I'm going to be seeing the goat Messi play for Argentina. And while I'll be cheering Messi on, [music] I'm still going to be making money online. How cool is that? Pretty cool, I think. All right, everybody. Welcome to this episode. This is going to be a special strategy-based episode. Whether you have Helium 10 or not, this is going to be, you know, good to be able to know these strategies, but obviously if you have Helium 10, you guys have an advantage because you guys have access to everything I'm going to talk about today. The rest of you will have to figure out how to either get Helium 10 or maybe do this on on your own. But these are good strategies for any Amazon or TikTok Shop seller. I call this series 10 Things I Hate About You because there's going to be 10 strategies. And I say the 10 Things I Hate About You because these are unique strategies. In other words, people in the all-in-one software space, they don't have these these features. And so this is pretty unique to Helium 10. If you don't have Helium 10, you got to figure out how to do this kind of like on your own because other software just doesn't have this. All right? So, let's go ahead and hop into it. We're going to have Carrie and Shivali do these videos as well. So, we're just going to kind of like tag team here with different strategies. You ready? Let's hop into the first one. How to automatically adjust your advertising bids based on keyword rank. Historically, why do we have Helium 10 keyword tracker, right? Well, you you've probably used it because you want to see where you rank organically, where your sponsored ads are coming up. You might take action on a daily basis based on that, especially when you're in launch. You'll be like, "Hey, I'm trying to get in the first two, three, four positions in sponsored ads because I know if I get conversions, my organic rank will increase eventually." And so, you know, you maybe use Helium 10 keyword tracker, add some keywords, and then you keep monitoring your sponsored ranks and say, "Oh, man, I am consistently below position five. You know what? I think I need to increase my bid by a few cents, and let's see if that gets me position two, three, or four." Or, you know, that's during launch, maybe you've got your hero keyword. Like for me, coffin shelf, where I'm like, "You know what? I never ever want to get below position four or two, for that matter, in sponsored ads, because I need to own the top of search in sponsored or organic." Or on the flip side, maybe if I am one or two, maybe I want to back off my bid a little bit to see if I stay at one or two. In other words, like, "Hey, maybe I'm bidding $2, but somebody else is bidding $2, and so since we're both bidding $2, we're maxing out our bid. But if I back off and go 150, maybe my competitor's bid will also go down to 150, and we'll still be like one and two, but now I'm paying 150 a click instead of $2 a click." So again, people make decisions. Amazon sellers make decisions on their advertising based on keyword rank. And historically, you've had to kind of do it in two different, you know, tools. Maybe you're you're in Seller Central, that's how you manage your bids, and then you've got your Helium 10 keyword tracker, and every day or every week you're comparing it. Now with Helium 10 ads, guys, you can set a rule, and this is the only tool in the all-in-one space that does this, where you can increase, decrease a bid based on average rank, consecutive rank, median rank, all right? Well, let me show you how it works. You go into Helium 10 Ads and create a rule. Like, here is an actual launch I'm doing right now for this bat-shaped bath mat set. So, I add the campaign to this rule, and then all of the keywords that I'm tracking in keyword tracker show up here, and I can add it. You know what? I want to have rules based on all of these because I'm trying to stay at the top of search for these keywords. And then down here, the next section, I add which campaign I want to control the bids. And then here is my criteria. So, I'm saying, "Hey, based on keyword tracker, if my sponsored rank in consecutive checks in the last three different checks is all greater than four, then increase my target bid by 15 cents." What does this mean? Consecutive checks means if I don't have Helium 10's boost on, it's only checking once a day. So, that basically means if I for 3 days in a row have a rank that's below four, you know, 5 6 7 8 9, hey, tell me to increase my bid 15 cents. If I look here in keyword tracker, I can see goth bath mat probably hits this cuz I I I look at the history, and I can see I have boost on in the last 3 hours it's position 11, it's position five, it's position six. So, if I was doing this manually, I'd be like, "You know what? 11 5 6, this is like bottom of page one, middle of page one. No, I want to get on the top. I want to increase my bid, right?" But what I'm saying here in this rule is I'm saying, "Hey, just automatically give me a suggestion to raise the bid 15 cents without me having to check and cross-reference keyword tracker." I could