How to send tons of traffic without paying advertising fees using AI to your products. This and more on today's episode. Hello everybody and welcome to the AM podcast. My name is Bradley [music] Sutton and I'll be your host and this is the show where we discuss all things Amazon Tik Tok shop and Walmart private label and how to generate recurring revenue streams 24 hours a day during the AM and the PM. Hence the name of the show. Get it? AM podcast. [music] And as a matter of fact, right before I recorded this, I was at Amazon Unbox in San Francisco [music] and I was able to go to two restaurants that have some of my favorite cuisines, Ethiopian and Pakistani food. But while I was eating non-stop, I was still making [music] money online. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think. All right, guys. Welcome to this workshop. Um, for those of you who aren't Helium 10 Elite members, this is probably maybe the first time you're going to be seeing something of this scale. It's pretty cool. Like sometimes AI is kind of scary the the kinds of things you can do. But today our guest speaker is going to talk about how for basically pennies almost you can create with AI these like traffic generating AI avatars that you don't even have to spend advertising for and some of your competitors might be already doing it. You ever notice how maybe you're checking Helium 10 search volume and you're looking at the sales of a competitor and you're like, they're not even ranking for that many keywords in Amazon. How in the world is their sales like this? Well, probably they're getting tons of outside traffic and they could be using this strategy. So, our guest today has been on the Serious Sellers podcast. She's been on our scale stories um you know for for Tik Tok specialties, but she's going to be talking today about AI. She's going to be showing something super cool. Uh, and by the way, guys, um, I have travels coming up. So, whenever I travel, I love to do local podcast interviews with, you know, local Helium 10, uh, community out there. So, my next travels, guys, let me know if anybody is in these places. At the end of this month, u, reach out to my assistant by emailing me mhel.d helium10.com. I will be going to Munich, uh, Paris, Vienna, Austria, and surrounding areas, uh, Athens, Greece. I'll even spend an afternoon in in Santorini, uh, potentially on vacation. But I love working on my vacations. Um, so again, if you're in any of those areas, want to do an interview with me in person for for the podcast, uh, email me. All right, Liz, take it away. >> Today, I'm going to talk to you guys about something that you might have heard me talk about before, you might not have. And I've done this particular presentation a couple times, but today I'm going to do it a little bit differently just because I feel that for Bradley's crew, I want to make sure that you guys get the most benefit from this. And that benefit comes from showing you. So teaching you how to fish, in other words. But today, we're going to talk about this very sexy brand new traffic source. And I know a lot of people say that, but I'm going to tell you, some of these numbers are quite shocking. I've even done some experiments, and the numbers always amaze me. It's it's beyond what I could imagine. So, today I'm going to show you behind the scenes how the Amazon brands that are beating you in search are doing what they do. So, uh this brand new traffic source, the way I typically do this is I relate this to anybody love those like shows where you don't know what the hell's going on, but for some reason you just can't take your eyes off of it. It's almost like when you see Roadkill, you got to look, right? And before you know it, the more you watch and the more you look, things just start to make sense. And then when it finally hits, it's like mind blown. Well, typically the way I'll do this is I'll tell my AI, it could be my phone, it could be anything, to begin a process, which is creating a piece of video content. I'm going to do I'm not going to do that today. Instead, we're going to create one together. But I'm going to show you over the past two days um how many I've created autonomously, meaning have had very little involvement aside from a final quality check. So, I'm going to show you how that's happened, but together we're going to create a video of sorts. And I like to call these clones. So, typically when I do these live, I've done them at a Kevin King's event. I literally just get on stage and I just tell my AI agent on my phone and then I tell my AI agent elsewhere, hey guy, build this clone and then at the end of the presentation, we pop open what it built and then we have a look. Well, today I'm going to do a little differently. I might even actually jump into my platform and show you guys a couple of the different videos that have been built across the past couple days. But I usually run three pipelines. Today we're going to build one together and we're going to talk about how this has evolved and what type of software and models I used to use and what type I currently use. Just so you guys get full benefit, we're going to do one together on off the cuff. I typically don't even do this anymore. So, I'm a little rusty, but you guys will see that the reason I don't do it is because the AI does it for me. I've actually trained it. And before we even start there, let me just make this point that is that every single brand out there, if they are on Amazon specifically, even if they go to a regular website, there's software out there that could capture where exactly their traffic has come from. And the type of traffic that we're more more interested in than anything is organic traffic that is