the best of BDSS 2025. I'm going to be sharing 10 really cool hacks and strategies with you. Me personally, that that some of these have been from the newsletter, some of these have been from different things that I've done or different talks. Some of them, a couple of them you may have seen if you're a close follower, but I can guarantee you there's some stuff in here that nobody's seen. So, I'm going to be sharing 10 of those first with you, and then after that, I'm bringing on a handful of the speakers. These are the six that are are are scheduled to be here. I see four of them are backstage already. The other two will probably be joining us. Um they'll they'll be coming on and sharing a short little uh tip with you guys as well. Uh they'll all they're all speakers now. Five of the six are here. Uh they'll be sharing a short little tip with you as well. The goal of this webinar is you can take stuff away from this. Uh I will be offering you something at the end. Um but that's even if you don't decide to do that, I think you might be pretty dumb if you don't decide to do that, honestly. Um it's it's what they call an offer you can't refuse. Uh or some people call it mafia offer. There's all kinds of different names for it, but u I'll be offering that at the end, but that's will be here. Um one of the offers I'm going to give you and this is a really amazing. I've never done this is BDSS12, the virtual version. This is not the go in person. This is the sit at your house anywhere in the world version that I do once a year. It's coming up April 19th to the 21st. Everybody that's on this webinar is going to be able to attend the live version of that for free if they want to. I'm going to talk tell you how to do that at the end. It's not like you got to join some $2,000 thing and you get this as a bonus. Um, no, it I'm I'll tell you about this at the end, but you'll you'll be able to come to that free, totally free to the live version of it. Uh, and I'll talk about that more in a little bit uh towards towards the end. So, like I said, there will be a link to this. So, if you have to step away, we're going to be here about 2 hours or so. If you have to step away, I will be sending out a replay of this, so you will not miss anything. So, don't worry about that. I'm going to start with a short little brief intro. Then, I'm going to uh do a demo. Uh I'm going to show you actually some screenshots of a cool new tool some of you might not be aware of that I've just put out that's totally free. Then, I'm going to share some really cool tactics. Like I said, 10 from me. Uh and I'm going to give you some GPTs that you can download, some QR codes, you can scan it, you'll walk away with some really good value. Uh, and then I'm going to bring on some of the BDSS speakers, a handful of them, and they're going to share some value with you. Uh, I'm going to show you, like I said, how you can get into BDSS 12 for free. Uh, the live version for free. Uh, you'll learn about the new billion-dollar sellers club that I just launched. Uh, and expect to be here, like I said, about 2 hours. So, if you don't know me, there's a few of you on it. Most of you guys came from my newsletter. You you know who I am, but just in case you don't know who I am, uh, I hate these kinds of slides, but uh, um, I'm going to throw it up there. I was voted the number one mustf follow content last year uh by the golden seller awards which is something that uh the guys over at Smart Scout do or they sponsor that. Uh most of you know I do the newsletter. I created the Freedom Ticket. I've had 220,000 over 220,000 people go through that with in conjunction with Helium 10. I started the Billion Dollar Seller Summit and Elevate 360 events. Um I I co-host a couple podcasts, AM podcast and Marketing Misfits podcast. Uh I spoke at a lot of events. I've done a lot of podcasts. I've been out there in the space. I still sell. That's an important thing. I still sell uh physical products on Amazon and other places now. And I've done eight figures in sales on that. You know, I'm not some like gazillionaire seller, but I've been I've had my hand in over $5 billion in sales of helping people with over $5 billion of sale. I have not personally sold $5 billion, but that's I've had my hand in that, but I've sold into the tens of millions of dollars, and I still do. Um, so that's my who I am, just in case you haven't known. One of the things that I I just always like to mention on these is something that Norm Ferrar, my buddy Norm and I do. Um we this is the third one that we've we've done. Uh we do an event that's not a conference. It's not presentations. It's not powerpoints. It's about 20 cool entrepreneurs, some Amazon, some non-Amazon getting together and having fun over a weekend. Last year we did a train ride through the Canadian Rockies. The year before that we did a big VIP experience at the F1 race in Austin. This year we're going to Tampa in November and doing cigars and whiskey. Tampa is the cigar capital of the world. It's people think it's Miami or Cuba. It's actually not. It's Tampa. Uh and there's some badass places there, including the number one cigar lounge in the world. It's in the old cathedral. Even if you don't smoke cigars, if you can stand the smoke, it's might be worth coming. It It's not a money maker for us. We we cover everything. But we're going to like 10 different cigar lounges. Um we're doing a cruise on the bay, a cigar smoking cruise. This is the general schedule. It's a it's Thursday to Monday uh to basically Sunday night, but we're we're eat the top floor of the Tampa Club. We uh it's just we're eating at one of the best steakouses in the United States. It's got uh it's just crazy crazy good times. And the thing here is it's networking. The big advantage is this. It's not presentations. It's getting to know other like-minded people, other cool people over a common interest. And you deals come out of this and relationships come out of this. And out of the last two, there's been some big things come out. So if you're interested in joining us with that, you can go to collectivemindsocciety.com. We have about half of the spots left right now. You don't have to be an Amazon seller. So this can be, you know, if if you and your buddy both ours and he's not in he's in the construction business, that's fine. They can come. We just want cool people uh that that want to hang out. U so that's Collective Mind Society. It's in Tampa uh this November. Go check out all the details. You can see everything at collectiveminds. Uh there's two S's there. com or scan that QR code. All right, before we get started, I'm going to just one little quick thing. Hopefully, this audio works on this uh video. Uh just play you just a quick little one minute video here. Business was booming so hard it made the gold rush looked like a lemonade stand. 100,000 folks clearing seven figures selling on Amazon. But the streets getting quieter, less noise, more power. 