How I Find High-Profit Amazon Products: 2026 High-Ticket Strategy Speaker 1: It's just kind of another segue into letting you guys know this is also hosted by AMZScout. So it's going to be very nice because they're actually going to give us a chance to use their software, which is going to help us find our Amazon products in the fastest and most efficient way possible. And again, that allows us to use real market data to find these high-ticket products and also Lead us into finding our best suppliers. So thank you guys We have JP here in the UK saying it's very late there. Yes. I'm actually in Phuket, Thailand I was just outside but the video quality wasn't too good. So I had to come back inside So it's very early here for me and I know people in the United States it's starting to be evening time for you guys and it looks like we will have that replay there for you and So in the meantime, we'll just kind of jump on into it. Looks like we've had a few more people join us, which is totally great. Again, AMZScout, we're going to be using their software to actually find these products. This is all going to be based around higher profit margin products. That's going to allow us to have less sales and make more profit, so less moving parts. It's great. I've been doing this for about eight years. Like I said, I just wanted to see where everyone is joining in from. And like I said, I'm here in Phuket, Thailand right now, which is great. So yeah, let's just kind of jump on into it, everybody. And I just wanted to say we're going to be looking into four main secrets. And the first of those is actually going to be just how to straight up find these high-ticket products that are making a month plus. Now, that may seem like a lot of money to you guys. I mean, just think to yourself, how would $30,000 a month change your life? $10,000 a month was the goal for me. And now with inflation, with the way things have gone in the world, it's like $10,000 a month is not even enough. So now we're at a point where we're really looking to make even more than that to live fully comfortably. And also, can I ask you guys, what are you guys really doing this for? Why do you want to do this and why now? Please drop in the chat like why do you guys want to do this and why now? Is there something in your life that's changed? Prompting you to really find a way to make money online because you really want to take this seriously getting into this. You can't just expect to go in and start making $30,000 a month if you're not ready to fully commit and you don't have a real reason why you want to do this. So go ahead and kind of drop in the chat. We'll see what's really important to you guys and those that find it the most important to them will usually be the ones that become the most successful. Walter's talking about retirement. Great. This is something my dad, I actually taught my own dad how to do this, which I'll touch on a little later. And he's now 63, about to finish his 40-year career as a chiropractor. And he's now set up with, he's making about 7,000 a month right now and doesn't even look at this business. It's just working in the background for him. So, that's the whole point. We build a product that we can later ship into Amazon and Amazon will handle all the customer service, everything else. So, with that secret out of the way, we'll jump into secret number two and this is going to be how to stand out in competitive markets and I mainly do that by bundling, branding and more. It's going to be very key. There's going to be a lot of other sellers out there selling similar products and people always ask, how do we get more? How are we going to stand out? So I'll touch on that and how we can use bundling, branding and stand out in those ways. And then a very cool AI software has just been released from Alibaba, which is where we buy our products from. This is how we find our suppliers. And it's a free Chrome extension, which I'll show you guys how to use. And it's insanely incredible. It allows us to find our suppliers instantly and just get the best prices right out the gate without even having to negotiate too much. Wow, okay, someone lost their job while they were four months pregnant. Wow, you should have had some type of compensation while you were even out. I feel like that's a normal thing to have happen. At the end of the day, we have to be responsible for our own income, our own money. We can't rely on the government, a job or anything else like that to provide us with money. I found that out a long time ago the hard way and I realized making my own money, being in charge of my own income is the way to do it and it allows us to live a lot less stressful life, waiting on our next paycheck and stuff. So I'll get to everyone's questions soon on Capital Required. I literally have a slide talking about every bit of that. So let's kind of speed through everything and get you guys this crucial information. So finally, we're going to talk about the main mistakes to avoid as a beginner and how to verify your product. So, who am I? Just a quick touch on this. I've been doing this for eight years. I love to travel. The main reason I got into this was straight up for freedom. You can see a lot of traveling here. That was Bali on the left, Thailand. I've been doing this for years and years. Dubai, everywhere. I've been to about 35 countries. I finished Africa this year. I was just in Egypt last week seeing the pyramids. So if you guys want, you can maybe