directed to either an Amazon listing or in the case if we own the site to our site. So, we want to know exactly where is it that this traffic is coming from and can we pinpoint what is originating that traffic? And the answer is absolutely. So, I'm about to show you some of these numbers that these brands have actually done. But before I show you and get into three very specific brands that I've picked out for a particular reason, let me tell you why you should be paying attention to who I am. I've done uh the Helium 10 Tik Tok thing. So, obviously I'm a Tik Tok person. I've got a live stream studio in New York City. But more importantly, I have been an ecom seller almost my entire career. And as you just heard, it's been a long time. But there is one thing that I'm very well known for, more so than any of my ecom skills, any of my marketing skills, any of that. And that is I have been declared as the best stalker in the entire history of the internet. In fact, my ex has said that I've stalked them longer. this particular brand here that I'm about to show you. I've stalked them longer than I've stalked my ex. And according to my ex, I am a stalker of mass proportions. Epic stalker, uber stalker, however you want to call it. I am just that good at it. But I'm here to show you a brand that you will benefit from learning about based off of this set of skills, very particular set of skills. You know what line that movie comes from, then you'll know [laughter] that I am a specialist. And this brand is none other than Rosabella Sups. This is the brand that is the king or queen of AI, however you want to look at it, they started the entire thing. And over two years now ago, I began stalking them on TikTok and notice the crazy amount of AI content that they were producing. And as of right now, just off of two SKs alone, and these are beetroot capsules, they generate over $3.4 million on Amazon alone. Just two SKs, folks. And they are number three and four for these beetroot capsules on Amazon. But I know that most of us are always going to figure out why we should be cynical about one thing or another. And I get it. I'm I'm the same. So you might say to me, "Uh, Liz, but Rosabella has been on the internet forever. Two years is like Amazon, if we we relate our dogs to dog years." I there's no telling what Amazon is. Like dog years are seven years per year. Amazon's more like 10 to 15 years per every one year. So I get it. I get it. They're old school. That's why I found for you here these pineapple gummies for women's private parts. And you know what they say about that, which is I don't know. This is a this is a PG rated show, folks. We won't go there. But this particular gummy launched October 2025. And yet right now they sit here at 213,000 per month. That was like uh more than 148 days. Obviously, math is not my forte, so don't pay any attention to anything I say. It's 365 days ago almost, right? And in that first month, they did 210 units, but as of right now, they did 213,000. 81% to 93% of their traffic comes from organic search, while only a measly measly 3.9% is coming from paid traffic, right? But they are crushing it on Tik Tok. So, a lot of people will say, "Ah, Liz, it was a trend spillover." That's for the reason that they're crushing it on Amazon. And hey, yeah, they started a year ago. So, I get it. I knew you guys would say that. That's why I jumped in and found brand number two, which is none other than Rotation Bourberine Gummies. And I still can't figure out what the hell a Bourberine is, but they're selling on Amazon. And you might be shocked at the numbers that they're making here in a second, but they launched in May 5th of 2026. And currently they're sitting pretty at $176,000 per month. Now they did launch almost 148 days ago and I just checked my calculator a second ago. That is correct. Now here is uh what they were in June 94,000. I think I got that number wrong. Uh it ignore that. That was for the next one. But they are currently sitting at this number that I pulled just yesterday. 176,000 per month. And they have zero sponsored ads as you could see from this graph here. That means nothing, not a nil. They're not paying anything to Amazon for that amount. And again, you could say, ah, this this is a supplement. Amazon supplements, they all have the tendency to be able to do this because especially if they got that magic, right, guys and gals, I knew you'd say that. And that's why I pulled out of my like a magician pulling a rabbit out of hat. I found this brand to show you. This is none other than Mold Mojo. This brand launched at the end of May, unlike the other one which launched in early May and in June sold 401 units. Right now, as of September, they are at $94,000 a month with once again zero sponsored ads, 100% free organic traffic. So, if you're starting to really see a trend here and wonder, hm, where could this traffic be coming from, especially the type of traffic that uh is responsible for ranking, not a supplement, folks. This is a mold remover. This is not really a sexy product. On top of that, wait till you hear this. Their rating is a 3.3. A 3.3. That's pretty awful. But they're still at about 82. They did $82,000 in their second month and currently they're at $94,000 in sales a month. And so I've showed you three brands. Most of them hardly do any Amazon ads. In fact, all but one zero Tik Tok. Nobody's ever done any Facebook ads. They almost have zero social media presence. So where exactly is this traffic coming from? Well, let's go back to a lot of people's favorite topic, UGC strategy. I'm sure you guys have seen them. You've seen the AI workflow blow bros trying to push their fake glassy looking skin girl saying, "Oh, guys, you're