All right. Well, first of all, before we even get started, I got to tell you that I've been following along with Jay and everything he's been doing, and it's been awesome. It's not just like uh he he'll show you and then you're off on your own. He actually guides you through what we're going to be talking about. So, I've got Donna. I've got the the new uh creative that he's been talking about. So, let's get into it. Jay's going to be t talking about Amazon Creative in 2026. It's for your listing images, incredible videos, and some Claude Code skills. Now, if you didn't join us during the pre-show, Kevin and I have something called the Marketing Misfits. It's a podcast. It's It's completely different than any podcast you've probably heard. We go out, we talk to marketers, entrepreneurs, business people, and we talk to them about their success, thinking outside of the box, and how they became successful, hurdles that they've had to overcome. We've had some of the top marketers in the world on this show. Uh, recently, Ezra Firestone, Neil Patel, and just a ton of others. Now, if you want to check out our newest uh our newest venture, we've put out a newsletter a few months back. It's going incredibly well. We're we're getting lots of feedback and it's there's tons of information in it. You can check it out at misfits.news. Scan the QR code and you're all set. And this is uh something. Jeez, this is just a shameless plug. Dragonfish. Kevin and I have been working on Dragonfish for a while now. And like it says, we make your inbox pay. Uh Kevin, I'm going to hand it over to you. Uh and you can start talking a little bit about what we're doing. Yeah. So Dragonfish is a new uh company from Norman and I. We just launched it August 6, so it's about a month old now, but we've been working on it for quite some time. And we specialize in helping you on email marketing. And a lot of people are like, "Well, email, isn't that so 1990s?" It's like no, email should if you do it right should be adding 30 to 40% to your topline revenue and most people overlook it and we saw it's a major opportunity and the people that are doing it most of them aren't doing it right or they're doing it with clavio flows or they're doing it with you know maybe a retention agency or something and there's nothing wrong with that but there's lots more opportunity that they're leaving money on the table. So what we what Dragonfish does is four core things. We do warm email. So that means if you have a current email list, we help you add 20 to 40% to the topline revenue. Uh and we have a system that we do. We don't use your emails. We set up a whole separate series of domains and a whole separate system that runs parallel to whatever you're doing. So we don't touch anything that you're doing or that you already have. Uh we also do intentbased marketing or some people call that cold email. So, if you're selling a if you're selling a a hair loss shampoo, we can find the people who are searching for hair loss shampoos out there on the internet. Someone goes to Google and types, "What's the best shampoo for hair loss?" And uh without them ever coming to your website without them ever clicking an ad, we can identify about 60% of those people by email. And we know who they are. So, we actually send them an email to actually get them to buy your product. Uh which it's not one email, it's a series email. That's called intentbased marketing. and and we have a whole very sophisticated system that we know when the last time that person was checked their inbox. We know the last time they opened an email and so we know that how to narrow these people down into the most likely to actually buy your product and then we help you add a lot of people to your list and grow your product. And we also do IP resolution. So, as most of you know, you're selling on Amazon, you don't get the customer data. But if you have a Shopify site or a blog, we can actually give you some JavaScript that you actually put into the header. And about 60 to 70% of the people that come to your site, we identify them without them signing up for your newsletter by using IP, what's called IP resolution. All this is totally legal in the United States. Some of you like, is this legal? It's 100% legal in the United States. Uh and and also some people are like that last one intent. Is it legal to email somebody that didn't sign up for your list? Absolutely. In the United States, you go if you look at the CAN spam act, it's totally totally fine. It's an opt out, not an opt-in in the United States. Different in Europe, uh but it's a misconception a lot of people have. And so, but IP resolution, we can identify those people. And then we also have we can take that one step further. What's called marketplace capture. So, Marketplace Capture, you're selling on Amazon or Walmart, you don't get your customer data. We can actually help you get that customer data by with a special QR code where they come and then they get a coupon off their next order. And then not only do you get people that scan that that buy your product and then they fill that out, but we also put IP resolution on that page so that the people that actually scan that that scan the QR code come to the page to get their coupon and they don't end up filling out the form. we still identify them anyway. And so we can add a lot of people and a lot of your Amazon and Walmart customers to your list. So those are four things that we do. If you want to know more about that, um you can just go over to dragon.fish and it's all spelled out there. If you go to dragon.fish, it'll tell you everything, the whole processes, how it works. If it looks like it's something that you might be interested in doing, uh you can set set up a a call with uh Norm or myself or depends on, you know, who's available. in um we'll jump on a call with you. >> Kelsey will send up a link as well. >> Yeah, he set up set sent up a link. Um and there's also a calculator there. So, if you click uh on the page, you'll see there there'll be a link. It's not shown here, but it says calculators and you can go in and you can see the different services and you can run your numbers. So, you can like here on this warm email calculator, let's say your list size is 30,000 names. Well, we're going to clean that list and we're going to knock knock knock out a lot of the bad names, the ones that are spam traps, the ones that haven't opened their email in a long time that you shouldn't be emailing. It's just hurting your reputation. So, you can put these numbers in. You can put in like what's your conversion rate, you know, if you get a 1% or 2% or what's your average order value, what's your profit margin. There's more to this calculator than shown on the screen, and it'll come back and it'll estimate after