follow my Instagram, which I can leave here for you guys in the chat real quick. I'll just put my name in there. Just so you can maybe look at me on Instagram and you can actually follow up and get live updates on everything. So it's all about making passive income and it started because I love to skateboard. I still do. I'm almost 33. This is a little younger but I'm flying over my friend and I landed this trick but I did I broke my leg skating one time and I laid in bed and it forced me to just watch YouTube, okay, and learn different things. I ended up typing in how to make money online. And yes, as far as 30K per month, really, we're basing it on revenue, but you'll see the profit margin is about 40 to 50% of that when I show you the profit calculations. So, still quite a bit of money and you can still make, that's just with one product. We're going to make more and more products that can add in new income streams for us. So, I was just answering that question there. But basically, I started watching videos on YouTube and I learned how to sell on Amazon. I was very intrigued and I started doing this myself and I even made videos myself talking about my journey as I was learning how to sell on Amazon. That ended me up starting this. I have other recognition from people. I was ending up getting asked to go speak on stages in Las Vegas. I built a huge following on YouTube, on Instagram, made over 700 YouTube videos to date now. And even back in 2019, I was getting $13,000 two-week paychecks, which was beautiful. So I ended up building a huge personal brand. I was on TV shows, built a huge private Facebook group of over 30,000 members. This is a little dated here, but yes, my YouTube has grown quite a bit since then and it's led me to create a lot of student success stories because people started watching my videos and learning and I actually had a former employee, Brian Pate here, who ended up making over He made $14,000 in one day in sales. That's revenue but he was making about 60% profit on that. So over $7,500 in profit in one day and that was his second day. If you see that gray bar there, it's basically his second day and he made almost $15,000 in sales. So, a lot of other testimonies have come in and even we're looking at another question here talking about a beginner trying to get permission to sell. I'm in Thailand, like I said, and I just helped a girl that I was speaking with to set up her Amazon account here in Thailand. So, even if she's a citizen of a foreign country, she can still sell in the US marketplace. I helped her set everything up. And we're doing a special type of selling on Amazon, which I'll touch on. It's called Private Label. So we're not reselling name brand products. I'll show you why that's not good in just a moment. But this is my dad. We have other YouTube videos and I ended up sharing with him how to build this business. And that was one of the coolest moments ever to teach your own dad who doubted you in the beginning and thought, oh, this isn't gonna work. A lot of people didn't think it's gonna work. Everyone's used to this normal mundane nine to five lifestyle. No one's really seen anyone close to them kind of break out like this and do the things that I was able to do. So when dad saw it, he took a hold and did it. And think to yourself, With what you're doing right now, how long would it take you to make the financial freedom you need? Just really think that through because most people, they work and a lot of the times it's paycheck to paycheck. Even if you have savings or whatever with your job, maybe what you want is more free time with your family. How can you do that if you're a CEO even of a big company or you're just working tons of hours? A lot of these people, they might make good money and then all their time is tied up in that work. Whereas with Amazon, it is a fully hands-off business. After you get the initial product up and running, it's fully hands-off. So that's going to allow so much free time for you. With what you're doing now, how long will it take to allow you to get the free time you want in your life? So really, if you think You could never get out of that rat race, that nine to five, that hamster wheel. This is exactly why you would need that webinar. So just telling you how this specific method of Amazon works. So first we'll start in the upper left corner of that kind of warehouse factory and that's where we're gonna purchase our products and then our supplier will ship by air or sea into an Amazon warehouse. We're following this graph. From top left to right, so you can see the air and sea shipment and then into the warehouse. And then that means Amazon's storing our product. A lot of people just take this for granted, but you don't have to touch the inventory. This is how I'm out here in Phuket, Thailand right now. And I travel for nine months a year because I literally do not have to touch the inventory. It's beautiful. So the inventory is stored by Amazon when a customer buys. Amazon will then ship with prime one or two day or overnight delivery, whatever it is, to the customer because the inventory is already waiting in the warehouse. That's why this beats drop shipping every day. You're getting access to Amazon's millions of customers and they're right there ready to buy. We're not having to advertise on Instagram or Facebook or Google and try and get people out of their social media browsing and getting them to buy. No, we do not do that. We're ready to