not going to believe how good this goalie gummy makes me feel." Guys, anybody that promises you 550 videos overnight while you sleep that's going to make you a ton of money is full of it. But I will tell you what when a video done right can do. that is they can not only help you gain Amazon traction, right? And that's because Amazon loves Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook traffic. Amazon loves all types of traffic. And if you send enough of it to your Amazon listing, guess what happens? Your organic rank goes up. Hand overfist, it will go up, right? Amazon rewards that external traffic with ex organic rank. And how do I know this? Well, I run all this for brands doing serious volume. In fact, some of them are so big and some of them I signed contracts where I cannot name any of them, which is why all the brands that I just showed you have nothing to do with any of those brands. However, there are brands that I have had some experience working with. Take a look at some of the numbers that these particular form of traffic are able to generate for these brands on Amazon when they are aimed directly at their page. And we're going to talk about this traffic here in a second, but note the numbers right here. 39,000 clicks, over $81,000 in ordered revenue. 3,200 items shipped. Second one, 45,000 clicks, 50,000 in ordered revenue. And then we've got 44,000 in ordered revenue. All within the span of 30 days. Now, here's the part that I'm going to be real with you guys about. A chunk of that revenue is indirect. Meaning, someone lands on your listing and guess what? They're not going to buy your product at all. they're going to buy something else. But there is also a tremendous amount of chunk of that revenue that directly helps your bottom line and not only helps your bottom line, but helps increase your organic rank. And if you were to want to do this and go out there and find the right type of people to be able to send this traffic directly to your listing, guess what you're going to have to pay them? Not only are you going to have to pay them a retainer, but currently the amount of commissions that these people command are 100 to 200%. And I know you guys are like, "Wow, like how can they command that much?" I'll explain more about that here in a second. But on top of commanding that amount of commission, they also get paid handsomely with $300 to $3,000 in retainers for 30 days of post. Now, why does that happen? That's because guess what? They generate so many views on their videos that people will always indirectly go to Amazon and search for a particular brand name and that is how the trend spillover is able to help you get ranked higher. But they aren't paid for those direct searches. And that is why brands are fine with paying them 100 to as much as 300% I've seen on every single tracked sale to help make up for that amount of traffic that they are never paid for because it's completely indirect. So that's the market rate per creator. And if you have any experience whatsoever working with creators, guess what? You're going to know that working with creators is like hurting cats, right? Good luck with that. So, you might be wondering, "Okay, Liz, I see it. I'm interested. What type of traffic is actually generating these numbers?" Well, here I'd like to introduce you to the following AI influencer knowing known as Hua_jin123, which isn't the sexiest name, is it? Which goes to show it doesn't really matter what you name your AI influencer. What matters is what they say. So, right here, as of this particular presentation, the first time I did it, they had over 890,000 followers. They're currently well over, I believe it's 1.1 million. And guess what? They've never existed in real life at all. And they were built in less than an afternoon. [snorts] Guess what? They are not creators. They are conversion engines wearing a human face. And this is where this type of influencer differs from any other type of influencer you've seen. And that is for the simple fact that the only reason that I even build these people is because they convert. Anybody else, as I told you before, selling these AI workflows that can generate you hundreds and hundreds of videos with the snap of a finger, most of the time those will never convert. But these are proven time and time again to convert. That is our number one goal, which conversion equals to h handsomely rewarding your bottom line. So, if you guys are excited about this, as excited as I am, why don't we build a clone together? Who's who's like pumped about that? I don't I know I'm usually on uh Zoom, but I'm assuming that there's a bunch of you that would like to learn how to did do this, who would like to learn how to do this today, right now, and be able to start implementing this in your business as soon as you get off this webinar. And again, one thing I might not have mentioned is this can work in any niche. It can work in supplements. It can work in beauty. As you saw here, it worked in a cleaning product. It can literally work on any product that takes your that can take a person from transformation A to B. So if that is anyone's niche who is on the call, then let's go ahead and jump into my favorite tool to build this. It's pretty much an all-in-one tool. Uh it is better known as uh it's Google Flow. Okay, so we're going to use Google Flow here today because it's also one of the least expensive tools to be able to do this. Now, step one is fairly simple. All we're going to do is swipe a script. So, what I'm going to show you guys right now is going to be invaluable because it's going to show you how to condition your phone to see nothing but these type of scripts. Because, see, people tend