go opposite. I could say, "Hey, what if I'm above rank four? Maybe I want to decrease my bid." I can say, "Hey, you know what? I want to just take over time an average position, not consecutive checks, but an average of of over the last 7 days, if I average this rank, increase or decrease the bid or median rank. And so this is pretty cool. I say here, I want to increase my uh bid by 15 cents. All right? So once I implement that rule in my suggestions page in Helium 10, every day it's going to tell me if I have anything that hit that rule. And you can see right here, here is that keyword, goth bath mat. It says here, uh hey, because I had the rule that it was below four, I need to increase this bid by 15 cents. So I would just hit this button that says yes, go ahead and do it. And now uh it's going to increase the bid 15 cents. And then tomorrow it's going to tell me again, did I get the top four positions in sponsored ads? If I did, it's no longer going to suggest to me anything. But if I'm still below four, it's going to tell me, you know what, raise it 15 cents more. So this is like, to me, a game-changer in the sense that I used to have the game used to be I had to do this manually and check multiple tools. Now I can kind of set it and forget it and automate it if I wanted to. Or at the very least just check it once a day without going into multiple tools and manage my bids accordingly. So uh this is one of my favorite ads. It's probably one of the most requested things uh by Helium 10 ads users in the last couple of years. And I'm so happy that we finally have it. >> How to discover products that other Amazon sellers have given up on? We like to call this method the zombie listing hunter. And now that's not an official term, but what we consider a zombie listing is a listing that is dead on Amazon. So maybe the seller went out of business, maybe the seller is out of stock, maybe the seller just gave up on the product and stopped selling it. Now, why would this be interesting to you? Well, you might find product opportunity this way. Like maybe somebody was just crushing it and then for whatever reason they had to stop selling on Amazon and nobody picked up that demand because it was a pretty unique product, right? So this is how you can find that. Here in Helium 10 Black Box under products there is a button that says find out of stock products and Helium 10 is the only tool that can do this. So, for example, I'm looking here in the home and kitchen category. I'm saying, "Hey, when this out of stock product was in stock for that year, whatever year it was in stock, it had at least, you know, 500 units of sales." I'm just throwing random numbers here. You guys can do whatever works for you. And then I say, "Hey, when was this listing last active? It's inactive right now, so when was it last active?" I put here a range of February 2025 to like March of 2026. And then I say, "You know what? I'm looking for a new coffin, you know, kind of product for my spooky brand." I put in title keywords coffin and there are tons and tons of other filters I could use. But once I hit that, now I get a result and there's 10 items that have come up here. So, like there's something here that's interesting, a coffin Zen Garden. And as you can see, this product is out of stock, pretty interesting looking product. It's well reviewed. When did it go out of stock? Well, I can look at the BSR history here. Look, it went out of stock like all the way back in August of 2025. Now, how was it selling when it was out of stock? Well, actually 1,000 units. So, they gave up on this product, right? Here's another one. Look at this coffin makeup shelf. This product was doing a $30,000, all right? And now if you click on it, they have been out of stock, you see, it's completely out of stock, you would never be able to find this product on your own. And it's been out of stock for let's just take a look. Like looks like over a year this product has been selling, you know, it was selling hundreds and thousands of units, even now completely out of stock for whatever reason. And actually because of Bradley finding this product, he actually did a launch of a coffin makeup shelf and he was able to go into historical Cerebro, look at all of the products old keywords it was getting sales from back in the day and he launched a new coffin makeup shelf product that's being launched right now and taking advantage of why this seller just giving up on this product. Um now obviously you have to be careful because who knows the reason why some sellers give up. Maybe there was a patent issue. You should do your due diligence and make sure there's no issues like that. But in this case, Bradley was able to use this tool to find a product that a seller gave up on, take advantage of that and all of the previous research, and all his advertising data, and be able to launch his own product without having to completely ideate something brand new, something that was you know, proven to sell. So this zombie hunter or this out of stock listing finder, guys, only available on Helium 10. So