I want to know what's the difference between how a $100,000 seller uses influencers versus how a $10 million brand uses them. And where does the leverage really kick in? >> Yeah. So over $100,000 seller, if they've got to $100,000, let's say $100,000 a month or something like that, just go bigger, that means they have components of a system that work, right? They have a creator coach. They're maybe able to execute some sort of brief or creative concept that has performed well. They find influencers that really fit their brand and resonate with an audience. But what the $10 million sellers are doing really well is they're scaling up that model and they know exactly how that works. They understand that this type of influencer profile generates this amount of return and they're just pouring gasoline into that model. And then they're also feeding a ton of data with AI automation and everything like that so that they're really able to scale it with exponential returns. Think like $1 CPMs and things like that. >> Hey Sohan, what's going on? >> What's going on Amy? How are things? >> Things are going. I'm super stoked because you are speaking at ecommastery.ai AI, this event that we have coming up in Nashville, and I wanted to give you a call to talk to you about your topic a little bit, ask you some questions, get you to give some value ahead of time, you know, and and I'm so stoked about this event because this is Kevin King's first ever event where we are combining not only all of the e-commerce channels. Usually, we're just kind of focused maybe on Amazon. And lately it's been like Amazon Tik Tok, but now it's like Amazon Tik Tok, Shopify, all the things. Um, and we're focused on the latest and greatest in AI, which we cannot ignore right now. So, it's happening in Nashville April 8th through the 12th. And what a great location as well. Are you so stoked about this event? >> Yeah, I'm super stoked. I think it's different than Kevin's normal events and other events I've been through just because the audience who's going to be there is just like so senior especially where the stage where I'm speaking at and I just love talking to business owners who have a little bit of an understanding of the tactics so we can get super in the weeds on what works. >> You know, I'm glad that you brought that up because there are so many different levels of people coming to this event. We've got people who are just beginners. Maybe they're just trying to get into e-commerce because of all the changes with AI. We've got the medium level, maybe they're already making uh six figures, moving into seven figures or early seven figures, and they're just trying to get that figured out. And then we've got our advanced folks who are multi-million dollars, maybe they're in the eight figure range, and they just need those tactics that are going to just continue to push. So, that's great that we've got multiple stages, speakers that are focused at different levels of helping people in their businesses. And what a great thing for an event like this. So, I have some questions for you. You're going to be talking about advanced creator and influencer strategies and you work on these strategies. I want to know what's the difference between how a $100,000 seller uses influencers versus how a $10 million brand uses them and where does the leverage really kick in? >> Yeah. So, for $100,000 seller, if they've got to $100,000, let's say $100,000 a month or something like that, just go bigger. Um, that means they have components of a system that work, right? They have a creator coach. They're maybe able to execute some sort of brief or creative concept that has performed well. They find influencers that really fit their brand and resonate with an audience. But what the $10 million sellers are doing really well is they're scaling up that model and they know exactly how that works. They understand that this type of influencer profile generates this amount of return and they're just pouring gasoline into that model and then they're also feeding a ton of data with AI automation and everything like that so that they're really able to scale it with exponential returns. Think like $1 CPMs and things like that. Wow. Yeah. And I I think learning those strategies when you are trying to scale is so important because the same things you were doing at that $100,000 level are not going to work to really help you scale beyond the $10 million level. So I I love that you're going to be sharing some of those strategies. So let's shift the focus over to AI because AI is changing everything. It's changing the entire e-commerce landscape. It's changing the way people shop, the way people search online, and it's changing the creator economy. So, how are the smartest brands using AI to find, vet, and manage creators at scale? And what does that mean for sellers who are still doing it manually? >> Yeah, the the smartest brands are using the software. So, I I work at one of those software companies, Reacher, where these softwares are hooked into a database, and they've got creators indexed by the face shapes, the ethnicities, the tone, the personality, the video type, and then they're also doing things like social listening to scrape what's working in real time, what people are talking about. Maybe even pulling in Amazon reviews and uncovering the profiles of the customers with the biggest pain points in the last 90 days who want to emphasize a certain dream outcome and then they're pulling that into their creative brief. So by and large just taking big data across their customers and e-commerce channels and mixing that back into their creator economy engine. >> That's incredible. And I think as someone who has created creator briefs before, both manually and with AI, there's a lot of research and data that goes into that. Not only finding creators, but also um giving them the information that they need to properly help you sell that product. So I can imagine how AI can really really be helpful in that in on both sides of the equation. So your session in Nashville is going to go deep on advanced strategies. What's one thing that you'll cover that even experienced sellers probably haven't considered? >> Yeah, so one thing that I'm pretty bullish on is using a software called a Gum Loop. It's similar to like an NAN or a make. Uh what we'll do is we'll actually help you scrape and process over like maybe 10,000 50,000 Amazon reviews. Scrape those insights from social listening using browser scraping tools like Exa Parallel, Firecrawl. And then we'll actually dive into what your customers are saying in reviews, what's converting best in meta ads and working across your channels and then analyzing that data and putting together a creative testing plan to in like incubate your creator community on Tik Tok shop with. So taking that big data and then packaging it in a way where Tik Tok shop affiliates can test them rapidly and we can gamify that uh as well. So that's what those $10 million sellers are are doing that is just changing the game right now. Oh wow. I am so excited to learn about that. I cannot wait because I used to have a Tik Tok agency and one of our biggest strategies when we were growing brands to those levels was to create those gamified processes with the creators. And that's hard to put together. If you don't have a tool like you're showing during your talk, it is really tough not only to create but to maintain and to make sure that your creators stay involved. Uh, oh man, I cannot imagine. This is going to be great for the folks that are looking for something bigger and better for growing and scaling on uh Tik Tok shop and all of the channels where they use creators. Awesome. Well, it's happening April 8th through the 12th in Nashville and um the lowest level ticket is less than 500 bucks. Uh so yeah, people really don't have an excuse not to come and I can't wait to learn from you. There's parties every evening during the day. There's lots of different stages, lots of way to learn. So wherever you are in your business, I hope you'll join us at ecommastery.ai. Just head over to ecommastery.ai AI and use code mastery to save 20%. And so what is one reason you think that they have to be at this event? >> I mean to be on the cutting edge of Tik Tok shop and to be on the cutting edge of AI independently is already so hard. I think the way that Kevin is interweaving those together with the different speakers, like there's someone there who's gonna be speaking on SEO and AEO and there are flywheels you can create where you are funneling your Tik Tok shop transcripts and creative briefs into your other activities for Shopify, your A+ listings. At this point, the advanced sellers are interweaving all these strategies together. And if you want to learn it in one go and not have to go to five independent conferences to get the same information, would highly recommend going to Ecom Mastery AI. >> Yeah. Okay. Well, that's uh reason enough for me. Can't wait for that. All right. So, and have a great rest of your day and thanks everybody. We'll see you there.