to over complicate this whole process. They think, "Oh god, I suck at copywriting. How am I ever going to write a script that's going to get people to buy?" Well, I'm going to share with you the best tip that I can give you is guess what people, you don't have to know what to say. You just have to know how to steal like an artist. And if you haven't read that book, I highly recommend it. So, I'm going to show you here how I would go about the process of learning to steal like an artist. So, we're going to head on over to Instagram. And once we get to Instagram, what you're going to want to notice is you're going to want to start to condition your phone to only see these types of videos. And so the easiest way to do that is I'm going to click on some of these names and I want you to jot those names down and then search them on your Instagram and then follow them, like, and even in some cases comment on their videos. And you want to do this for about five of these. So I'm going to share with you five. We're going to look at five really quick. You're going to do that. You can start by using hoola_jin123. We'll just go in and like look at that one and and you can start with that one. And so take this one. You can see that I'm following it. So I would just go in here and start to heart some of the videos. And if I wanted to find out what they were selling, I would go ahead and make a comment and so forth. So that's one. Uh let's take a look at pineapple guy here. So I would just same thing with this guy. 129,000 followers. He's good enough to follow. So, I would follow him and then start to do exactly what I told you before. We can heart this video and then we go to the next guy. We'll go to this dude here, uh, Raphael Cortez, 8,600. I'm not going to follow him. I'm look for people with tens of thousands plus 4,400. Now, let's let's see this guy. He looks got a lot of followers. Nah, 5,400. She has a ton of followers. So, this one, Holistic Zora, you'll want to follow her and then just like like one of her videos. Um, who else do I see that I know has a lot of This one has a lot of followers. This is Yuki. Yuki. So, follow her. And then, uh, let's get two more in here. This is a new This is a cowgirl. Let's see what she does. She's fairly 32,000. Good enough. We'll follow the cowgirl. And then let's see if we see anybody. This guy has a ton of followers. So, we'll definitely want to get him 800,000 followers. We'll follow this guy. This guy, I think, is like a clone of him. So, we're going to want to do this one. has a lot, too. Okay, so I think we got five there. Let's do one more just in case. This guy. This guy does. Oh, this these people do for sure. So, we're going to follow these guys. All right, 579. We'll follow those. All right, so we've got about five people in our arsenal. Now, the next step is we're just going to pick a uh product. So, this guy has a lot of followers. He always comes up with really good uh videos. So, we're going to do on this one is we're just going to copy the Instagram thing here and we're going to go over to um Instagram here. We're going to I'm sorry. We're going to just search an Instagram transcript extractor. So, we're going to go here. This first one, I'm just going to paste this link and I'm going to hit transcribe. We're going to let it transcribe. And then once it transcribes, we're going to see what pops up. Uh and then while that happens, we have to create a character. So, there's a couple choices that we have. We're gonna take it with Claude. Um, so here's the the transcription. Now, I'm going to copy this text. And I can just literally use anything. Like I can use Gemini is my favorite to use for this, but you can use any whatever AI harness you got. Um, and I'm just going to tell it, could you please take the following script and break it up into 8second chunks? I'm going to render it via Google Flow using Gemini Omni Flash. Okay. Okay. So, I'm going to do that and I'm going to just put the script in there and it's going to just go and and chunk it out. Okay. So, it's going to chunk it out. So, I want to know what he's saying. Now, I'm going to need um I've got now our script here, which is what we're going to say. Now, I need to um get our character. So, really the fastest way we could do this is actually have a script. Um, and so what I usually do is just say here, let's say we're selling, what is he talking about? Black pepper. Let's just say he's selling a um blender. So, I'm going to go to Amazon and just get any blender URL. And this would be like one of the ways that you can do this is you can have AI tell you who your um avatar would be. So, can you tell me who the target avatar is for this? All right. So, it's going to go ahead and and like come up with the idea for it and then I can go ahead and render this person. But, um I'm not going to sit here and wait for that. Instead, what I'm just going to do is I'm going to go into Google Flow. We've already got the pieces we've got here. Let's see who we have. We're going to just use this guy that we have right here. Use this guy right here as our avatar or this guy. Okay. So, we use somebody that we already have here. Okay. So, now all I'm going to do is create scene one. So, what Gemini has basically done is broken this down into six chunks. Meaning that we have to make six scenes. And each of the scenes that we make using Gemini can be maximum 10 seconds long. I like to keep them at eight because sometimes it'll still run long and that'll allow me to do a rerender and then I have two extra seconds to work with. So, I've got it broken down here. Now, what we're going to do is go into Google Flow and then I'm literally just going to come in here and I'm going to