you pay us and after you pay for your goods, what what do you have left over? Can you actually make money at this or not? Uh, so you can play with those calculators and if it looks good to you, jump on a call and we'll walk through them for you and explain some stuff, too. So that's all at dragon.fish. All right, now we're on to the webinar. We have Mr. Jay uh with us again today. We've did done a couple Jay's been on a couple of our AI webinars that Norman and I have done. He also we did a his Donna uh uh agent uh person hire make your first AI hire a couple months ago and it went really really well. So now he's back with a new one. Uh that's actually really cool and it's just in time that the beauty about this is Q4 is ramping up here in a couple weeks and this is perfect timing for having this ability to do what he's about to show you that you'll be able to do. So Jay's going to be making a a presentation, giving you some stuff you can walk away with, and then at the end, we're going to show you how you can actually join him for his next round of this where he holds your hand like Norm said at the beginning. Norm is actually doing it right now. Um, and is very impressed as as Norm said. So he's going to show you how you can join uh that. So Jay, I'm not Kevin before you uh go any further, uh, every comment that I'm making is being deleted. So, I I can't answer the questions that are coming in the comments. Um, just to let people know, I'm not ignoring you. I just every time I hit submit, it um it deletes them. >> All right, I'll go take a look at that. Oh, while Jay uh turn this over to Jay and I'll go see what's going on technically there and try to fix that on on my side. All right, Jay, I'm stopping the share. I'm going to let you turn this over to you, man. Glad to have you here. Thanks for joining us. >> Thank you, Kevin, and thank you, Norm. H you going to let me share? Yeah. Okay. I'm super excited to be here again. Yeah, I think it for the third time maybe. So yeah, it's going to be fun and we're going to talk a lot about cloud code skills, Amazon creatives and yeah, let me share my screen and we're going to jump into it. Okay. So today we're going to talk about Amazon creative in 2026. Everything changed uh from the AI start I don't know like two years ago for the creatives. Uh we're going to talk about listing images. We're going to talk about product videos and about code skills. some of them some of them I'm going to share today. So before everything I just want to say h that you should stop working with AI and start managing it. It's something that I'm trying to say for a few months because everyone working with AI but not everyone managing it like employees and even without employees the skills that you're teaching them once and you just need to manage them and not every time to spend your time again and again. So I let's say I think two years ago okay uh AI arrived and beautiful images you can do with nano banana and GPT for sense and no photographer no studio and no waiting it's not new from now it's I think one year two years already that the level it's very good so why is still the bottleneck for most sellers I'm talking to a lot of sellers And it's not a you know even that you can go to chip and tell them to create images for some it works but for some it's still not work and I'm going to tell you why you still need to do uh the work right you're doing it with AI but it's still on you okay you still need to do a research before you're creating images you're using the AI but you're working a lot to do analyze with the AI all your niche all your competitors then to build a brief what do you want to have on each image then to create the images you know the you don't need a photographer anymore so you do it with JP but still it's work to generate the images with the people inside and all the graphics then you need to analyze it to see if every image is good or not good then you need to do all the fixes and edits on every image then you need to do AB testing and it's a lot of work so you basically still doing the work yeah you you don't need to pay every like we used to that before and I'm going to show you later but still uh you need to uh to run again and again for work that it still make you a bottleneck in your business but bottom line you don't have a tool problem you have a hiring problem just need to find the right way to use the uh that going to solve it so in a few months I start cloud code and I create my first challenge It was about how to create your first day employee and more than 450 people joined. It was like sold sold out round after round. Uh let me know in in the chat if you also did this donor challenge last time. So the employee was Donna. She she's my chief of staff. Most of them most of the people doing did the challenge never write line of code. uh no cloud code experience nothing that was the idea of the challenge basically to teach you how to use cloud code and how to build your employ a employee and I'm going to explain what I mean when I say a employee and today again going I talk about Wonka is the second employee basically you don't need to have the first employee but Wonka if it's relevant if you want to to have a AI employee to manage and do uh the creatives for So wait, what is AI employee really mean? Because people think it's agents and you know like uh open claw and whatever. It's a lot of complicated uh meanings when it's come to AI employee. uh what I built a few months ago. with some full method of that basically AI employee is a folder just a folder with text files inside with all instructions and every time you open a folder uh when you start a session in cloud code you chose his name uh for example Wonka and inside this folder you have all the markdown files telling him with character skills what he know what exactly They you know to do memory what they remember they remember your product they remember you remember your business and routines what you want him to do by his own what you want him to do uh like a daily tasks and so on. Yeah let me show you that basically how it look like. I told CL to change the folders but you know it's just like a folder every time every time you you start a session in cloud code you can choose a folder WA Dona Monica you know uh so either you have a folders for video or folders for PPC so instead of do it like this type of folders you should do it as an employee it's a lot of benefits for for it so that basically what is an employee And the way I'm structured is like I have one employee the professor and he runs the team and then helping me with like top of the rest of the employees. Then we have Donna. She's my chief of staff. She's helping me with emails, tasks, preparing to meetings, basically everything to keep the day