buy customers that are on Amazon, that's who we're dealing with. And then we have the access to them and then Amazon's handling all that customer service because the customers think they're buying straight from Amazon, straight up from Amazon. Where in reality, most, actually about 67% of products in Amazon are sold by third-party sellers, just like me and soon to be you. Other people that have built their own product up, their own listing and that's who they're buying from. So once you make the sale, obviously the money goes right to you and you just can collect money 24-7 as customers buy and Amazon ships your product. So let's talk about secret number one and how to find these high-ticket products that make 30k a month. So a lot of people have issues with finding these profitable products and I'll break it down right now. Because a lot of times they find products that are too competitive and it leads to a very high startup cost. They also, which we're going to do the exact opposite of, is they find these low price point products and that leads to low profit margins. And what we're doing is the exact opposite where we're finding items that sell around $100 that we can get for about $20. And that leads us after the Amazon fees and everything like that to have still around a good buffer of maybe $50 profit per sale. So that means five sales a day, you made $250 in profit. Ten sales a day, you made $500 in profit, which would be literally 15K a month in profit, which would replace most people's income. How would you guys like to make Simply 10 sales a day and make $500 in profit and not have to talk to any customers or do anything. That's what we're getting into here. Then the other reason people don't succeed is they just do not have a unique selling proposition, a USP. Why would people buy yours over the other competitors who have been there longer have more reviews? Now stick with me because I'll cover exactly how we do that. And then the last thing is what I was going to say is private label versus wholesale or selling these other name brand products where you do need, like one of our guests here said, you do need special ungating to sell in certain brand categories and stuff like that. Whereas with private label, we're creating our listing from scratch and I show you exactly how to do this. It's not too complicated, but it's your listing, it's your equity, it's your I mean, that is actually your asset. We're not having to jump from product to product all the time. So a quick example of that is showing you right here, over here on the right-hand side, it says wholesale. You compete on the lowest price to win the buy box. So, there's those Nike shoes there. You can see in small font, 26 other options show up. So, there's 26 sellers selling that same shoe and whoever has the lowest price or the most reviews on their storefront will win the buy box, which is where you can see on the left-hand side with private label, you always own the buy box. And that's what that really is. It's just the buy now button or the add to cart button. So you own that buy box and no one else can get into it. So every time someone's buying from your listing, obviously you make the sale versus with wholesale, there could be 20 other people selling the same product and you're always having to reprice your product. You don't own the listing. You're not building any equity. and the profit margins are a lot smaller. So with private label, we take all the profit. I wanted to ask you guys, we have a visitor asking, what is the high demand products to sell? Well, I want to ask you, what do you think the best niche is, the best category, the best products are to sell on Amazon that make a ton of money all year round? I just want you guys to take a guess in the chat while I just take a sip of water here. So as you guys just answer and give me a couple of guesses on what do you think the most low-risk product category is to make money all year round, I'll let you guys answer that and then I'll just kind of tell you what it is. And this will actually be a segue into showing you how we find these products right away. And then I'll actually tell you one product that has made me significant income about It'd be 180,000 to 200,000 a year very passively on a listing I've been selling for years. Seven years I've been selling this one product that makes money all year round. It took me one week of work years ago to get set up. And you can still very easily do this product and I'll share it with you guys in a moment. So someone says cat food products high demand. Cat food, you can imagine it's going to have an expiration date. It's going to be very heavy. There's big, big names out there that you have to compete with. So there's things that everyday people when they get into this business might think are good products. But we don't want to sell anything that people have to ingest or animals have to ingest or will have an expiration date. There's so many little criteria that you really actually want to think about to have the perfect product. So healthcare, a lot of these things could be good. But actually the category I'm talking about is in toys and games and it's actually a party decoration kit. Okay, because there's so many different niches of parties and I'll actually show you guys in just a moment because we're going to jump in and do some live product research with AMZScout right now. So let me actually just share my screen and I'm going to quickly pull Amazon up. So