find image that I have and I'm going to use that person as a reference image. We can just use this lady here. We're going to use this lady. Going to add it to prompt. And so, now she's there. And now what I want to do is I want to go back to Instagram and I want to get this guy's first scene. So let's reset this. Okay, so I'm going to take this. Okay, I got his first scene. Um, and now what I can do is go into chat GPT. So let me bring up chat GPT in here. I could also just do this with um I'm just showing you in case you have a different AI, like you can really almost do all everything together in one AI. Uh, but in case we're working with people that have different AIs, this is how you would go about the process and just more or less do it the way I've been doing it using different AIs. So, I would go ahead and grab that original image and what we're going to do is clean that image up because this image has got uh please remove please remove all text on from from this image. All right. So, as soon as it uploads, we're going to go to remove the text because we want them clean. We don't want the text to come out. So, and again, the whole point here is you could use nano banana for this, which we're already in flow if you want to, or I'm just showing you chat GBT in case you don't have a nano banana, even though I highly recommend it because then you'll be able to use flow, which is what I always use. You can use other models to make the video, but flow is going to be your best bang for the buck. Okay. So, as soon as this is done, what we're going to do is we're going to download it. All right, looks good. Now, it's clean. So, I'm going to download this. And now I'm going to come back over here to Flow. Now, I've got our character, which we could easily make with this. You'll see that uh Claude has described somebody that would use this Blender, and we would take this and we could render this person. Uh, so for example, I could just go over here and say, could you please create a hyper photorealistic image of the following person? Okay. And so if we wanted to make another person aside from this lady, we would do that. But now what we've got is we've got this image. Now we're going to go ahead and put the image that we just cleaned up, which is this one. Okay. So now it's going to show us and I should actually have selected here. Uh we're going to now put image 9 by6 and we're going to pick Nano Banana Pro and I'm just going to generate two. And you'll notice it literally charges us zero credits because image rendering on this is uh free. Okay. And so what I'm going to say here is replace the man in image two with the woman in image one. That's all I'm going to do. I'm literally not even going to do anything else. Let's see what pops up. And you can also put something theft of please leave all background the same as well as let's see if if it does it. Sometimes the simplest thing works, but if it doesn't direct transfer, then I'll go ahead and uh change it up. And so, okay, this one looks good here. Um, so I could have done a little better, but you'll notice it went off on its own. And this is what flow is known to do sometimes. So, uh, there's a very specific prompt that my AI usually follows, but as you can see, I'm just doing this on the fly, and I have not done this by hand hardly ever, people. I think I've done it, uh, just on the on these demonstrations. So, now that we got the image, we're just going to put the image here, add it to the prompt, and now we're going to switch this to video. So, we're going to actually animate this. We're going to do video. We're going to do ingredients 9 by6 omni flash 7208 second* 1. And now that's all set. Notice it there charges us 12 credits. And so here I'm going to put animate with natural motion as a woman shows the pineapple. And then we just grab what it said over here. And obviously it didn't put the salt shaker in here, but again I can be a little bit more descriptive when I swap them out. here or she's got it, but it's not her. It drifted in identity. Uh, so that's what kind of why I did too. So, if we go back to Gemini, we're going to just grab this and then throw it in here and then hit that. And then I'm just going to hit go. And then we're going to wait and see what comes out. And that's it. That's pretty much the process. That's going to generate a scene number one. But as you could see over here on the list, we've got five more to go. So, we would take that process and rinse repeat. Now, uh in that time where we've been talking, this came out with the our a generation of the what it recommended would be the purchaser of that blender. So, we could always take this woman and then do it actually had her using the blender. I would take her further more and set her up in in multiple photos without the blender. So, it would be several different views of her face. That way, this doesn't drift as much. And one of the main reasons that this drifted is that I allowed it to drift because what we typically will do is attach a character sheet with multiple angles and views of the person. But let's take a look at the final product here. It already rendered part one of the video. So now we would just take this entire process that I ran through with you and we would render each of the rest of the chunks. And then after we're done with all the chunks, we piece them together and we've got an entire video made. And as you saw, the amount of credits that this cost is so tiny in comparison to what a seed dance would charge you or anything that. And yes, it does take time and effort, but this is why VAS are out there that can help you with this. In fact, it's a process that many of them have become familiar with. And again, we