together. And then I I have a few more employees for myself. And the last one that I'm going to share today is Wonka the creative employee. He's doing for me everything for creative images videos. And I also going to build like a boot camp specifically for the image part how to create images for Amazon. But basically after you have this employee I have this employee I'm doing everything social media videos everything. This is the this is the folder I go when I need creatives. say hello to my team. Uh you can see I don't know if they know them from the TV shows, from the movies. I like to to give them names after people from TV shows because I can teach them the personality. For example, Monica, she's helping me with my finance. So, she's very organized, right? She know every penny where it goes. So Wonka from the creative is super creative. So that why it's helping me to to tell Claude, you know, you can teach Claude the way you want him to be, but when you have like a personality in mind, you can tell him exactly to be the way you're employing it to be. So meet Wonka, my creative employee from that chocolate factory. If you watch the the movie, let me know. Charlie and the you know the Willy Wonka. And I chose him because the creative side. I really like this um story, this book from when I was a kid. So yeah, he's doing the product video main images, secondary images, A+ variations, everything from it's not only to generate images, right? It's for the search to everything in the middle until it's ready to upload. Okay. Okay, after you have an employee, what part of the employee is matter most? Teaching them skills. After you you build your employee, you going to want to give them a skills uh more advanced like everything you build. So that's the way you're not going to be just cloud session. It's going to be like an employee. Claude code can do almost anything. But the real superpower is teaching it how you work once and turning that into a skill. That's what a skill feels like. Build it once, keep the superpower. >> I don't know if in the chat if it was without audio. I I need to know but yeah that basically the way feel I feel I felt when I start building skills in CL code it's really like make you feel like superpower uh a skill is a saved way what is a skill let's talk about it for two minutes if you don't know what it's skill when it's come to cloud code it's a saved way of doing a job cloud can load it whenever ever uh that job comes up. For example, you want to create a landing page. So, he check his skills uh how to create the landing page and instead of you tell them every time as a prompt, explain uh the job now and next time you need to explain it again with a skill. You teach the the job once. Next time, Claude already know it. And it's not just one prompt, you know, like one text. It can be uh very detailed. Uh it's basically a markdown file inside the folder plain English instructions uh with all the job but it can also include files, templates and scripts. It can be super advanced. You can again going to show you today skill that basically doing a work in the background for 1 hour around and is doing a lot of work while you can go eat lunch or whatever. you're going to come back and you're going to have the the work done for you. So, it's crazy uh good if you know if you're using it and how to use it. You just run it with slash slash the name of the scale or sometimes claude know by himself when to use the skill. So, I going to show you some skills but I going to we have two parts now in the in the webinar. First, we're going to talk about videos. And I'm going to show you the old way how I used to do video with say I and now I'm doing videos these days. And then I'm going to show you like the skill and then I'm going to and then we're going to talk in the second part about listing images that it's also super uh important. So let's start with the video part. Last year I went to Portugal to top dog event and I talk about it was my first speech about AI and and I said okay I going to talk about how to create video with AI these days I think it was cling three that was the best model and I show them the whole process how to create a product video for this blanket. It took me a few hours for the process and you're you're going to see the result. You ready to see our results? Yeah, I'm going to stop it there because like I don't know last year everyone was super excited about it and it was crazy like level but now if you see it and you compare it to what we can do now it's look so fake and so AI but it's more than that that to create this video that what I teach in in a full presentation in the stage page. It was how to plan with TPT what we want to arrive in the video and then I generate a lot of images live images and then we took every each image and animate 5 second of the video and then edit like after we add a lot of small videos we edit everything together in cap cut we add music we add text and yeah it was a few hours and honestly it wasn't that great also then we know that it's not perfect and we say okay that's the that's the future but we still not there it was cool but I think that now a few like I think three weeks ago sance 2.5 model video model came and I think this is a new level and you can connect it to cloud code and you can do a full video with one command uh with the scale h so just for the demo I took this uh marshmallow sticks And the reason I took it because it's not complicated product and the idea how do you take a marshmallow sticks and you can create a video that can sell the product. I believe that when you try to sell this with videos, listing videos, you're not supposed to tell, okay, I have the the the best stick. I have the like don't focus on the features, you know, nobody care if it's 32 in or how many exactly you have in the back like this kind of stuff. It's cool, but bottom line, the story is what going to sell. So I told when I built the skill I told them always take the product try to find a story emotions like to find the family time uh I look at at the eyes this kind of stuff and then people going to want to buy it. So it's not my product it's just a random uh product and I'm going to show you the way the skill works because some skills you have a lot of questions you can go with a lot of process. This skill I called it autopilot. I'm gonna share it if you're gonna stay till the end in the Q&A. I'm gonna share it for free. Yeah, for free for everyone who's staying here. And after the first time you're using the skill, you need to connect to genre to connect genre to it's like you need MCP to connect to cloud. It's like going to take you 5 to 10 minutes. And of course to generate videos, it's not free. You pay per. But after one time you can start creating videos in one