let me share the screen entire screen but logged into Amazon. So this is an example right here of a party decoration kit shark party decorations. We'll press on this. This is literally one of my listings right here, overall pick. And now what I'm going to show you what I did differently than everyone else is just going to instantly click for you guys. It's going to make so much sense. You're going to understand why it's working. What I did here is I found all the hottest selling items that were basically sold separately and then I combined them into one massive All in one stop bundle basically. So I found the balloons that were selling the best. I found a photo backdrop that was selling the best and I just had one supplier put everything together for me and they can do that. They're manufacturers. They have unlimited resources to build anything you want basically. But you can see like over here just the plates were $22. If I come down a little bit, there's other plates here just $20. Now let's see the balloons. Just the balloons and a tablecloth with a banner was $30 and then this photo backdrop was $15. So you can imagine $30 for this, that's not even with the plates or anything, $15 for this, that's already $45 and then we come over and buy some plates for $22, that's already $67 versus with mine, we have the balloons, the banner, everything here, the masks, the 20 plates, cups, napkins, tablecloth, a cake topper. So I made that one-stop shop and the reason I share this with you is because you can literally do this with any niche you want. So, if I just say pirate decorations, there's construction party for kids, there's monster truck, whatever. And the thing is, these are paper plates with zero liability, zero risk. People use it once, then they throw it away. AMZScout's even over here telling us that this is a great niche. So, I'm going to show you how we actually find other products in just a moment, but I wanted to give you right off the bat. A great category, a great niche to get into with very low startup cost and everything. If you guys kind of get the whole gist of that, like look, we have a plates, cups, napkin, a plates and a tablecloth category here and then we have the party kind of decorations where they're going to have the masks and everything. We would literally take a screenshot of this, a screenshot of that, come and find the balloons wherever those would be or banners and stuff like that. And screenshot this and make a little folder on your computer with Pirate Party Kit. And then we would put, get all these items together and actually just send it over to a supplier. Now I want to do this right now because actually I just got a brand new computer and this is not installed here. So I'm going to say Alibaba Lens and this is literally what you guys would want to do. So I'm going to literally add the Alibaba Lens Chrome extension for free. You can see how fast I did it in live time. I just added it here. I'm going to pin that to my browser and now I can actually come back and refresh this and then I should have Alibaba Lens pop up right here on the side, which I do. And now I can press this. And instantly find a supplier who sells the same thing and because I'm in Thailand, it's in Thai baht. So 50 baht is like $1. 30 baht is $1. It's 30 baht to $1. So I could easily find my suppliers from Alibaba here, find the same streamer that was selling for $12 on Amazon. And then go ahead and press chat now and basically start talking to the supplier and ask them in the message. I could say chat now or I'd have to log in and then just say, hey, can we bundle these items together? Send the screenshots of everything to them. And then that's basically how that works. So let me show you how we use AMZScout to actually find the product categories. Okay, so I'm gonna start right here. We are here at AMZScout's main website. And what I have to do, looks like it signed me out for a second, but we're signed back in. This is incredible. So what AMZScout's product database does for us is it actually pulls every product in Amazon's website, which is like millions of products, and it allows us to put in special filters, which we can see here, to find products that make a specific amount of revenue per month that are priced in the price range we want and in the categories we want. So, over here, I pressed on Categories and I'm going to actually uncheck Clothing. I'm going to uncheck Grocery and Gourmet Food. Clothing gets a lot of returns. Gourmet Food, Grocery, it's ingestible products. There's more liability and risk with that obviously for someone being allergic to your food or something or your supplement. Supplements are also a very competitive category. So, we're going to also uncheck Digital Products because that's going to be a trademarked type thing. Most of the time as well as books. Kindle store, we uncheck that. So with all of these categories, that's really what we want to do. We like baby products. We like industrial and scientific. There's unique gadgets there, pet supplies, toys and games. I forgot to uncheck video games, but sports and outdoors, office products, all these are broad categories. And now we're going to try and filter down to find unique products in these categories that are absolutely crushing it. Here's what we're going to do. We're going to start up here with price point. So, I'm gonna say minimum of $60. We want a price of our product no less than $60. If it's less than $60, you start only making $10 or $15, $20 max profit per sale. At $60, we're able to make over $20 profit easily every sale, which leads us to again make fewer sales. We have to make less sales and we still make higher profit, which means less moving parts, less things to go wrong and overall less stress and less work in your mind. I'm also going to do on the high end around $200. Anything higher than that and people really have to think twice about buying the product, but $200, $60 to $200 is great for price point, allows us for those high profit products. And then revenue, estimated revenue. Let's go ahead and say a minimum of $10,000 in revenue. And then for reviews, we'll say 300 reviews. Now, we don't want products that all have very high reviews. Otherwise, it's going to be too competitive, right? We want to find a market where everyone's making high revenue, they're priced in the price point we like and then they also don't have that many reviews. So, these are pretty much most of the filters I'll put in here. We can do check boxes here for new products or trending products. I just want to go straight off the dome here and press search on just those basic filters that we just put in. I see we have some very heavy like shoe cabinets. So, let's do actually one more filter. We can come in and say weight, max weight Okay, so you can see we can keep reiterating, adding more filters to this to keep narrowing down our search and finding the products that are going to work the best for us. So let's see what we see right here. We can actually see a lot of the data showing us here what category the product's in, how much money per month they're making. So right off the bat, this is a $30,000 a month product. That is exactly what we're looking for. Priced around $70. You can see the Amazon fees, profit potential, net profit, everything like that. Now this is a little inaccurate because this is factoring in the price point minus the Amazon fees. It's not factoring in how much the product is actually gonna cost us. So what we need to do now I want to show you because basically with AMZScout, first we use the product database to find the products. Then we will use the AI Pro extension to actually look at the entire market data, which I'm going to show you in about 30 seconds. I just want to scroll through quickly and see if there's anything else that stands out to me. Let's see. Okay, look at this. Red Light Therapy Mask. That's actually a product market that I'm in right now. Look how much money this guy's making per month. $650,000 priced at $80. So yeah, I actually can give you a great example on this one. This is going to blow your mind because I already know how good this market is. So what we do is we see, okay, here's a red light therapy mask, whatever. We can't just base all of our numbers off one product, right? There's an entire market of people selling this. So what I do is I copy the main keyword, light therapy mask, and I'm going to go to all departments. So we get the broadest look of it, paste it on in, and now we see the entire market. You can see right here, all the different sellers selling the red light therapy mask. Now, what I mentioned is we're gonna use the AI Chrome extension to look at the full market. So up here, next to Alibaba Lens, I have AMZScout's Chrome extension. And now we're able to look at all the different competitors going down the board and all of their revenue, all the numbers we need to see. So I'm actually gonna sort by the highest revenue going down. And this person is insanely making like $4 million a month, 1.3 million. These people are making millions of dollars. That's why I got into this market. This listing right here is making $575,000 per month. Now, I want to go ahead and find a number of reviews. Let's see if I can drag that over a little bit. I like to actually drag the reviews right next to the parent ASIN estimated revenue so that I can get a quick look on how many reviews the people have and how much money we're all making. Generally, I just want to find the market where everyone has high revenue like this, hundreds of thousands of dollars. We're not just talking about 30K here anymore, guys. When you get into this level, you can start making serious, serious money. Look at this, 80 reviews ,000. Four reviews, $327,000 for this listing right here. They have four reviews. We only start with a test order of about 100 units. So you don't need to chuck 10, 20, $30,000 at inventory. You can do that. But I usually just start with a test order. But going down the board, this is really all I look at. I look at the revenue and the reviews. There's a lot of other data here, the price point, Amazon fees, everything like that. But what I'm really looking at is just I want to see consistently high revenue and then consistently low reviews. Not everyone here has thousands of reviews like a competitive market would. It's 60 reviews, 97, 33 reviews and they're making $142,000 a month. This market is still looking great and I'm very excited. I might even be able to show you right here. This is another product I'm looking into. I just closed out my So you can even see I'm looking at other products. We're just ordering some here. These are products in my actual Alibaba messaging with suppliers right here. This is literally the mask I'm doing. I got FDA paperwork documentation. This market is a little more complicated to sell in, but working with me, I show you how to avoid every bit of pitfalls that may happen. So that's