did that pretty quickly. You'll notice that about the only errors that we had is I should have paid attention and and made sure that it took exactly everything that he was doing here. Um, and the way that I would have said that is added a little bit more to the prompt as opposed to what I actually said, which was very little. If we go back and we look at what I said, it was something like take the woman. Um, let's see if I can find where it is. Usually somewhere in here. Uh, no, it's usually this one, but it doesn't show it. Uh, but yeah, that's the simple and easy way. So, let's go back into the presentation now that we kind of seen how that happened. And I'm going to show you a couple more things. We kind of saw how to build the character. [snorts] We also saw how to create the image prompt, how to generate it. In the past, I've used models such as 11 Labs to create the voice. I've even used Hen to do the entire thing. I think one of the last events that I went to that was one of Kevin's event, I showed people how we were generating these. This is over a year ago with Infinite Talk. Now things have changed. Now it's onto Google Flow. And our whole purpose for this, I'm going to show you an example of one of the accounts that we've actually done this with that my assistant at the studio actually h this is his account. So it's um he started this before Kevin's event which was in uh April I think. And recently he got a girlfriend and so he just abandoned the account. So Young Love, what what can you say? He's abandoned this account. But on this particular account, he was pushing a brand by the name of Jupy and collecting about five anywhere from 5 to 7K a month on the side. This was just on the side. And on this he was like basically what happens here is he in the video at the end his avatar will say comment the word blank and I'll say or comment the word yes. And so I'll show you here. I actually commented and we'll see what popped up. Here he is. And boom, he sends a link to the product. And this is how people are generating a ton of volume to their page. And again, even though if you go to Amazon page and you land there, Amazon doesn't necessarily only reward you when people check out, they also reward you for the simple act of sending traffic over there because they know exactly what they earn for every single person that lands on that page. So, you get rewarded off of that. But this has been sitting here for since September. So, that's like about a month. And still in that span, I think when he stopped it, it was at 15 16,000 followers. He's gotten 7,000 followers from not posting a single thing still and still made sales and so forth. So again, this is a very lucrative strategy that's working right now that I highly recommend if you haven't entertained it, you should. And one final thing that I do want to share, let me see. I might actually have to share a screen share because it's actually on my uh let's let me just take a screenshot and then see if I can bring it up here. uh because it shows the amount of videos I've created autonomously on using my AI without doing any what I just showed you manually. And that's the way that you if you really start to do this at scale, it's going to have to involve some automation of some sort. And again, I don't do any of this by hand ever. That's why I don't even really know the prompts by by memory. some of my VAS do because they've done this and they still continue to do this by hand, but I've not really rendered a full video ever in the history on my own one by one. Um, so the stack that uh I currently use is somewhat changed a little bit. We obviously still we get a script. We saw this is what we did together. We created our character file which in the case I showed you how we used with Claude. We make the image prompt. Then we generate the image and we used to review a human. We used to review the final image. That's no longer the case. Now an AI has become good enough to be our quality guy there. So we have a quality check guy and then it renders for the image itself starts to render as we saw. I took you through the process on Google Flow and then finally when that finishes there's another assembly layer which means we've got to put it together and then finally we distribute it. In the past we used to have three human touch points. Now there is only one and that is on the final video a human has to double check make sure it looks all good make sure it all sounds good and from that point forward then it goes ahead and gets distributed. But this is at one point it's kind of like a Frankenstein text stack. We were using hen, we were just trying to evolve with technology. It was no like all-in-one. Google flow has somewhat solved that for us. Grock imagine is also you can also use that in in this particular scenario, but I've not done grock as much just because Google's been so works so well. But there are times when Google was down some. It's very convenient to be able to have a second model available at your disposal. So, I will try to show these screenshots here in a second before I pop back over to Bradley. But at this point, obviously, the question isn't whether this works. The real question is whether you start to move on this before your competitor does. And that's why u there's people that in your niche that are watching this and that's why I invite you guys to schedule a call. I do have a QR code, but this call to be scheduled is kalanley.com/clonos. Whereas, if you want to jump on the call, talk about if your competition is in on this already, I can tell you that. So, if you want to schedule a call, it's either countly.comclonos. We can jump on a 30-minute call. We can discuss if your competitors already