use it to find some cool product opportunity. >> How to download thousands of reviews potentially from Amazon products? Now you might be wondering, didn't Amazon block people from downloading reviews? And you would be right. There's no tool that can actually show you this information. However, you can still run review insights. You just won't be able to export that data or see the two to three word phrases that are most mentioned. But there's a trick that a lot of people don't know about just yet. And that is if that Amazon product is also on TikTok Shop, what you can do is you can open up that product listing page on TikTok, and then run Helium 10's Chrome extension. We are the only tool right now that has a Chrome extension for TikTok Shop. And this will show you all of the things that you know and love like 30-day revenue, GMV, the ratings, and you'll still be able to see the stuff that you used to be able to see on Amazon, which is the two to three word phrases, and you'll be able to export out that information. Meaning, if you are somebody who wants to use that information in conjunction with say an AI tool, any sort of large learning model, you'd be able to do that by checking out if that product is on TikTok Shop, downloading that information, and then taking it from there. So guys, if you are interested in analyzing reviews or just seeing what people are talking about, this might be one of those strategies that you'll want to use. And like I said, you can't find it with any other software tool. >> How to view the history of who were the top three clicked products for a keyword over weeks or months of time? Now, Amazon Brand Analytics Top Search Terms has been a great data point for probably over 6 years now. It was one of the first data points, even before Search Query Performance came out, where Amazon is telling you, "Hey, who were the top three products that were clicked after the search of a keyword, and which ones of them got actually got sales?" Now, Helium 10 is the only tool where you can actually search the history of it. Like, "Hey, let me put in an ASIN and see what was the history of all of the keywords where this product was one of the top three clicked and it had sales." Right? We've talked about that on the show before. But, there's also a newer feature where I can now see the history of the top three clicked products for any keyword. How do you do that? Uh the first thing you want to do is here in the Black Box Brand Analytics, uh select a whole bunch of weeks or even months. Like, I'm just going to go ahead and and select about like 10-15 weeks here. And then what I can do is I can enter in a keyword, like for example, coffin shelf. And once I hit search, it is going to tell me what were the top products week by week for this keyword, coffin shelf. Now, take a look. Once I hit this expansion, now I can see from February 15th to 21st, from March uh 12th to 28th, from May, etc., etc. Look at this complete list of every single product that was one of the top three clicked. What can I do with this? I can now export this and download this. This would be a great way to do ASIN targeting. Uh this would be a great way to do product research. If I'm trying to get into a new niche, I'm just wondering, "Hey, over time, who are the top products consistently week by week for this? Is it consistent?" Like, look at this. This Gothic Curiosities was the top click product like for weeks and weeks at a time. And And my product, The Manny's Mysterious Oddities, only a a couple times. Here's a product that probably is out of stock right now, I'm not sure. Um, no, it's in stock right now. But But for whatever reason, they're not really selling much anymore. But back in the day, they were were the top, you know, click product. And they actually had 28% of the of the purchases as well. So, this is a great way to do research, not with any estimations or Helium 10 data, but this is data direct from Amazon. And again, this is the only all-in-one tool where you are able to research and within seconds be able to see what the top three clicked products were over a long period of time. Um, I would export this maybe uh, you know, do some consolidation in AI or Claude if I want to get deeper insights. Uh, but guys, start using this, add some of these to your ASIN targeting campaigns, and see who are your top competitors over time. >> How to see instantly what some of the top keywords in the search results are on Amazon. As you guys know, of course, you could use the Helium 10 reverse ASIN tool, Cerebro. You can enter an ASIN or a group of ASINs and see what the top keywords are. But maybe you're just browsing on Amazon, right? Maybe you're shopping on Amazon, you see a niche that's interesting, and you're like, "Hey, this looks like an interesting product. I don't want to have to go and run it through Cerebro and then look at all the top keywords. Can I just get a quick look and a quick idea on what the top keywords are for the search results on a specific product. And this is how. One of the only ways you can do this is through