why it's so important to kind of have a mentor along with you. This is another product I'm doing, the IPL, and I found all these products by using AMZScout's web app. Okay, you can see it literally just showed me here the red light therapy mask. So, that's really how we're finding these products and I'll keep going on and I will do more research for you guys soon. But how do you guys like that? I mean, we just found products making well over $30,000. Most of those people were in the hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in revenue and then the profit on that was still extremely high. Oh shoot, I forgot to show you. Okay, this is very important. Share one more time. I didn't show you this. Okay, this guy is $79. They're making 5,000 sales a month, only 102 reviews. Take a guess. How much do you think this thing is gonna cost? Maybe just take a guess in the chat real quick. Yeah, yeah, okay. What do you think? Like $50 or $40 or how much do you think we can get this for? Well, using Alibaba Lens, Boom, we instantly take a picture of it and okay, it's still showing me in Thai baht here, which I do not like. I wish it was US dollars. Okay, this is literally $15. 474 Thai bought for 74 to, uh, bots to USD is $15. We can get this mask. It's showing it right here. The virtually the exact same one that's making whatever it was, 500,000 a month or whatever. Um, We can get that same mask for $15 and it's selling for $80. So you do the math. How much profit do you think you're making on this? That's how ridiculous this gets. I can do this for any of the products in here. This one is $99. It's the same one that we just saw for $15. This one right here, this unique crazy mask that might take me forever to find on Alibaba if I was searching myself, I can come in right here and find the mask and that's gonna be about 30 bucks for this mask. Slightly different, but you can see how using Alibaba Lens and down here, we can find it for 509 baht. That's $15. So these are all the different suppliers. We can just go right through, click into any one that we want. And this one is $15 again, around the 400 to 500 baht, which is 15 bucks. And literally press chat now and start saying, hey, I'm interested in buying 50 or 100 units of this product. Let's get it on into Amazon. Give me a quote and let's see. But everyone else was like $55, $20, $45. We can get it for $15 and sell it for, there was a guy for $99.99 and they're making 5,000 sales a month. Now, I'm going to talk about this in a second too because what they didn't do and what I forgot to show you again because it's so early in the morning here is they didn't even bundle. What we would do and what I'm doing is I'm bundling another like derma roller or a face, an ice roller, some extra cool beauty product with that so my main image will stand out. And that's exactly what I'm talking about right here, how to stand out in markets with bundling branding and the cost of Amazon. We'll finally get into this now. How do you make your bundle? You can look at other listings and see halfway down the page, it will actually show you what's frequently bought together. So a customer will buy this like security camera light and then they're also buying the memory card, this USB memory card thing or micro SD card. Why don't you just bundle a micro SD card with the light to begin with? And they're buying the light for 30 bucks and the memory card is 17, so that's 45. I sell the light and the memory card for $30 because the memory card probably costs you like $1 or $2 and everyone's going to buy yours all day long. Why would they buy just the light if it didn't have the memory card for $30 when they could buy from your listing that has the light and the security camera and the memory card for $30? It's a no-brainer. That's how we do it. You can also ask ChatGPT what are bundle ideas that we can do for our product in this category or whatever and ChatGPT can give you infinite bundle ideas and then it's up to you to just ask your supplier, can you source this? And your supplier, even if they're a manufacturer of a totally different product from what your bundle item is, they can actually go source From other suppliers and get your bundled item set up and then they package it together in their warehouse. So your one unit will have your main product and the bundle item in one box and sent to Amazon and then to the customer. You can also read customer negative reviews and questions and see what people don't like about certain products. It's all the data is there. You can see what they're saying they don't like in the negative reviews and then you can You know, improve on the product from there. So that's what I said. You can work with more than one supplier to make your bundle, but one supplier will do the full bundle for you. You don't have to try and message 50 suppliers and find the plates and the cups from this guy and the tablecloth from that guy. No, it's all one supplier. Now, the cost of Amazon, like I said, is you're buying about 100 to 200 units to test. And usually, your product price is going to be around $10 to 20 bucks. So if you buy 100 units of a $10 product, your whole cost is like $1,000 to start the business. It's not too much considering how much money you can make, how passive this is going to be for you, and how much Time like this is just going to free up in your life and allowing you to quit your job. I quit my job six months after starting this. It wasn't years like if you