click. And let me show you how to do it. Basically you just taking the you just go open new session. Again I show you later in cloud the name of the skill as to video autopilot. You you paste the link or the asin enter. And that's it. You can go it launch and you can see what happened. Yeah. So, he did the work. When I came back, I was happy with the result. Let Let's see it. Some nights you don't need a screen. Just a fire and the people you love. 10 sticks so everyone gets a turn. Golden on the outside, perfect in the middle. Make the memory. Gather around. >> Yeah. Uh just compare it to the video from last year. Let me know in the chat what do you think about the video. But uh just remember I didn't choose any of this. I didn't choose the the hook. I didn't choose the sense. I didn't like all the camera movement the voice over the music and the sound the on screen text everything included in the background. I ask I teach them once what I like and he build the entire process. Uh yeah, let me show you actually let me show you the process. So after you build the video I did uh fix something because it's that also the beauty that also to fix videos you don't need to to generate another video to fix. Um, so that was the video. I'm going to show you that some part wasn't perfect. You see the marshmallow? It was funny in the like I don't know what inside and it was another problem later. So I just told Claude and you should see it like after he created I just told him help me edit that video using omni from second five to second eight. The marshmallow looks unnatural and has a strange all all in it. You see, I don't know exactly how we're going to fix it. I'm just telling what's the problem and I tell him to fix that. You're going to find the way to do it. So, Omni, it's another model that also connect with the MCP to gen. And again, I'm going to share I'm going to share the instructions in the end for free. And then look what he did. This is crazy. like he just he just just fix it. >> You don't need a screen. >> You don't need a screen. >> So, and he he finds a way to fix this 3 seconds and replace it inside the video all by himself. And I told him like, "Show me the before and after. This." Yeah. Look how easy is to to control the video. So, by the way, the price for this video it's around $10. And sometimes if it's my product, I would I would uh do few videos in this price. You know, you can spend $50, generate a few videos and f choose the the best one. And if you don't like a part, you don't need to generate another one. You just tell him to fix whatever you want to fix. You can replace a background. You can do whatever you want. So, this is really a new one, a new Yeah. new life. Uh, let me show you another product. So, this product I'm going to show you now. It's another random product, not mine. It's a smart dog ball. Basically, the ball can play uh by itself. And so, I just look what I did as into video autopilot. I just paste the AC in. And that's it. Can you see my side? It did everything. I don't know how much time it took him around 40 minutes, 1 hour and I came back. He also did a a test report. He review himself, see what need to be fixed, everything in the background and that that's the result. >> Some afternoons your dog just runs out of things to do. So, this one starts the game on its own. Rolling, changing direction, jumping, chasing him instead of the other way round. It shrugs off water, charges in 40 minutes, and runs for 4 hours. And when it finally stops, so does he. >> Yeah. So, that basically it about the video. And before we're going to go to the listing, I just going to say the video of course after you know how to do it, you don't need only to use the skills. You can create your own video. You can tell them what you want. You can uh it's a lot of cool stuff about it that you can also tell them to uh take not only reference images, you can give them also a reference video. Uh because let's say you have a product that you need to show how to use it. For example, uh unique uh stroller that you have a special way or you folding it or it doesn't matter like every product that you you can show cedance 2.5 through code you basically tell cloud code also check the video before you're creating the video check the video of the product from the reviews for example look how the product look when when when people using it and use it as a reference video for the video. So this is really like a game changer model C 2.5 and I hope in a few days or months we're going to have more models. It doesn't matter what going to be the new model. You can always tell cloud code to use the latest model and it can do everything uh for you. So that was the video the video part. Now, let's talk about images because bottom line, the the most important part in your listing that you can control and can improve your clicks and conversion is the images. So, let's uh let's talk about it. For example, this product, it's a kids karaoke machine back. That is one h is my product. I use my son to meet my son in the picture. We went to a house. We I bring a photographer. We did a full day of image photos and you know all the all the process before and after. It was I think two or three years ago and right before the AI and I pay a lot. So I believe most of you also did it till not so a long time ago before I did the images I need to create manually all the research to know exactly what we want to have in the images and then I had someone in my team to build a brief and then I I find a photographer and models and then after we finished the day I got the I got the images then I I I had a graphic designer full-time time and she did all the images with the design and after she finished it wasn't ready then I need to analyze it and check every image and give her feedback and then all the back back and runs with fixes and edits and then also to create like pig for or testing AB testing bottom line it took uh hours uh a few weeks actually and a lot of money and now you can basically do AI everything with WKA the way I built or whatever you have a lot of AI tools to do it but I build a a system that you can manage and be involved in in every process. Uh but is basically going to do the work for you. Uh let me show you that basically is the the product I chose for the demo. It's like a in this product. Yeah, you can see that basically I told Wonka include code my employee to create images and that was the results. He he he create me a main images uh secondary images in A+ that I can show you and he create one cool and one awesome like we're trying to do it it's not about to make it nicer it's to make it that compared to the competitors the eyes is going to go to your product also here with the strawberry tag and the marshmallow and the strawberry