meta, Facebook, Amazon or Walmart so that you can retarget and use it there. All right, the last one's from Chaz. Chad, it's a long one. I have a list of a little less than 10,000 who have opened at least once in the last 60 days. I get about 50% open rates, but very few clicks on sales from the list. I have two dog supplements and most of the sales come from Amazon and Chewy. If there's not a guarantee, is there data I can provide? If there's not a data uh guarantee, is there data, conversion rate, etc. I can provide that will give a realistic idea of if this will be profitable. I'm also releasing a French bulldog food in the few in a few months. Should I wait uh for that since that would likely have the highest reorder rate? >> Uh yes, we you can book a call with us. 10,000 is a little bit small. So, you just got to understand that um you're going to be paying a little bit of a premium because our our pricing is based on a 30,000, but um it still may work. We can run a simulation for you uh on that call with you have your margins ready and especially on the supplements. Know your lifetime value. Know that maybe it's a $29 supplement, but you know the average person buys six times. So, you're really it's worth a customer is worth 180 bucks to you. If you know those numbers and know your margin, not your margin with Amazon fees and PPC, but your margin, your CM1, your your um you know your your bottom your top level margin. Um no, then we can run simulations and tell you if it'll work or not and see if it makes sense for you. >> So the last question uh oh there's what's uh Chad says, is there a way to know LTV with Amazon buyers? Yeah, there's some tools. There's a tool called Nozzle, I think. Uh, N O Z L E, I think.AI. Just look up LTV, Amazon buyer tool Israel. They're an Israeli tool. If they're still around, they do it. There are some other tools. There's some people that use MCP and they guess. They can download their orders and they try to guess, but Nozzle is the one that actually did it. Um, but yeah, it's Amazon doesn't make that easy. Amazon knows that data but they don't make that easy. >> All right. Uh the last one is about a B2B and BTOC service. So uh I work will this work for an ecommerce uh roofing business meaning I am a manufacturer and sell uh B2B and B TOC. >> Yes, you're probably a good candidate. I'm assuming the price for a new job is not cheap on a roofing job. into the thousands of dollars probably. We can do it localized where we if you where you're based or if you're based in a few cities, we can just find the people in those cities that are searching for that or have that. We can also get data on like how old their house is, how many square feet they have, what their income is. We we get all those 77 other data points. A lot of that stuff is ideal for real estate uh and filtering based on that. So yeah, that's would be that would fall though under the nonproduct the what I just said earlier, we're set up right now for physical products, but we are working and that is in the the plan to have this fall or worst case January. It probably be this fall, but because there's big demand for it, um have it where we can actually we got to modify our brains from products to services and be able to do that. And you that would potentially be a game changer for you because you could find everybody not everybody you get about 70%. Everybody's typing if you're in Dallas doing commercial roofing in Dallas. Anybody that's typing any kind of commercial roofing type of intent in the Dallas area let's say we could it's not going to be huge numbers. It's going to be whatever 20 people a day, 100 people a day, 500 a day, whatever. It's not going to be massive numbers, but they're highly highly niched down leads and we can target those people very well. And all you don't need but one or two of them to buy to pay for the whole thing several times over, especially commercial. >> All right, I think that's it, Kev. >> All right. Well, I appreciate everybody coming on and joining Norman and I today. Thanks for hanging out for the last hour and a half.