Helium 10. So, here, I'm in the search results of this search cursive handwriting groove. And so, what I can do on this page is I just hit this button here, top keywords, all right? And this opens up X-Ray keywords. And now, this tells me what are some of the top keywords for these top products on this page. Just in seconds without having to run a reverse ASIN tool or open up Helium 10 or anything. So, let's say I clicked into one of these products. I'm like, "Hey, this product is doing pretty well. It's sold about 237 units over the last 30 days. I'm just, you know, I really quickly without having to go to Cerebro, what are the top keywords that are driving sales?" For this product, we'll run the same tool to see the top keywords on X-Ray keywords on the actual listing. And there you have it. Here are the top keywords that are probably driving sales. If I want to change the settings, I can be like, "You know what? I only want to see where it's ranked from 1 to 10. I only want to see keywords that are about 1,000 search volume, etc." So, that's another feature that you're able to use. So, everyone, this is a very cool tool for you to just be able to instantly see what are the top money-making keywords on Amazon without having to hop into Helium 10, without having to use an outside tool. So, it will tell you some of the top keywords in seconds with this Chrome extension, X-Ray keywords. How to quickly see the country of origin of sellers in a particular niche. Maybe you're the kind of person who likes to compete against Chinese sellers. You believe you've got a competitive advantage of some sort, and therefore, you are looking for waters where most of the sellers are from China. Or perhaps it's the opposite, where you might want to compete with USA sellers. You do not want to compete anywhere where you might be getting that product manufactured. Whatever the case may be, there's a way for you to figure out where the seller is originating from. In your search results, if you've got the Helium 10 Chrome extension installed, the widget shows a flag, and that flag is conveying who has the buy box. You can see right here, I searched for cursive groove handwriting, and in the top row of sponsored ads, we're seeing three of the product sellers are from the USA, one from Hong Kong, and one from China. In the second line of products, we have two from the USA, two from China, and one from Hong Kong. The next results, all China and one Hong Kong. You could look at this different ways. You could say, "Hey, this is great for me." Or see it as completely a red flag. Maybe you want to download the entirety of page one, not guess, but visually see where all the sellers originating from. It's simple. All you have to do is run the X-Ray tool, and this, again, is on any search results page. There's a column towards the right here that says seller country region. And in an instant, you can see where all of the sellers are, including if it's Amazon, which might be something you are considering is you don't want to compete against what is shipped and sold by Amazon. That will show up here as AMZ, as you can see on this page. Wow, especially at the bottom. Most of these listings have a seller from China. Again, some people take this as a positive, some take it as a negative. There's really no right or wrong. It really depends on your risk tolerance. But whatever the case may be, this is a very easy way for you guys to see the seller country of origin. Go ahead and give this a go. >> How to get top-level education on a monthly basis. A lot of people don't know this, but but Helium 10 is not just about software tools. At Helium 10 from day one, we have always been about education and community as well. And what many don't realize is that if you're a diamond member, you get access to top-level education. This is the education that used to be only in the elite program, which costs $400 separately, these monthly trainings, but now it's available for any diamond member free of charge. What are these trainings? One of them are monthly trainings with eight-figure seller Leo Sgovio. Uh he always brings uh expert guests who talk about a certain subject, and then Leo himself will come on every uh a once a month, and give out free, you know, Claude uh you know, skills. He he'll give out free uh hacks and strategies that are next level. Uh some of the people who have seen these, they say, "Hey, instantly, it has made them thousands of dollars more just by implementing it, and they're getting this data for free." So, with the diamond plan, you're getting uh two different trainings per month with expert guests that we have. These are This is not the kind of trainings that you would hear on uh you know, podcasts or things like that. These are highly advanced ones. In addition, there's a monthly round table uh Zoom where you can uh hop on and speak live with Leo and ask questions uh to him. He's going to hop on, and we also record those so that you can take advantage if you can't make it live. So, we have a lot of these trainings that we are giving to our diamond