running this or if you you have an interest in coming to Paris with us and building this entire system out for your business from square one all the way to where it becomes autonomous. And what I mean by autonomy, if you're not familiar, just full automation to where all you have to do is say a command in the phone and boom, it goes out there. It pulls from a database. It puts the script together. It gets the image of the character together. It throws in the thing to render the whole thing. It even edits the entire thing all itself. That's exactly what we're going to be building out in Paris. And it's at a beautiful castle. But if you'd like to jump on that call and talk more about either the Paris event or just doing this in general, then I'd love to have a conversation with you. Um, this again is cali.com/clonos. Um, and you'll see that yesterday on the 29th, this on this day here was updating the uh the whole thing only did 111 scenes, but on the 29th, 367 scenes done alone. So, this is a usual day, 367 scenes per day, and that's just on two Google Flow lanes, folks. So, there's some days that I run 13. It just depends. U this there was an update to the flow system. So, as a result, spent four days, four beautiful days of fixing that. And this was the first uh green light day that was testing to get back to full throttle and did over 367 scenes just on that day. But that was only two lanes. So I've got about 16 lanes that are doing this at once. So as I said before, you are able to scale to however you'd like. You just have to have the right pieces in place in order to do so. But that's kind of more or less what I wanted to show you guys. And then, you know, I can also show you a quick behind the scenes of of these videos that are being produced. So you can see that we're doing this on a on a mass scale. And again, by no means, I still have VAS that do render some of these just because we have so much um pro like products that we are selling and so many uh people that we help out with this. So, this is basically one of the two databases that we have of scripts. So, we have over 2,000 scripts. All these have gone viral. And uh if we just go in here and copy this and see, so you'll see that this is this script right here. And we've already got these ingested in our system. So, we're able to duplicate these with our own character. We'll just basically swap our own character with this gentleman. We get swapped into our character. We can even swap in our own dog. We can do whatever we like with that. And then, um, we still got VAS that do render. A lot of the times we use VAS that are rendering different styles of scripts. Now, these that I'm about to pull up that they're rendering are still some of these styles, but there's that's one of the big misconceptions people have is they think that all AI influencers look like the ones that I just showed you guys. And that's not the case. There are many that have brand new and evolving scripts that I just don't even have the time to jump in and show you. And so, a lot of those are ones that our VAS are handling right now. So, this is an example of some of the scene So right here, this was an error and I can already tell this was probably they were talking about a Shih Tzu or something else and so they were replacing the word dog instead of dogs. Uh so that that was like that means our system would have to redo it. So all these are just the scenes that we've like generated and there's like uh tens of thousands of them. So yeah, we've had quite a bit of experience doing this and this just wanted to give you guys a little bit more of the back so you could see what the behind the scenes looks like and what we're going to help people build in Paris. So that's basically it, Bradley. I know I kind of nerded out there at the end. I might have lost some people, but the end of the day, they want to see what what it takes to scale. And you can literally start from how we did it, building one scene at a time and take it to however many scenes and renders you want to be able to make for your brand. >> Awesome. Awesome. All right. Well, I'm sure a lot of people here, they're like, "What? I can't even believe this is real life." But like, uh, I noticed for example on the Instagram auto shows like AI generated and stuff. What about like, you know, recent laws and stuff like for New York and things like that? Like how has that changed like what you guys have to do? Like do you have to be more mindful of posting AI AI like having a hashtag or something of AI content or or what do you have to do because of of these new laws? >> Yeah, terrific question. You do you have to post hashtags synthetic performer hashtag ad on every post but you also have to select AI when you do post with platforms like Facebook has that Instagram they have where you have to like select this the thing and so does Tik Tok but it's kind of hidden on all of them but you're still required to do so as long as you have the hashtags synthetic performer hashtag ad and a lot of the brands if you're working as an affiliate for the brand they have you put #jupy partner so that the laws know that you're a partner of the brand. You're not directly the brand. Uh and then the other thing is that uh the interesting thing and the biggest misconception is a lot of people thought, "Oh, that's going to destroy AI content." And the reality, Bradley, is people don't even care as long as it's entertaining. As long as it provides value, people are still watching it in record numbers, which has been the most surpris I was even surprised. I thought it was going to put a dent in the statistics, but it's not done any such thing. Along those same lines, Naman says, "Hey, this process