and the ends you know it's like should jump in your eyes between all your competitors. But if Amazon not going to let you to use it, we're always using also simple clean main image then you can see all the secondary images create that basically we did in the chat in the boot camp that's starting next week and showing you how exactly I did all of these images. uh also A+ and this is for mobile and this is for desktop and again like everything ready to upload. You have all the images cut exactly the way you need it for Amazon. So as I said he create everything and before even you start generate cloud code is not generating by himself. Cloud code don't have image model but we're connecting everything to war connecting all the API of open AI of general apps that know how to generate Amazon images and everything connected to cloud code. So basically 90% of the time you don't even need to go outside the the session of in cloud code. Um so before he start generating the images that you you pay for each image he writes the the brief himself he is doing the full research uh the way with all those skills that I built and all the selling point mapped from the research and then after he give me the full brief I approve the plan and he's doing it after he generates the images he also inspect and fixes on his own like a lot of time he's creating images then he check himself and if he see a problem he's not even waiting for your ask he just going to fix it with open AI image model so it's save a lot of time you can always tell him also if you if you find a problem if you find a mistake you can tell him what to fix you talk to him like you're talking to your employee like you're talking to your service provider whatever you want and now I want to show you another skill H that I built for the boot camp that is the tasting room. Uh basically in day eight that in the first round it was uh yesterday or today actually today is I think is day day eight. Uh so yeah it's exactly the day of the testing room and it's I suppose excited about it because I I build it. Um yeah I can explain you what it mean and then I'm going to show you example. So basically in the research in the beginning WA learn who is the who is the avatars of your products who is buying your products. So we're building one buyers uh 100 AI shoppers everything AI it's almost for free you're just paying a little bit for the LLM but uh they reviewing all the images basically they comparing the the new images that Wanka did and the old images you have in Amazon and give comments and every one of them give a comment explaining exactly what is objections and then their objections became the fixes. So Wonka are going to read all the comments and going to tell you okay let's improve it based of this feedback. Yeah, I want to show you example. Uh that's a that's a report he give you after the skill. You can see that the live images, that's new images and you have uh over here 40 comments for each image. Uh you see a lot of comments. Nothing is real people. And the also in the main images you can see it also one 100 comments for each image and the way it's working it's like it's building 100 images for example this is female 44 years old lower middle income. So you see building the avatars based of your product then they re reviewing every image give you a lot of feedback that Wonka can read it and it can based of that improve it before you go to pay for PFU or product opinion or whatever or doing AB testing and I need to tell you it's not to replace PFU it's not going to be the same results as the paid real paid poll or AB testing because AI never going to tell you which image going to catch your better and going to make you you know subconscious click. So it's always good to test but it can give you feedback about logic stuff. It can tell you yeah this image you don't see the out you don't understand from the image what is the purpose of the image. It can give you cool feedback. So from my experience it's uh pretty good and cool. Uh so now for the last part uh of the skills that I want to show it's for Q4 I sold in Amazon from 2016 till last year for 9 years and most of my sales came in Q4 like for me Q4 that was the time maybe 80% of the profits it's from Q4 and every Q4 I rebuild the gallery for Christmas, you know, I believe most of you also doing it. You can go to Amazon before Christmas. You're going to see all the products, you know, of the Christmas style, especially if you're selling gift products. And I kept doing it because it worked. Conversion went up and I saw from my experience every time the day I changed the images, I saw the effect if I didn't do it and if I did do it. I used to start this weeks in advance. It was a full project. I remember every October, end of September. That was I had a graphic designer. She used to work for weeks just to to to do it. And now we can do it with one click. I build a skill. It's part of the bonus skills for the uh for the boot camp is that basically in one click you just choose center skill press the asin the skill take all the image you don't even need to give him the the images you take all the images not this skill it's not for the main image it's for the secondary images the lifestyle and he going to create same images just for Christmas while is doing it. You can go grab a coffee and do whatever you want. You're going to come back and you're going to see the results. Yeah. You want to see the what I'm talking about? Let's see. So, that's a product for example. Okay. You see it? Uh that's the before and after the scale. You can see how it's ready for Christmas with all the tree and the gifts. Uh more examples. Yeah. Look how we had the the snow everything and everything in a good taste. Not too much, not too little. Exactly the way you want it to be for Christmas. And why it's so important like Yeah. People don't care. They when they want to purchase a a baby product or or whatever product you showing, they don't care if you put Christmas, but it's inside the feeling, you know, they feel right. They feel, okay, we come here to buy Christmas gift and they see it and they just feel right. Exactly like if you go to a mold, you a mold, you're going to see before every season, they changing all the images style. And so that the way it works. So you should do it too, especially that it's so easy to do it. And it's not only like adding trees. Like for example, if we have a a Christmas a summer image, the skill going to know to change the clothes and make it make it more uh fit to the chamber. So you can basically take all your images and tell JPT make it Christmas. Okay, make it and that the results that you may get maybe you can have five hats on on everyone. Uh you can have the ribbon on the product. You see it cover the product