2021 had 60,000 selling a million or more on Amazon. Today, over 100,000 are doing it. Except the total number of sellers dropped. That's not failure. That's market consolidation. A knock at the door. Then she walked in. You're chasing the wrong trend. Everyone talks about more sellers winning, but only 2% are taking over half the pot. Sounds like a monopoly with better TR. We call it market maturity. Fewer sellers, more traffic, better conversion. Everyone else, collateral. She was right. Traffic per seller is up 31%, but fewer doors are opening. Barriers to entry higher than ever. So, who's winning? 230 sellers now clear $100 million. Most of them US-based, but the $1 million mostly overseas. China and the rest of us. Either you scale with more products or you vanish. I've seen enough crime scenes to know when the rich get richer, someone's getting buried. The billiondoll seller newsletter every Monday and Thursday for sellers who don't just play the game. They understand the rules, then rewrite them. So, those of you that don't subscribe to the Billion dollar sellers newsletter, I encourage you to do it. Every Monday and Thursday, I have a brand new issue come out. Um, I'm also involved in a lot of Well, you can do that at billiondollarellers.com, uh, is where you can do that if you haven't done that. If you say if you you're one of those that, hey, I signed up like a year ago and I don't get it anymore. That means one of two things. It's either going to your promotion or your spam folder. So, you might look in there and drag it out. Or it may be you quit opening it or quit looking at it and I kicked you off. So, you can sign back up. So, if you're like, I'm not getting it on, it'll always say BDSN in the subject line. So, if you want to search, you can search in your email for BDSN, billion-dollar seller newsletter in the subject line, and you can find it. Uh, or you can sign up again, but you're missing out if if you're not getting that on tactics and on a lot of stuff. I'm involved, like I said, in a lot of things. I do the newsletter. I personally write it, every single one of this is not a VA laying that out and doing it. I personally do every single thing on that newsletter. I have the two podcasts, the billion-dollar seller summit. I do the freedom ticket. I have market masters. That's a lot of content. And so what I created is something called the billiondollar sellers media or content library. This is 100% free. So if you go to billiondollar sellers media or scan that QR code, it's 100% for free. You don't even have to give your email address to use it. You can search by any keyword on there. So like on here, you can see it's kind of small, but you can see in the search bar I typed Rufus. Uh and it'll pull up, this is keyword based, so it has to have an exact keyword match. Uh it's exact match keyword. It'll pull up everything everything I've done that has Rufus in it and then it you can click straight to it. So if you're researching something or what was that tool that was mentioned or what was that uh tactic uh about getting reviews off or whatever it was and you're like I can't I know I saw it somewhere. I would recommend you go here and do it. Now there's over a thousand pieces of content in here. Um there's all the newsletters. So 206 newsletters are fully indexed in here. Um the covers update about a week afterwards because we don't have the cover ready when we put it out. I have all all of the podcasts that I do amm podcast and marketing misfits are in here under the podcast section. Every single one of them all all the webinars. So you'll be able to find a replay of this webinar in a couple days on here. So if you miss it or you don't get an email from me like, "Hey, I never got an email for the replay." You could always go here and you can find you should be able to find it. Uh all the other email podcasts like other top podcasts. You see Matt Cen there down at the bottom. He was on a I don't know what podcast that is, but uh Venzo's podcast is indexed in here. So all the top what about 50 of them or so and we're still adding to this. We're still catching it up. So it goes back about a year. My content goes back longer, but these go back about a year. So we're still catching it up. But you can search for PPC tech tactics or whatever it may be and you'll find other people adger maybe uh was talked about or something. So it's a really cool thing. I encourage you to to use as much as you can when you're looking for an answer for something. Um then so that's that. So now what I want to get into, let's get into some actionable stuff. I'm going to share 10 hacks and strategies with you. I'm going to go through this quick so feel free to take notes, take screenshots. I'm going to give you some QR codes. Um you will get the replay, so if you miss something or I go too quick, uh you will get that. But here we go. Number one, this is a cool trick from Matt C. put this in a WhatsApp group uh that he's got that allowed him to share it in the newsletter. But if you in case you missed it, you know, Rufus is indexing images now. And so this is an old trick that used to work with Google back in the day. People would put like all kinds of code at the bottom of their goo uh of their HTML page and they would turn the color of the text to white and Alta Vista and Yahoo and Google would index that. And then the same thing happened with Tik Tok. people were putting doing the same thing on Tik Tok videos and putting text and then making it the background color so you can't see it but the the it would get indexed right now some people are testing this and it's working for Rufus so what Matt actually showed is like here's an example of a just a air tag product a bill a bill air tag holder and it's got all the typical stuff and over on the right hand side it shows this is a tool I'll give you the name of this tool in a second which shows what's being indexed uh in the image and then down on the lower left where the yellow line is and there's like some little blue boxes that are empty. He put some words down there. Perfect for Apple um Apple fanboys that doesn't show up in the listing, but it's getting indexed. Uh so that's like a little little hack and it seems to be working right now. I'm sure this is going to get shut off and quit working, but for right now it's a little hack that's working. You can get some extra stuff into Rufus and get extra indexing this way. So it's a tool uh it's a free tool. It's called image check. No, no C in the last part of check. image check.com that will do this. It's from the guys at Product Pinion from Matt Cson, one of the Dream 100 members. But you can actually go and uh take a picture like he took this shoe uh and in the heel of the shoe in the black heel of the shoe he put some text like right now you looking at that you can't see anything but when you put drop this picture in the image check uh and he says he used that color F4 F4 F4 um then it actually says Sim's old man shoes in there. He's just playing around testing it. But you might want to try this on some of your