looks great. How many different persons do you use at a given time for the avatars? Does it collide with trust as uh people expect UGC to be authentic?" >> Uh, so I would never put them on my brand my like for for example, I never put them directly on the brand's branded IG or Facebook. I do them as like partners. So, they're like separate affiliates that are selling for your brand. They're never your brand or they're not your brand spokesperson. If you do it decide to do it as a brand spokesperson, you got to make sure that their likeness is captured with a character sheet and you're always just using that guy or that girl. >> How much does it cost to create each video? So, we saw how many credits for like that first scene. So, like let's say, you know, how however many scenes a video has, uh, you know, translate the number of credits to like a dollar value. What what would you say it is? >> Sure. That's a great question. So, I'll kind of break it down as best I could. Like I told you, math is my weak point. So, you guys got to take these numbers and put them in a calculator, but uh for Google Flow, the cost is $200 a month for 25,000 credits. But after you run out of those 25,000, it's 20,000 credits are $200. So, you lose a little bit. But if you do the math, I think that comes out to uh like 25,000 credits divided by 12 credits, something like 12 some less it's less than 15 cents per scene. Now, if you're doing scenes, like you saw the one that we did here, it was about six scenes. So, it's 15 cents times six. And I put in a couple extra scenes because you're going to get drift here and there. So, uh 15 scenes times uh I got to bring out the calculator. That's This is how bad I am at math. >> No worries. [laughter] >> This must be the old brain, too. 15 cents times six. Uh 90 cents, under a dollar on most of them. It's insane, Bradley. If you're you're looking if you're using Sea Dance, if you're doing like all the other models like I sometimes do, it's like four to$6 per video. This is under a dollar. >> I might actually know the answer to this because it's something I've been intriguing me. It's like, hey, great. We we create all this content. Daniel says, "Now what? create a new channel with zero subscribers. Where will all the views and traffic come from? You know, that was like 10 years ago or five years ago, you had to have followers and subscribers and stuff to have traffic. But nowadays, you know, you could have 50 followers or none and and a video could go viral and it would still, you know, maybe your your your followers increase to 60 or something like that. I mean, that might be an extreme example, but but all these social media platforms now, it's not based on the followers, you know, they kind of like know what you are going to be interested. I mean, guys, I mean, Daniel, if you're on social media, Tik Tok or Instagram, like 80% of your feed, if not 90 or more, is not from people you follow. It's just like they're trying to figure out what you want. And so, like, it does like So, correct me if I'm wrong here, Liz, but it doesn't really matter how many uh followers like an account or or something has now, right? >> Yeah, you're absolutely right, Bradley. 93% of the people that see your video, it's for the first time. So, that means only 7% of your following has seen you before. And as Bradley said, the algorithm, Tik Tok is what did this. Like Tik Tok is what created this type of algorithm. All the rest of the social platforms had to follow in order to be able to stay competitive. And now Tik Tok's slightly different, but Meta is taking like massive advantage of it. So if you guys have Facebook accounts, like dust them off because those things are right now like they're the hottest thing that I've seen. All Facebook is like on fire right now. And so a lot of people are sleeping on it. But guess what? That's where uh the people with the disposable income are hanging out. That's where grandma and grandpa that have a fat credit card are on there ready to spend money. And so if you're not if you're sleeping on Facebook, I mean, you're you're making a big mistake. Even if you don't do this style of content, do some style of content on there. I'm telling you. >> Awesome. Awesome. All right, guys. So, if you see this link on the screen, kalanley.com/kos, you can book a call with uh Liz to go over your, you know, possibilities for your brand and and the dates of the Paris event. Again, >> it starts on October 25th is uh 26 is the first like welcome reception and it ends on the uh 30th, everyone goes home. So, it' be 20 uh the days of the actual event are the 27th, the 28th, and then the 29th. There's typically an offsite where we all go hang out and get to know one another cuz the end day we going to have to become friends. [laughter] We got to become friends. >> People actually sleep in the castle, too, like or that's just where the Oh, >> it's all inclusive. So, you come to the castle. It's It's like the Disneyland for Paris. Like, >> I love it. I love it. All right. Well, uh Liz, I'll be seeing you there. um for at least a couple days and I hope to interview some some people there. So, if you guys are uh going to go, make sure to comment wherever you're watching this below so I can uh look out for you. Love to interview on the site as well. Liz, thank you for sharing this. This this is probably the first time for me and a lot of people out there to see something like this. So, it's kind of crazy what can be done for >> 90 cents or whatever you said is how much it costs to make these videos and not having to pay for for this traffic. Amazing. So, thanks a lot, Liz. And how do you say goodbye in uh French? >> Aravoir. >> Aravoa. >> See you guys later.