uh tree small tree on the table and you see also the filter all the color the filter it's like add adding a filter red filter and green. So yeah that what can happen to you if you're just going to tell him to change it to Christmas. So, I teach them in the skill not to do all of this and do it more uh this way. Don't touch the product. Don't touch the the the colors. Keep it clean. And that why I like the scale especially again you can add your entire catalog and tell them to do it for you and it's really cost pennies I think for every image. Yeah. So, basically I have Wonka. I give them a lot of jobs from images to videos and different jobs same employee and if doing everything it's just about give them more skills whatever you need. So yeah, I hope you got the point that you need to stop working with AI as someone that help you do the work and you start managing it that basically cloud can be your employee and give him teach him once and you're going to do the work for you and yeah Kevin you want to take it from here. All right, that was uh that was great, Jay. So, full disclosure, you are you AI right now or or is this is this real? Cuz your shirt says you're AI. >> Yeah, I went last week to to like, you know, to Cypress to talk in stage and everyone asked me, are you AI? Are you are you real? I don't know. I'm I don't know. You tell me if I sound like Jay. >> That's awesome. >> That's good stuff. I mean, so what what Jay has done is he just gave you a a short little taste of what he's got going on. But as you can see, Jay is very thorough and he wants to walk you through this whole process and hold your hand. So, he set up a new boot camp to actually do that. Norm is actually doing it right now. Uh, and I think it's week eight that just came out this morning or or factory factory day eight, I think you call it. >> Absolutely incredible. And Norm is actually doing it. So, and Norm, I mean, Norm is, we do a lot of AI stuff, so Norm knows when something is actually good or not. It's not just like, oh, wow, you know, he's easily impressed. Takes a lot to impress Norm and he's very impressed with what's going on. There's a reason 450 people have done his Donna uh program uh and they keep selling out. It's because it's really good and really useful. It's actually a good investment and very valuable. So what Jay has done is he's set this boot camp up. It's called Wonka. He's like the chocolate factory. So everything is, you know, based around the theme of tasting. That's why he called them tasters, not testers. Uh, you know, and in that and it's all how to actually build your own AI creative uh in 10 days. And this employee is called Wonka. And it's for images. This is not for video just to be clear. This is this is for images. Uh, but you don't need to know anything about coding because he's set up all these skills and skills are amazing. If you're not using skills now, we use them at Dragonfish and it's ridiculous what you can do with these skills uh just by talking in English. It's about 30 minutes a day and so in about 3 weeks you'll have uh you'll go through everything and you'll have a full AI employee ready for Q4 knocking out all kinds of stuff for you in cloud code. your entire image process in Amazon will be taken care of because right now basically either you or one of your employees or maybe the agency you work with is the bottleneck and you're spending it depend you you might be giving someone on Fiverr for 50 bucks 100 bucks or something but you're getting probably not very good stuff back and it's not researched it's not analyzed like Claude can do it's not like picking the right angles and the right models avatar and everything and to do this right I've done this I mean when I first started shooting like he showed it with his with his kid. I would spend5 to $10,000 a day literally uh shooting. I would group products to try to save money, but it was costing me a lot of money to actually create real stuff. And it's just crazy what you can do now with with AI. And it just keeps getting better and better and better. And so that's and with Q4 coming, you want to actually dial this in because like Jay said, for a lot of you, it's about 80% of your sale or in this case 80% of his sales, but a lot of you, it's going to be over half your sales or or if not half your sales, half your profits for the whole year are about to come. So you want to be ready for this. Um, so he's got Wonka is this new employee. You know, he had Donna originally, which was like a EA or VA or advanced EA. Now he's got Wonka and the Wonka specializes in creative. So it researches your niche. So it goes out his skills go out there and figure out not just hey make a picture of uh this this dog laying on a rug exactly what kind of dog does it need to be? What what kind of setting does it need to be for that avatar? What are people complaining about in the reviews? How to fix those problems? What are the gaps? And then it it's it designs the full package for you. And not only does it design it, but it also verifies. It goes through verification steps. Like he said, you might go to Chad GT say convert this cris this picture to a a Christmas image and you might get some weird stuff. U but this actually dials it in exactly what it should be. It checks all the compliance. It checks all make sure the materials are accurate. You sometimes you have problems with the bottle. You you give it a reference photo and you say here's here's what my bottle looks like. And then Chad GT makes turns your messen bottle into like a Coke bottle or looking shape or something. It so he has all the safeguards to like lock that in. Uh and then everything gets tested. like he said, this isn't doesn't replace human testing, but it is it's a good first round of testing to make sure everything uh this panel of AI judges are finding holes and then you could take it from there and you could run it or I would recommend you still maybe take it and put have humans do it, but you're going to refine it and you're going to get just better better much better results. So, like I said, it's like Norm, you spend what, like 30 minutes a day on this, right? I mean, you go through it and he's got segmented so it's not it's not overwhelming. you're like, "Oh my god, this is just too much. I can't do it." People complete it. You know, a lot of times people buy something and they either never start it or they get like 10% through it and they're like, "Ah, this too much work. I'm not going to do it." He's got it broken out so it's it's digestible. It's it's doable for everybody. Everything is pre-recorded. So it's so you can watch this whenever you know you're in Australia, you don't got to get up at 4 in the morning to watch something. If you're in the UK, you don't got to stay up till 10:00 