images and see if you can get a little extra indexing and mileage while this still works. This will probably get shut down. Uh but it seems to be working right now. Of course, this is not not a uh you know, you're you're you're playing a little trick here on the Amazon system. So, they're not necessarily like this. I don't think they'll shut you down. They might suspend a listing and then you just change the listing back to normal and you're back up in 15 minutes. But, um that this is something that a lot of people are starting to do right now. It's a pretty cool little trick. There's also product pinion is a great tool. Pikfu, Intelvy, there's several tools out there where you can test your images and test your copy. Those are all great for humanbased stuff. But another one that I found that's really good that a lot of the big brands like Coke and AI and Amazon, Bardi, all these guys are using is a dragonfly.co. It doesn't it's AI analyzing your images. So I would probably do both. I would use a product pinion or pfu or one of those guys and and then also do dragonfly and it will actually come back and give you a lot of really cool stuff and analyze your images from an AI point of view almost like a split testing thing and can help you really refine your images. So that's a really cool tool and it's not super expensive but a lot of the big boys are using this to get an edge. So I encourage you to check that out. Number two of the of the 10. This is a little trick that Ritu Java put out in her newsletter a week or two ago. Asked her if I could share it and it's it's brilliant. It's using Notebook LM which is a free tool. If you go to notebooklm.google.com, it's free for anybody to use and it will create podcast uh where two couple characters talk to each other. It will create all kinds of it was originally meant for for education, but a lot of people have used are using it for other purposes. But she showed a cool thing you can do where if you go and you see where that red arrow is, it's showing a link to website. So if you actually go to that, click on that website one, you could go over to like the billion-dollar sellers and type in a keyword like I don't know uh PP uh uh A+ content or or any topic AEO, answer engine optimization or AI, whatever. Find several articles or several ps that talk about that. Just copy the link that goes to you you'll have the link here. So you can click on it and copy it or just copy it straight from the billion-dollar sellers uh media website and then go over here and where it says mindmap on notebook LM it says mindmap click on the mind map and then you see on the top left in the blue box I pasted three URLs. So these are just three newsletter URLs you can do more. I think there is a top limit but uh I just did three. It will then take those three and create a mindm for you of a topic which is really really cool. And you could dive deep or give this to your VAS or give this to your team to learn something. You could do this for uh videos, you can do this for the newsletter, you can do this for almost anything. It's a really cool technique that I encourage you to to give a try. And the billiondollar sellers media website's a perfect place to scoop up all this kind of information and dive deep. Uh so that's a cool little tip that can then can help you as well on on something. Uh number three, this is Amazon advertising. Um a lot of us don't a lot of you may not know or have skipped over this. You can now target to business customers on Amazon. So some people are selling products especially now back to school time. If you're in that uh there's a lot of schools and school-based people that are set up on Amazon as a business and they're if you want to advertise to them, they're buying in bulk and you can actually choose your ads now in Amazon to actually go just to the Amazon business people that are logged in as a business. That will eliminate a lot of your competition. The early testers on this are seeing 3x higher returns. So, it's something if your products are suitable for business, I would give this a shot and see if this works on your listing. A second one is Amazon. A lot of you don't realize that Amazon is not just advertising on Amazon anymore. They're actually putting some of their sponsored product ads and stuff. Not DSP is different, but they're putting them out there to about 200 different websites like Pinterest and Buzzfeed and all these oddball Mashable, all these other oddball sites and ads are showing up there. If you want to do that, you can actually go and use this Amazon and beyond button and actually click that and your ads will start showing up there. Well, in some cases that might be good, some cases that might be bad. If you are all of a sudden seeing your tacos shoot through the roof, you're like, "What the heck is happening here? I don't get it. I'm looking at my numbers. I I don't It might be this. It might be this is not working for you." So, you can stop the bleed on this if you go to campaign down at the bottom campaign manager sponsored products settings and then change maximize reach to minimize spend. Uh, and then you can run the report over on the right hand side that report and sponsored products placements. Do the last 60 days. look for filter for off Amazon and then sort by spend and you can see where some of this stuff is if this is actually uh hurting you or helping you. So that's a little tactic that you might be able to get an edge on. It's worth testing to see if this works or doesn't work for you. Um there's mixed results on this. Uh another thing is a lot of people are always like right now you got to get off Amazon if you're just selling on Amazon. Um that's not good and I agree with that especially in this AI world. You need to be everywhere you can. But where do you go next? And this is from Lyon Horsorn, another Dream 100 member. He's like, "How do you know should I go to Walmart next or should I go to Tik Tok next if I'm going to go off Amazon?" His advice is go to Tik Tok if your product has a wow appeal or impulse appeal. If you're looking for viral, remember, most videos don't go viral on Tik Tok, but if you're looking for that chance, uh, or if it's a discovery kind of thing where people it's good for discovery, you uh, and you want to create a halo effect on Amazon, then Tik Tok might be a good place if you want. But Walmart might be better if you're selling more generic stuff, more more household consumables or medicine or or something like that. Uh if you generate over $10 million a year and you want to hopefully get some brickandmortar placement, Walmart.com, they use that now for brick and mortar placement for testing. They didn't used to, but they use that now. It's a major in uh factor uh when they're when they're looking to see if they're going to bring into the stores, which can be huge. uh if your product solves a need and not a want. Those are just some quick overview tips that he he gave out. Tik Tok shop right now, we just had something in the billion-dollar