have a franchise or you invested in real estate. These things produce cash flow, but you don't break even for years because the startup cost is so high. With this, you can literally break even with my students in two to three months of launching the product. You're making all your money back and then pure profit on a listing that you get to keep selling over and over for years and years. Now, seller account, about 40 bucks a month and that only comes into effect, they only charge you for your Amazon account when your inventory hits the Amazon warehouse. Before that, you can have a pro-seller account set up and they won't actually be charging you the 40 bucks a month, only until the inventory comes in. Now, storage cost, very, very low. I have, you know, at any one time for just the party kit listing, 500 units in at one time. And it's literally charging me, I think last month it was like $56 to store 500 units in the Amazon warehouse, which is extremely low. But again, it depends on the size of the product that you're shipping in there. Of course, if it's a huge product, the storage costs are gonna be a little higher. Amazon fees, these are all factored in and AMZScout software showed us Basically, there's a referral fee which is 15% of the item price. So on a $100 product, there's a $15 fee right off the bat because that's just us selling on the Amazon platform. There's a $15 referral fee for selling on the Amazon platform. That's just the way it is. And then a fulfillment fee to ship the product to the customer. So shipping the product to the customer, that saves you so much time. Imagine dropshipping or a lot of these other businesses, retail arbitrage, you literally have to run to a post office every day and drop off products that you're Shipping to customers versus Amazon shipping everything to the customer with prime one or two day shipping. So the fulfillment fee is very small as well when you're not selling these giant products. Do we have a promo code to AMZScout so we can try it out? Stick with me, I'm gonna blast through this and we're gonna get right into it. And AMZScout and myself have come up with an amazing, crazy offer which I'll share with you guys and you can basically get basically for free at this point. So we'll get into that in just a second. So secret number three was using Alibaba Lens. I basically just showed you that, but here's what it was. Again, you take a screenshot. Of any product, it doesn't even need to be on Amazon. It can be on Google. It can be on Instagram. As long as you use this Alibaba Lens, which is the free Chrome extension, you can take a picture of any item and look at this one. I'm actually doing this for one of my students because I have a done for you package where people will pay it and it's quite a bit of money. So what I'm saying here is AMZScout and myself have an insanely crazy low startup basically offer and course setup with AMZScout's bundle that we're going to show you and give to you. But people pay me like over 10 times what we're going to share with you today for our offer to do a done for you product with me. We did the screenshot here of $153 item and over here on Alibaba Lens, the exact same thing is we can buy it between $13 and $18.69. Someone's talking about returns. The customer will have to ship the product back if they do initiate a return. The customer needs to send the inventory back to an Amazon warehouse and if they don't do that within 45 days, Amazon will just credit you back the money as a reimbursement for the customer initiating a refund and then not actually sending the unit back. If they do send the unit back into Amazon, you can actually get the item shipped to your house for 50 cents and then resell it if you want or give it away as a gift or you can have Amazon dispose of the inventory if you want for like 15 cents. Yeah, we got promo codes for AMZScout and the deal's coming up, guys. Just sit tight. We see you in there. Now, negotiations. How are we going to really work with these suppliers? What I do is I message 10 to 15 suppliers. I'm really building a relationship with them. In some cases, they've invited me out to weddings in China and they're actually very cool, nice, sweet people. If I showed you more of my conversations, they're sending me emojis, they're sending smiley faces, all this other stuff. It's very chill, relaxed. They're very polite the way they talk to you. Hello, dear. How is your morning? Can we move forward today? They're very nice like that. And I also will leverage quotes between suppliers. So one supplier will tell me, We can do this product for $15. The other one maybe with slightly less quality will say, we can do it for $13 or $12. Now, just one or $2 makes a big difference when you're ordering a lot of inventory. So saving $1 or $2 adds up a lot and it makes a big deal. So I might tell one supplier, hey, I like you guys a lot. You have a great product, great quality, but look at the screenshot I'm sending you from this other supplier. They're saying that we can They're willing to sell to me for $13 instead of $15. Can you guys meet me down there? So I leverage quotes that these suppliers are giving me between other suppliers and then I ask about high minimum order quantity pricing. So sometimes suppliers will say you need to buy 500 units or you need to buy 100 units. Otherwise, we won't even sell to you. Well, the good thing is there's Like 15, 20, 30 other suppliers selling the same type of product. And you can get