members. Used to be part of Elite. We still have an Elite program. It's only $99 a month extra from diamond. And with that community, a lot of people don't realize, you can actually have one-on-one calls uh with myself and the rest of my my team, where you can ask us once a month, you know, in a private call, "Hey, let's go into your ads and let's optimize it. Let's talk about your uh next launch. Let me give you some advice in there." You can book that if you're an Elite member. So, um there's also a Elite Facebook group, and we have Elite office hours, um and also Elite round tables where we have like five, 10 sellers giving tips and tricks to each other every week. So, we are here at Helium 10 are dedicated to the betterment of all brands who use us. And yes, part of that is the amazing tools that I've talked about today and that we also, you know, give uh on a regular basis and are always innovating. But, another half of that is our educational resources. So, guys, if you are a diamond member, make sure you are taking advantage of these free monthly trainings that are exclusive that you are going to be able to get actionable strategies from every few weeks and also the ability to ask experts in the industry your questions about your business. >> How to set a time range for when your follow-up emails get sent. Now, follow-up is a tool at Helium 10 and there are many tools like it and so that's not unique. Our follow-up tool is meant to be able to automate emails. Um you can also request reviews, which I actually don't recommend where you write your own emails and request reviews because that's you know, kind of iffy. Um I actually like to use the request a review automation that follow-up has where it triggers the Amazon request a review where Amazon will actually go out and send a message to customer saying, "Hey, would you like to leave a review for this product?" And it gives them a link and it's 100% Amazon terms of service compliant. So again, that functionality is not that unique, okay? However, the one thing that Helium 10 has that nobody else has is a scheduled feature in Helium 10 follow-up. Uh so if you're setting an automation for sending out the request review, like for example, I say here any product that has a discount of less than 30%. Um me personally, I don't like sending request reviews to heavy discounted sales because I don't want Amazon somehow trying to say that, "Oh, this is an incentivized review." So that's why I set that filter. I say, "Hey, after the order has placed, wait 12 days." But now what you can do is you can actually say, "You know what? Most of my customers are on the East Coast or on PST or I don't want Amazon just to choose when they're going to send this message out and they send it maybe in the middle of the night and the customer never gets it. So I want to make sure that these messages go out between 9:00 a.m. Pacific and 5:00 p.m. Pacific. Or I can select other date ranges or time ranges. So this is pretty unique. Um all levels of Helium 10 actually have access to follow-up. So first of all, if you don't have this activated, you're leaving money on the table because you're not getting the number of reviews that you could be getting. But a way to even optimize this more is to um set this. And maybe you don't know when is the optimized time. So, run a test like for 2 months where you set it from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and see how many reviews you get, and then compare it to how many you get um by doing this another 2 months at a different time. So, you can say maybe the next time you do 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. And then whatever works better, try and go with that time. So, there's a lot of different flexibility you can have here. But again, unless you are just one-by-one clicking it in Seller Central to request a review at a certain time of day, the only way you can actually set the time is by using Helium 10. >> How to manage your TikTok advertising in an efficient way. Those of you who sell on TikTok Shop, you might be thinking, "Why would I need a tool to run my GMV Max ads?" Because TikTok Shop is nothing like Amazon PPC, where there's just so many different negative matching and and bid rules and all these like millions of things and triggers that you can do. With with TikTok, you don't have much flexibility. But guess what, guys? With Helium 10, you actually can uh take advantage of some of this flexibility. So, in Helium 10 ads for TikTok, uh of course, you can see all of your your data and and different things and and you actually see different data points that you don't see in TikTok, such as ACOS and things like that. But what you can do is you can actually set rules. Like, did you know that you can like try and add, if you have a manual campaign that you're adding videos at a time, you can actually set up a rule instead of having to check, "Hey, are there any videos out there that are that are that are getting traction?" You can actually go and say, "Hey, if there is a video that gets this much views or this many