sellers club yesterday, three experts. It's crushing for a lot of people. Uh Josh Hadley is using it to actually source now instead of tools like Jungle Scout and Data Dive and stuff and we'll talk about that in a little bit. There's a lot of opportunity in social commerce right now. So, those are just some quick little tips there that some of you may have missed that might help you out. Another thing is you need if you're going to convert on Amazon or um or show up, you need to know your conversion rate. And you need to know your conversion rate as compared to your industry or to your your category. If you don't know that and if you're below that conversion rate, you're going to have a hard time. If you're above that, you're ads are going to show more. You're going to have an easier time actually getting exposure on Amazon. BTR media, Destiny Wan's another Dream 100 member who runs uh BTR Media. She actually they put out a little SOP. So, you can scan that uh QR code and get the SOP on how to check this. And they walk you step by step through it. There's no obligation or anything. You just scan that and get that and it'll walk you step by step how to figure this out for your particular niche and your particular products. And then you can see if you're you're fighting an uphill battle or if you have an edge and this can give can uh change the way you you approach some of your advertising. So, I recommend everybody at least know what is your conversion rate uh how to use your personal conversion rate for your products compared to the category average. It's super important. So, scan that QR code to grab that. Um number four out of 10. This is how you can generate 100 questions and answers for Rufus. Rufus is about 17% or so of the people are using Rufus now. It's growing. During Prime Day, about 44% of the younger generation used Rufus. the older generation like me are not using it as much yet, but it's growing and it's going to continue to grow. Uh, and but there's questions and answers in there and you can how do you figure out what these questions and answers are, you know, you'll see here like Rufus will show you a handful of them. Sometimes a couple, sometimes in this case five, but sometimes there's 10, there's 15, there's sometimes a hundred of these. If you need to, you want to figure out what these are on your product or what they are on your competitor's product. So maybe you can try to influence this and there's ways to influence this that Wana teaches uh in her uh Cosmo and Rufus training. There's a cool tool that that uh Ritu put out that actually extracts all the Q&A from your listings or your competitors. So it will go past these five that are showing here and pull everything. And so this video will show you how to do it and then that there's an SOP or you can scan that QR code. It's free. Uh, but I I recommend you do that and pull those and then use that to influence how you're building your listings and how how there's ways. I'm not going to go over it right here because that's something that Wana teaches, but how to actually get into the Q&A. She's got a a chat um bot that actually helps you with that. Um, it was on a webinar we did uh like a week or two ago. Uh, you could check that if you want to go go to billiondollarscellers. Media and check that AI webinar and she shows you how to do some of that and give some of those tools. Um, that's that's a another cool one. Here's actually another way that Wana actually showed in a recent webinar that we did that I think everybody needs to be doing. This is brilliant stuff. There's about 15 things that Cosmo, which is the underlying uh brain of Rufus, looks for in your listing. And if you're not answering these 15 things in your listing, in your bullet points and your description and so on, you're going to be missing out on some opportunity. So, she created this chatbot that you can download here for free. go to that link at the bottom or scan that QR code. You got to have open AAI chat GBT open AI access to to be able to use this. Uh but if you have that then you can use this Dr. Cosmo. And what I do is I use another plugin called Go Full Page. You can get this in the Chrome store or go or just go to gouallpage.com and add this to your Chrome web browser. And then what it will do is it will download your entire listing. As you see here that on the right hand side, that's my entire Amazon listing in one image. So, it's all my A+ content. It's all it's everything all all in one huge image. Uh, and then I can export that image as a PNG. And then I can add that into uh this chatbot. So, it has my entire listing. I'm not having to cut and paste pictures or copy with my browser and it gets all kinds of gibberish and stuff in there. But sometimes it'll come back and say, "Hey, that screenshot is too zoomed out. That's just too much information." If that's the case, just crop it. So just crop it like I did here on the right hand side to just the core key stuff, which is still good. And then it will will OCR it. It'll opt optical character recognition the entire thing. And so that's what you can see it's doing on the left. And then it'll come back and it'll look at all these 15 attributes. And these are functions that it's looking for like what's it used for, what's what's an event that it's used for, what's an audience it's used for, and so on. And it will tell you which ones out of the 15 are missing. So in this example, I just pulled up the last screen of it. So it's 12 through 15, but you can see three things are missing in this listing. And so it's missing the interested in who would be interested in this. So and it makes a suggestion you need to add something to your listing. Great for pet uh parents looking to improve their pet's sleep quality as an example. You could do something different, but you need to get and add this kind of stuff back into your listing or into your images. You need all 15 of these to be green. Uh and that's going to help. It's going to improve your discoverability in Rufus and in Cosmo and across Amazon. So, this is a really cool tool uh that you can use. Again, scan that QR code up at the top. Um it's free uh from from Wana um who's one of the foremost experts in Cosmo and Rufus stuff. Number five, this is just there's tons of tools out there that will create images. Chat, you know, chatg 5 is just being announced as we're doing this right now. Um, I'm sure it's got some sort of functionality into it, but this is just a cool little down and dirty quick and easy tool called Higsfield that I like just to create some stuff really quick. So, I can take a picture of a model um a stock photo of a model if you want or it could be someone could be you or whatever and a picture of maybe let's say this the platter on the right and I can combine them together with Hicksfield. So, if I just go to hickfield.ai and sign up for a free account, it's a comp account. You can pay too, but you can do this with a free account. Click on image uh create image then upload the the two photos um