at night to watch something. You can do it whenever you're best and whenever you're most creative. And it's not just another AI generator. Some people like, well, I can just go and just do this myself. It's the same thing we have with Dragonfish. People think they can write emails themselves with AI. Uh, and you can, but you you don't get very good results or you get the average of the internet. And that's what happens is a lot of you are going out and you're using AI now and it's just it's giving you the average of the internet. You're not giving it the context and the data that it needs. And that's what his skills do. They build the underlying foundational data that's critical that most people don't know how to do or if they do it, they do it very cursory. They do it just research this market uh and look for the competitors and you know make this and this and this. It's very basic and it's not detailed uh you know down to the to the way the uh table is is in the room or something or the way the light is shining through the window. Um that's what his skill does. It goes into that and that's critical for conversion and psychology. A lot of people overlook that and don't understand how valuable that is. So on his >> Yeah, >> I just want to add something that uh we haven't covered and I think is really important that when you join anything Jay does. So I've been involved with Donna. I've also been involved with Wonka. He does something completely different than anybody else and that's his level of c well there's a few people out there but Jay if you need an answer his customer service is there. you get it right away and he explains it. He actually encourage you encourages you to talk to him. Uh, and this is one-on-one. So, uh, this is something that's a lot different than a lot of the other places that you'll go to and start enrolling in a course. It's an excellent job, Jay. >> And that's the real Jay, right? That's not the AI Jay. You're talking >> I don't know. I I now I've got to think >> combine combined combined. >> But so I mean so Jay has this Wonka factory where he lock as you can see in a second he locks that product in. We have this problem sometimes in Dragonfest. You can ask Kelsey like dang it it's changing the it's changing the uh the the way the bottle looks or the label looks or it's making some and then the the client looks like that's not my label. So he he's got all this stuff locked in. all these problems he's already figured out. So, you don't have to figure this stuff out. He's already done it. And and if you decide to do this with him, you're not the first. This is not the you're not the guinea pig. He's not just figuring this out. And you're like, maybe it works or 450 people went through the last one. A lot of those people came off of word of mouth. We did a webinar with him. He did he has a group did a couple things, but then people are like, "Dude, you got to go do this, dude. You other sellers are telling other sellers." And that's how when you know something is good is when people are recommending it without trying to make money off it or affiliate code or whatever. And it's just one after another people just like Norm. And that's what Norm is saying there is true. Um and that's that's what you get when you when you work with Jay. So it's basically 10 he calls them factory days. So over about 3 weeks period you're going to have these factory days. Those are your 30 minute kind of days. So starts off with some basics. Just just get the basics out of the way. uh get everything set up. But by day four, you're actually what he calls the reference room. And this is where you lock in your product. So you're locking in with AI. This is what my bottle looks like. This is what my product looks like. Do not deviate from this. Whenever you put this in any kind of scene, it must look exactly like this. Don't change the label over on the side. Don't change the shape. You get it locked in. Once you have that locked in, then then you can actually start generating stuff. And until you have that process and that that's what the skills will take you through, there's no point in continuing because it's just going to you're going to be redoing stuff three and four or five times trying to get it right. So that's what is step four. or that by the time you're at day eight, which is what's happening today, and the people there in the first round of this, they're starting to do the testing or the ta, he calls it the tasting uh but the tasting room where he's getting the feedback and AI is it's basically it's self analyzing itself, self validating itself and like cuz AI can go off on a different path and now you're coming in with a 100 different avatars and say, "Wait, you forgot about this or what about this? I have a question about this. What's what's this?" And it refineses that really really good. And then you continue on with variations and and constant improvement. So that's that's super valuable right there. Uh and these are not just random AIs. He's using the profile that the other skills have built to actually create these avatars. So they're not just random people. They're the type of buyers that you would would have. So everything that's is included in this, you get all 10 factory days over 3 weeks. So it's basically uh about every two to three days there's going to be a new factory day that comes out. Um, it's flexible, so you can do this whenever you want on your own schedule. You don't got to like show up at a webinar at a certain time. You get 15 skills, and I'm going to show you what those are in a minute. Yours forever. Uh, you can use them and as part of this or however you want. You get a,000 Genre credits. Genreup's a really good tool uh that that that Jay works with and you get basically your first month's going to be free. You get a a personal one-on-one call. Uh, and then you obviously have lifetime access to recordings. If you need to share them with your team, you got somebody else on your team that's doing this, you can you can share them with them. Um, it's this is the people that win an AI are the people like he said that I call them directors. He he calls it managing, but similar thing is it's knowing how to direct the AI. And that's what these skills let you do. And he's figured out how to direct it properly. And you don't have to figure that out. The first one of these he, like I said, it's in week uh factory day eight right now. It started about uh two weeks ago and it's sold out. So, round two is starting next week. So, if you want to get in on this, this is your opportunity to get in on this and it'll start next week. And remember, it's just it starts next week, but you're like, "Oh, I'm on vacation next week." That's okay. You got the replays. You can you can watch the replays or