one supplier that's going to easily sell to you no matter what. But you want to ask, hey, what if I buy a thousand units from you? How low of a price can you give me at this point? And they might tell you a much lower price. And then what I say is, hey, I'm willing to work with you guys. I'm going to ramp this product up, but I just want to start with a test order. Can we just do 100 units? But since I'm going to keep working with you, we're building this relationship, I have so many other suppliers I could go to. Can you give me that price that you just said that as if I'm buying a thousand units? And sometimes they will negotiate and say, yeah, okay, I know that you could go to another supplier, but we really want your business. So we'll give you the price as if you're buying a thousand units, which is gonna, even though you're buying 100, and that's gonna save a lot of money there. So there's a lot of negotiations I touch on even more. And then the three beginner mistakes to avoid, Don't order too much inventory. 100 units, 200 units is great. In the past, I've ordered a certain product that I bought 500 units of upfront. I didn't have flexibility and I realized Everyone in my market basically started to sell the same thing and this was before I knew about bundling. So I sold that same thing as everyone else. There was no reason for me to stand out because I didn't bundle and it didn't work out for me. So I actually didn't succeed with that product. I ended up shipping inventory home. It was actually garden gloves with claw, digger claws on the end. I shipped about 200 units home. I sold out of 300 of them. I had to lower my price to break even because everyone was selling the same thing and I luckily sold 300, didn't make much money at all. But then the 200 units, I just went to garden stores, garden flower shops or whatever. And went into these in person and they literally bought all my inventory. I went to like five stores and sold out of 200 units. Each store was buying like 20 or 40, 50 gloves off me. So that was... You have a physical product here guys. We're not doing something with stocks or crypto arbitrary money type things This is actual physical products that you can always sell no matter what? So a lot of people just don't check profit margins and the Amazon fees they get in there excited on the product then they realize oh the fees are higher than I thought and they didn't actually calculate the profit so with the light therapy mask and $15 for the product, maybe $5 for shipping. The total unit with the bundle, everything might be $20. Okay. We can sell it for 80. Amazon fees might be, you know, $15. So, you know, you're making 45 bucks profit per sale. They're selling 5,000 units a month. They're not bundling. Imagine if you bundled, sold at the same price, created a no-brainer offer. You'd still be making 40 bucks profit per sale at least. And if you can sell 200 products a month and they're selling 4,000, 5,000. If you can sell 200 a month at $40 profit per sale, that's $8,000 in profit for you. And that's making like 1 10th or less. I mean, that's like 5% of what that other person's making in sales. And a lot of people just don't treat Amazon like a real business. They get carried away with life. That's why I asked you in the beginning, what is your why? Why do you actually want to do this? You can make so much money with this and it's passive income. It's incredible what this can do for your life. How many lives I've changed by teaching people this, my own dad, that was insane. I've had over 1,200 students and at least 40 of them have quit their jobs right in front of my eyes. It's been unreal but it's for the people who want it the most and who are willing to put some money up front. It takes money to make money. Some people get into this like, I don't want to spend a dollar and I want to start making $10,000 or $20,000 a month. It's like, what planet are you even on? You need to realize The cost of the product is one thing and then having someone teach you this is the only really other cost if you want that. If you try this on your own, there's going to be a lot of pitfalls I will tell you that I've gone through and working with someone who's done the trial and error is just the same as having a Warren Buffett choosing your stocks for you versus you choosing your own stocks or something. I'm working with a millionaire who's done it themselves and showing you the way versus you trying it yourself. Which way do you think is going to get you to success faster? It's a pretty simple no-brainer. So, thank you guys. I'm going to get into the offer now but those who are not courageous enough, this is a quote from Muhammad Ali, those who are not courageous enough to take risks will never accomplish anything in life. That's exactly what I'm saying. You have to put a little money out there and the good news is it's not even that much. It's like a very small amount. You look at any other brick and mortar store you're paying for rent, inventory, you have to physically be there, you start a franchise or whatever, all these other businesses require tens of thousands of dollars. This you can start for under $2,000. It's ridiculous. So you've taken a risk today to try something new and now let's share with you guys your next action step. So, we've had all these success stories I was touching on over the ... I mean, this was $10,000 in one day, this gray bar back here from Brian Pate. Again, 183 sales, just ridiculous.