as separate files and then type in a prompt like create an image of the model holding the product uh holding the product and you can see on the right hand side it created that image from those two individual products in seconds which will give me a down and dirty quick image that I can use. Um you can do this in some other tools too. I just this is just one example that's quick and easy to use and free. And then what I like to do is I like to actually give it some movement for my social media. So you can select inside Hicksville a motion style. And you can see now I've animated these two these stills. The girl is making a little smile moon or hand. It's a short short little video. You're not going to make a Oscar winner off of this, but that will stop a scroll or will stop somebody if you if you put that as a gift out there. So that's a cool little uh tactic that you can use to help your your your product stand out. Or you can put this in an email. You know, if you're sending out email to your customers, a little bit of movement in there will catch their attention and stop stop them from uh deleting your email and actually keep them get them to scroll down a little bit more. Just a you can use this for a lot of variety of reasons, but that's a cool tool that you can use for that. All right, number six. These this is this number six section is just a bunch of tools. So, get ready to scan a bunch of QR codes or take down some URLs or screenshots. Tanner Larson has a cool AI visibility layer analyzer that will uh you can drop in your product page, your Amazon page, your Shopify page, your landing pages, and it will give you the AI shopping visibility um and some some things that you need to improve to show up start showing up better in Perplexity and Chat GBT and Gemini and Claude and all that kind of stuff. Um you can also now to find these since there's not a QR code on some of these you can go to that link that's at the bottom. Go to the the GPT store and chat GPT. It's at chatgpt.com/gpts and search for these by name. So, search for AI visibility layer analyzer. That's what you want to write down in your notes or search for AMZ listing with toos compliance. You'll find those at that chat that link that's at the bottom chatgpt.com/gpts. Uh here here's a few more uh three more. Amz Navigator by Monsour. It's a Dream 100 member. uh he he wrote uh one for um it's really good for mastering uh Amazon marketing cloud. You have the AMZ listing compliance guide. So if you're not sure if your listing is in compliance, saying something you shouldn't, Marcus uh did a really good one on that. Uh then Denise did one called AMZ Brain. Uh they'll help you optimize your listing. So all three of those you can find for free in the GPT store at that link at the bottom. Just type in the name of it. So, AMZ Navigator or AMZ listing compliance guide or AMZ brain and those will come up for you. There's another cool tool that excuse me that Daniellea Bzman from Mindful Goods actually put out too. It's a spreadsheet that helps you maxim make sure your listing has all your tees and uh crossed and all your eyes dotted. And she's given she gives this away for free. She runs a really good agency if you're looking for really good photos uh or or creative for your listing. Uh Mindful Goods. They're not cheap. So, this is not Fiverr level stuff. They're but they're they're really good at what they do. Uh, but she gives this free tool away. So, I encourage everybody to scan that QR code and download this free Google doc uh tool and that might help you uh when you're creating your listing and everything. Um, there's another one called Amazon Whisper. Uh, this is uh can help you with your PPC performance. This is a lead magnet for these guys. So, uh you know, you might get an email from them or something, but you can it's free. You can upload your PPC report and you can actually it'll analyze it and and give you a lot of good feedback. So, you can scan that QR code and find that one a as well. Uh I'm not sure if this is in the GPT store or not. Let me take a drink here. Talking so fast. All right. Um you can grab that one as well. Here's a couple prompts. These are really cool prompts if you want to generate uh get some brainstorming going. generate uh some Google ad keywords which you maybe you'll use on Google or maybe you'll apply some of these to your Amazon business and not use them on Google. That prompt is really good if you instead of trying to copy that prompt here or you can screenshot it if you want. Um just go to billiondollarellers and type in what it says up there in the blue. Ours are the reds. Uh copy this prompt uh and and watch it sing keywords. So I would just type sing keywords at billiondollarellers media. go in the search bar, type sing keywords and you should it'll pull up the newsletter that has this prompt so you can cut and paste it. Another one is a ling linguistic optimizer which is really really good too. Damn it. Sorry guys. Uh for optimizing your answer engine optimization. Again, you can find this at billiondollarellers media. Just type in linguistic optimization. It'll show you exactly which newsletter that was in, and you can just copy and paste it right out into whatever uh LLM you prefer to use. These are both really cool tools, too. Uh, and here's another one that'll help you get negative reviews removed. This one just basically compares your negative reviews to what's terms of service are, tries to find the holes, helps create a plan of action that you you can submit. It's not guaranteed. about 5 to 10% maybe 15% if you're lucky will get removed but it's it's worth a shot. There's companies that do this too but this this can be worth a shot to try to get removed. Just don't have high expectations but about 5 to 15% of the time like I said this works to get some negative reviews removed. That prompt will will help you there. So scan that one as well. All right. Number seven. This is sorry guys. Isabella Hamilton is speaking at the virtual event um in in a couple weeks. She couldn't make it today. Uh but this is something that she shares. It's about a 40 or 50page document of actually helping you find good products to launch. And some of you are pretty good experts at this already, but a lot of you are still struggling figuring out products to launch. I recommend you download this. And she's got a unique tactic and some GPTs that will help with this where you actually set a goal of how much do you want to make and she backs it up from there and what where can you actually compete and it uh on rather than just what's a good opportunity, what can you actually have su potentially have success on based on your own limitations or your own abilities. And it's really good. She walks you through this whole system and it's all in that it's free and that and that if you scan that cure code, it's like a 40 or 50 page PDF. It'll walk you through the whole thing. She even does stuff on how how to build better um images or better versions of a product, take an existing