clicks or this much gross revenue, you know what? Add the video to this campaign." You could do the opposite, where you could say, "Hey, if there's a video in this campaign and it starts getting really terrible clicks and no sales or really terrible ROAS, you know what? Remove it from the campaign. That's another rule you can set where you can automate that. You can set rules where you can be like, "Hey, if my inventory for this product goes to this level, turn off my ads. Pause it." You know, because you don't want to be spending money sending traffic to products where you don't even have enough inventory, all right? So, there is a lot of things that you have flexibility that you can do that would be almost impossible to do in TikTok Seller Center. But by using Helium 10 TikTok Ads, you can automate this. And this is just the beginning. So, so guys, whatever you want for automation, make sure to let us know. But if you're selling on TikTok Shop, connect your token to Helium 10. It costs no extra money to connect it. Start using TikTok Ads and start saving yourself time, money, and making yourself money by stopping the bleed on these videos that are that are bleeding you dry. Or on the flip side, get extra money by adding videos to campaign that are performing well organically. >> How to see what your profitability might be on TikTok Shop? Maybe you're somebody who hasn't quite started selling on TikTok Shop, but you're curious about it. Obviously, there are some things to consider. For example, is your product TikTokable? Is it demonstrable? Is it at a good price point? And these are things that only you can determine for your niche. Or maybe through Helium 10 education. But let's say you've gone ahead and decided that yes, this is a good product for TikTok Shop. How do you determine whether it's something that's actually profitable? Is it going to make you money? Cuz that's the whole reason you're in business, right? And how can you tell? What's the difference in profitability if you are going to fulfill that product through fulfilled by TikTok, through your own shipping, or multi-channel fulfillment? Well, my friends, there is a way to figure that out. We've got the Chrome extension. And our Helium 10 Chrome extension lets you go in and play around with the numbers to see whether or not that product is a good idea on Tik Tok Shop. Let's go ahead and have a look. Go to your listing on Amazon and I'm taking a look at the Cursive Groove Handwriting product. Go ahead and select the Helium 10 profitability calculator. In doing so, you're going to find that there's an FBA and FBM profitability calculator tab. I want you to go ahead and select the tab that says Tik Tok Shop. As you can see based on the size and price of your product, you can figure out whether or not you want to keep the price the same. Let's just say for the sake of this example, you choose to keep it the same as Amazon, what will your margin actually be? If I use fulfilled by Tik Tok and my product stays 1 month in storage, then this is my margin. It's about 38%. What if I use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment instead? Maybe you don't have inventory at your place or you don't want to give Tik Tok Shop a try through fulfilled by Tik Tok. Instead, you want to use the inventory you've got at FBA. That's totally plausible. How much would it cost you to just use your FBA inventory? It's a little bit more expensive, but you don't have to keep the inventory at Tik Tok, which is the perk. So, I can see that instead of 38%, it's 27% margins. Maybe I want to calculate in about 15% for advertising budget. So, now I can see that the margins go down to 14%. What if I'm going to ship it myself? I know I can use these flat rate envelopes that cost about $10 each. So, if I put in $10 and look at that, my margin is only going to be 13%. So, maybe I don't want to go this route. This is a great way for you to get a quick and rough estimate of what profitability might look like if you were to transition those products from Amazon over to Tik Tok Shop. And this is the only Chrome extension out there that lets you figure out what's going on with not just your listings, but also your competitors' listings and figure it out on a completely different platform for different kinds of fulfillment methods, by the way. So, go check this out and if it is something that you decide to run with, make sure you take a look at Helium 10's listing converter tool because you might have tons of SKUs, you might not know where all of your images even are, but you don't have to worry about that because you can actually go in and bulk convert those listings over. Helium 10 through the listing converter will actually create drafts for you that you can either choose to manually approve or automatically approve, and there you have it. It's all good to go within minutes. I'm going to go ahead and pass it back to Bradley to close out this episode. Hopefully, you've learned a lot and you go and implement these strategies. >> All right, guys. That's another 10 things I hate about you video.