or start on your own schedule. You're going to get all 15 of these skills. Um, so these are the skills, the machine check, uh, the the meet my product, the brand kit. Each one of these is specialized. Some of these skills, if you you're not familiar, skills, they're like a zip file and they zip up MD files, they zip up templates, they zip up a whole a lot of stuff. And it it's it's like a it's like a SOP on steroids almost. And so, and you can refine them. And he's refined these and you can every time you run them, they're going to run similar. It has condition or they have conditions. What if this, what if this? You don't have to tell an employee this is how you got to do it. Uh all these are built into these skills and they're they're super super valuable. We use them in Dragonfish quite a bit as well. Uh and you can string them together. They're just it's it's crazy what you can do. So you can get all 15 of these. Some of these can run 70 to 100 pages long of like instructions. I mean they can they can get crazy sometimes with exactly how to do stuff. And that way you don't get the average of AI. you get what Jay work knows because he sold on Amazon for nine years. Uh so he knows what works and so he's built that into his skills. It's not just AI going out and trying to figure out the average or the first easiest thing it finds and how to do something. It's Jay knows exited for eight, you know, eight figure brands. Uh he knows what he's doing. So if you if you're new to this and you didn't do Donna, those 450 people that did Donna, uh that was the EA. So, he has another version of this, a little bit lighter version. It's called Donna. This This one is called Wonka, but he's got Donna. So, if you missed out on getting Donna when he did that in the first round, you can add that on uh to this if you want to do that. Donna is like an executive assistant. It reads your she reads your email box. She gives you little briefs every morning. She helps you prepare for meetings. Um and she runs round the clock on your system. So, if you want to add that on, you're welcome to do that. there's uh or if you need more details, you can message Jay on that. But that if you haven't done Donna, I would recommend adding that on because it it's a it's a really good uh add-on to to really up your game with with with Wonka. So, round two is opening on Tuesday. The price on this is $9.97, which is a steal because just to shoot a a single image is going to cost you 500 bucks to 5,000 to do a photo shoot. If you go hire someone, you're going to be a decent design. You know, like some of the better agencies out there are going to charge you a heck of a lot more money than that. Could you get something cheaper on Fiverr? Of course you can. But it's going to be junk in most cases. You're not going to really It might look good to you. You're like, "Yeah, that looks pretty good. I like that because it's better than what you could do." But it's not where it can be. And where it can be, especially during Q4, the difference in a 1% conversion rate on a high selling item can be hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in sales. A 1% conversion rate difference. And that's what he's giving you the edge on. So, like I said, you get the 10 factory days, the 15 skills, those genre credits, you get like Norm came on and said, you know, if you have a problem, Jay is there to help you. He's like, if you're stuck, I can't get my claw. I don't understand what to do. He's very patient, as you can see. He's very calm, very laid-back. and he will like get make sure you're up and running. So the the dates on this they run the factory dates are the September 22nd to 24th and then some more on the 29th to the 1st and then the the balance on the 5th to the 8th of October. So by the 8th of October, you're fully through this if you're keeping up with it and you're ready to rock it for Q4 and you got stuff that you're just knocking out stuff left and right. and a new room opens up on the factory days at at 9:00 am Eastern time and you can get in right then and get it done or you can do it whenever you want. But you know what? For those of you that have been on this call for the last hour, what I told Jay, look, you know, I know you're charging 997, but you got to give the BDSN crowd and the Misfits crowd a discount. So he said, you know, this is too good to just give away. Um it's too valuable. Um, so he said, "Look, I'll give 300 bucks off if you to the first 20 people." So if you're interested in doing this, just scan that QR code or if you or go to jgpro.com/golden and there's details there and you can hit the button there uh and you'll get 300 bucks off if you're one of the first uh 20 to do it. There's 50 people maximum can be in this. So it will f it will sell out. if we don't sell it out today. I think we'll probably sell it out today, but if we don't sell it out today, you know, a few people from his WhatsApp group and other places will will come into this and that's also he has a WhatsApp group uh with couple thousand people or more in it. So, you actually as when you buy in, you get access to that too and there's a lot of information going back and forth not just about his tools but about everything in AI in there. So, that's a good place to be. So, if you want to do that, that's what you want to do is you want to hit go to scan that QR code or go to jgptro.com/golden and be one of those first 20. The price will go back to 997 after we get to that 20. So, um I would encourage people to do that right now. Um remember, round two starts on September 22nd and this is yours forever. There's no recurring fees, no extra stuff. You get all the credits for Genrompt, you get access to Jay, you get everything. Um, so go to jgbtpro.com/golden or scan that QR code. And I know Norm, we had a lot of questions in the Q&A box. Um, and we had a technical problem where you couldn't answer them. Maybe I don't know if you can figure that out, but either way, we'll answer a bunch of people's questions now. So, Norm will take take over. Uh but hopefully um you guys are able to join Jay on this and uh crush at this Q4 because that's that's why I wanted to bring this right now. We rushed this on a Tuesday. Normally don't do webinars on a Tuesday, but I I'm traveling. I'm at some events the next two weeks and I'm I'm like we got to do this and we can't wait till October to get this out because people need this now so they're ready for Q4. So, we we did this on a Tuesday at an unusual time um just to make sure that you guys have this opportunity to uh to crush it because nothing made me happier than come January some of you like man and I use Jay's tool and man our sales went up 20% or 10% or 100% or whatever and it's so much easier and so much quicker. So, uh, check it out.