product and and feed it in and how to actually the prompts and everything to say how can I improve this competitor's product? These are the negative reviews. What should I do? What ideas should I have? It's really really good techniques. Uh, and then she'll have have a scoring system that comes out at the end and like if you hit certain uh parameters on the scoring system that tells you yes, you should probably launch this or maybe not or heck no, you you go back to the drawing board. It's really really good. Um, so that's this QR code again. It scan that and download it. It's free. So uh and and that that can help you uh on your next product trying to figure out a system to actually figure out give you best chance of success when you launch a new product. Um, there's also a tool called shophunter.io which will help you find products that work on Shopify but aren't on Amazon yet. Uh, so you can find what's hot selling on Shopify and maybe there's an opportunity on Amazon and so you can get some ideas off of that called Shop Hunter. It's kind of like a Helium 10 for uh for Shopify. Shophunter.io is a tool that you could try for that. Number eight out of 10. AI is a big thing. You'll see in my newsletter I'm covering this a lot. I think a lot of people aren't paying attention to what's happening. It's small right now. God damn, what's going on with this cough? It's small right now, but it it's getting bigger and bigger, and this is going to be the way of the future. If you're not AEO optimized, I think you're going to be left in the dust. Um, this is a tool, y.io, that will show you what this what the LLM know about you right now. what they know about you right now, what they know about your website, your Shopify, your brand. It's a really cool tool that I I recommend everybody at least put your URL through there and see what they know about you. Also, if you have this doesn't work on Amazon, but llms.txt. It's kind of like the robots.txt or the sitemap.xml file. You need this on your landing pages outside of Amazon on your Shopify. And you need this schema set up. There's a lot of details to this, but this is a short little walkthrough of a basic thing on the right hand side. You can screenshot. Make sure you have this set up on all your pages because the AI engines like this. They love to read this and have this structured data so they can index you and start recommending you. This is just one aspect. It's an important first step. There's a there's a lot more to it, but that that's an important first step. I don't have a cold. I don't know what this is. Um, second, this is another one that's called Findable. I just found out about this one just recently, and I put in my domain, billion-dollar sellers.com, which is the newsletter. I said, "Hey, what does uh Chad GT know about me?" And it it took it about 20 minutes, and it did this big deep study and came back with all this content gap analysis. This is free. You can upgrade and get some additional stuff, but you can get a basic one for free. And it told me all this stuff like what are the core industry topics? What what what am I covering well? What am I not covering well? What are the gaps in my coverage? And so I it gave me a lot of good ideas of what I need to do to be more AEO or which is like the SEO for AI optimized to start having a better chance to show up in all the chat uh answers. So this is a cool tool too uh findable. Um it's at findableapp.com and you can do a free test there and then there are some upgrade options but findableapp.com. Um another thing this was shared on the AI workshop by by uh Dan Kurtz. Dan is someone he's going to be on the cigar trip with us. He just recently spoke in the uh in a group thing in the billion dollar sellers club. He was at at Elevate 360 and blew some people's minds. This guy is like on the inside. He's one of these guys that can shut down your website if he wanted to. He knows everything out there. Um, one of the things that he shared that will get you ranked in 48 hours or less uh on Google often and a lot of times in this in the in Perplexity for sure. Uh, and then some of the other ones as well is that most people don't know Perplexity has pages. So, if you go to perplexity.ai/page/new, AI/page/new. The link's at the bottom there. That's a It looks like some It looks like something like this. What's your page about? These are pages that are hosted on Perplexity. This is You don't need to go like set up a a website or Google or whatever to host these. They're hosted on Perplexity in its own memory, its own system. So, you don't need an outside developer. You don't need to grab this and put it on your own website. They're hosted in Perplexity. But the beauty of this is they're all indexed really fast by Google and by Perplexia. Super fast, whatever is put in there. So you what he showed is I'm going to give you the SOP here is he took an S, this is a URL in the red box, an Amazon URL. You can't see the whole URL cut off there, but it's basically just a as a link to an as a a product listing page on Amazon. You just paste that in to where it says, you know, what's your page about? Just paste that in. You can add some more copy there, which I'm going to show you in a minute. You can add some additional stuff to it, but it will go and read that page and it will create something like this. This was a flow state water bottle and it will create like a little review and I can gear this to whatever I want to be. Not a review, maybe I want it to be key features or a comparison chart. You can type in some stuff and it'll create this page. This page is hosted on Perplexity and then it's indexed by Google and it shows up and starts showing up in Google. You can go into this and edit it and you can add links to your Amazon page, add links to your Shopify and almost in 48 hours typically, sometimes less, you're indexed in Perplexity and on Google. It's it's magic uh what this can do. This is the detailed steps. Uh you might want to screenshot this. There's going to be a couple screens here. So, uh screenshot this and take a picture with your iPad or your phone or something if you don't have don't have a screenshot. But these are the steps to do it. So step one is access your complexity pages. Step two is input your product information. Then you can add, like I said, you can add descriptors like what uh what you want to do. Let it generate the content. It's going to go research your product and pull all kinds of stuff from the internet. Give it a few minutes to process it. It'll come back, review it, c go in, edit it, customize it if you got something wrong, add some stuff, add a few links like to your Amazon page or whatever so that those are inside there. Um, make sure those links are strategically placed in relevant sections and then publish your page on Perplexity all for free. Uh, and you don't have to go anywhere else. And then it'll give you a live URL. Test all the links to make sure it's working. You didn't mess anything up. And then give it a little a day or two and you can verify that Google's indexed it by typing going to Google and typing site perplexity.ai and then whatever your product keywords are and you should be indexed. Um, and this has like uh I think I forget the number he said like a 100 out of 100 page authority, which is like the top page authority you can get. All right, it's something crazy like that. This this is a little magic trick that's working right now that'll get you indexed and get you some extra traffic uh to your to your site. Uh so I I recommend everybody do this. This is the kind of stuff Dan's going to be at the Collective Mind Society event in Tampa hanging out with us. Just imagine if you're sitting there next to him drinking a whiskey, even if you don't drink, drinking a Coke and or smoking a cigar and like, "Dan, man, how do I do something like this or what do I do?" And just being able to pick his brain. That's the type of thing that happens at Collective Mind Society and Dan is somebody that's going to be there. Um, another person that's going to be speaking at the billion-dollar sellers um summit in a couple weeks is is Joe. Joe has become one of the top AI experts for e-commerce. She's got a great little newsletter. Um, she couldn't be here today. She's on vacation, camping, going around uh going around Europe uh with uh taking some time off. But this is something cool that she showed that I just want to show with you. And this is the kind of stuff you're going to get at the billion dollar seller sum from her. Right now, Reddit is the number one source for AI information. All the AI engines, uh well, not all, but a lot of them trust what's happening on Reddit because it's humans talking to humans and it's opinions. It's not marketing in most cases. So, it's 21% of all citations for for the answers on on AI are coming from Reddit. So, if you're not, for lack of a better word, gaming the Reddit system or playing the Reddit game right now, you're missing opportunity. Uh, this article just came out, I think yesterday or the day before, how Reddit claims that the top spot is the most cited engine and AI generate answers. So, what you need to be doing as e-commerce brand, if you're not playing on Reddit already, you need to start playing. Haven't signed a VA to be your Reddit person. and she walks you through here. I'm about to show you how to actually do this. So, your customers are on Reddit. So, if you go to gummyarch.com, you uh and use this tool to actually search Reddit, it's it will do some really cool stuff. And the way you want to do it is you want to go into gummy search. You might have to sign up and then type in whatever a keyword for your whatever you sell. So, let's just say you sell joint supplements for pets, uh, for example. So, you could just type in joint supplements. it will come back and it'll show you all the subreddits for joint supplements, but then you can actually like here all these. It scrolls way beyond this. Um, there's 79 of them here. I only show you like a handful, eight of them or something. And then I just chose one at random. I just trying to get this as demo. So, I just hit rescue dog. I don't know if that applies or not. I just hit that. But then you I can hit rescue dog and it'll go down and it'll show all these topics about rescue dogs and supplements. Um, and you can then what you can do is you download those, all those topics and then it'll create a spreadsheet looks something like this and it'll have all the links inside the spreadsheet to all of those Reddit those uh those those posts and then you want to go in and use a tool like web pilot. You use a tool like web pilot which is in the GPT store uh and you paste those URLs in there and then it will come back and it will give you answers and give you ideas of how to engage in those topics and then you can have a VA go and engage and this will look like it's not spam. look real and you suddenly mention your brand, you subtly mention occasionally maybe your product and you participate and not only will that maybe get you a few sales from the people in that in that Reddit, but also it's going to start getting indexed by AI and start getting you real sales probably outside of of Reddit. So, it's a game that you can play. This is the step by step. So, take a screenshot of this of how to do this uh from Joe. Um, so it's um it's an audience curation u technique with gummy search. I'm not going to go through all this. I just kind of showed you to you a little bit. Uh, but screenshot this. I'll give you a second. There's going to be another screen here in a second with more information. You'll want to screenshot that as well. Everybody got that one? All right. Next, here's the next part of it, the the SOP for that. Screenshot that. There's also another tool over on the right called reddit.com answers, which is part of Reddit. So, that's also another tool you can play with to get some ideas as well. That's part of Reddit. Uh, so you don't have to pay for that one. I don't I don't believe you have to pay for that one. Um, the gummy search, I think you have to pay a little bit to actually get some of the the good parts of it. Um, but the this is a technique that everybody on this call needs to be doing or having a VA do to get ready for AI and maybe make a don't don't expect to make a lot of sales coming from Reddit to your site from this. That's that's not what this is for. you you'll probably get a few, but the idea here is is getting in that 21% on the AI engine so that as those continue to grow, you're seated in there. It's it's super super valuable stuff. And there's ways to do this for Wikipedia and some other stuff, but that's beyond this this call. If this type of stuff is something that you're like, Kevin, this looks cool. I don't have time for this. I don't want to learn this stuff. This is above my pay grade. Uh but I want it to work. You Dragonfish will be doing that for you. um which is a company that Norm and I have. We're on a wait list right now. So people like Dan are working with us. Um but you can go to amzmarketer.com/df capital D capital F or scan that QR code. You can get on the wait list. You got to answer about 10 questions. But we'll be helping e-commerce brands do this. So if that's something that that you're interested in, you can do that. Number nine, I'll give you a chance to grab that one more time just in case if anybody's interested in that. We'll be doing a lot of AO stuff. We're also doing helping you with email marketing. So, if you're weak on your email marketing, you don't have an email list or you got a list of 100,000 people and you never used it, you don't know how or you're afraid to, you can screw it up. Um, but we are very good at that. Um, and so we can we will be helping brands with that as well. So, amzarkarketer.com/df. Um, number nine, this is from the billion-dollar sellers club that I just started a couple weeks ago. It's a it's a new club uh that I'll talk about that a little bit more in a minute, but we do expert roundts. We did one a couple weeks ago. You can see Dan up in the top left. We have Lauren. We have Melissa Vong. Did one yesterday all about Tik Tok with Michelle and Paul and Stephanie. Uh we also do tactical expert guest where the guests come on and they're motivated. They're they're voted on at the end. And whether they get paid or not for coming on depends on how well they do. So they got to deliver A+ content. They can't be just recycled stuff. Josh just came on uh last week and and shared some really cool stuff that he's doing in his business. One of these was the technique that Josh Snow is using for the snow whitening uh whiteners that he's done $100 million on Tik Tok. And he walked through the entire game plan of how Josh does his affiliate marketing and how he works with his creators. You can I'm not going to go through this whole thing right now, but this is just a part of the summary of what Josh Chuck talked about a lot more of this. You can screenshot this and look at this later, but this is this is the stepby-step process that he that they did used to for $100 million. Josh is using some of this now and he's embellished it and added to it and he's crushing it. So much so that he's his focus is on this now and not as much on Amazon. Amazon's still there and still big part of his business, but the Tik Tok halo effect is just driving his Amazon stuff. Uh in fact, he said that his new product discovery strategy is all Tik Tok first. Instead of using Jungle Scout or Data Dive, he's looking for stuff on Tik Tok and then using the halo effect on Amazon. And he said over Prime Day, he turned off all of his ads on Amazon on Prime Day. And he still outsold all of his competition on Amazon by 2 to one on Prime Day without running any ads because of his Tik Tok stuff that he was doing and getting that halo effect. So, this is some really cool stuff that that's happening and a really cool technique. So, screenshot this page, too, so you have that. I'm not going to go through that in step-by-step detail, but that way you have it. Um, there's also a site if you want to know what's going viral on Tik Tok. It's called the Daily Virals. So you can Tik Tok has some of this information too. It's always good to get outside information as well. So the daily virals.com will show you what's going viral. If you're looking for ideas or look for what you need to do, um I recommend the daily virals.com. Um another thing that happened and one of our expert calls is Lauren Patrulo. She's one of the top Facebook experts. She was like fourth in line to become CEO of Walt Disney a few years back. Um she's super sharp when it comes to Facebook and Shopify stuff. she shared on that that call um that Shopify will give you basically pay you to advertise. They'll give you unlimited impressions for free. Shopify has something called the Shopify. It's like a marketplace. It's kind of like an Amazon but on Shopify. So, you can search across all the Shopify vendors kind of like you can do on Amazon and it will it will po it will pull up the results and then go to that Shopify page to to buy if you want to. Shopify is subsidizing that right now. Well, they will pay for the promotions of that and they will basically you could have zero rorowaz. You can she's like you can spend as much money as you want and you don't only pay if you make a sale. You're not paying by the click. You're not paying by the impression. You're only paying if you make a sale. So if you got something that works, you can scale it infinitely. And she talked about that. So she called it the guaranteed rorowaz. It's really really good stuff. She she walked through this whole process. Again, screenshot this. I'm not going to go through it in detail, but this is one example of just one thing out of a bunch that she shared in an hour and a half on one of the expert calls that you're not going to find anywhere else. Um, this this type of stuff is like next level. Uh, type of stuff that's not out there anywhere. Uh, but screenshot that if you're selling on Shopify and that that'll help you uh uh with that. Uh, here's the rest of it. Let's screenshot that as well. Um, and like I say, it's guaranteed rorowes. you basically they reimburse you for every so they'll do like a $30 off your next order, your next $50 purchase. Then they reimburse you. You're not eating that 30 bucks. They give you that 30 bucks back. They give it back in two different payments. So it's it's not all at once. Um and she walks she talks about how that happens and everything. It's really really good stuff. So if you're a Shopify seller, she's like this you're stupid if you don't use this. So those of you Shopify sellers, look into this. Again, there's the SOP. You can if you missed the screenshot of the first page, screenshot that real quick. And then here's the second page. Screenshot that real quick. So you have it. And there's one more page here. She's talking about the expected results. She says that uh basically they did almost as much on uh on shop on Shopify as they did on Amazon Prime Day by using this technique. Uh and it's quick, takes 3 to five minutes to set it up. It's very minimal work. It's not a hard thing to do. Um it's just a really good tactic. But this is the kind of stuff that we talk about in the billion-dollar um sellers club. Just for example, I want to sh I wanted to share it with you here today. All right, that's my 10. So I went through those really really quick. U what we're going to do now is I've got it looks like um let me see. Looks like five uh five of these six. Nope, they're uh well one of these is not here. Who's not here? Um, one of them's not here. Let me see. Or maybe they are all here. And then we even have a bonus one. Looks like three. Uh, yeah, we have uh there we go. Um, we're going to be I got seven. So, uh, Nia's here. I'm not She said she was six. So, Nia, I'm not sure if you're going to be able if you can do something that'd be great, but if not, I understand. Um, we're going to share something with them. But before they do that, I just want to talk real quick about Market Masters. Um, several of these people. Brian who's coming up, he's been to Market Masters. Chad's been to Market Masters. The next one I'm doing is in November, November 13th to 17th here in Austin at the Gatsby mansion. But this is probably the most powerful and the if you have to choose one event in the entire industry or in my ecosystem or in the industry to go to, this is the one you need to go to, especially if you want to sit in the hot seat, which is a little scary, but it's not that bad, but have your business uh analyzed by some of the top experts. I curate experts to come in based on your specific needs. If you're afraid to sit in a hot seat, you're like, "No, I don't want to do that." You can come as what I call an audience member and you get to watch some of the other hot seats and you get to interact with all these experts, like 25 to 30 of them in a mansion uh over a weekend, and you learn a lot that way, too. So, that's that's awesome to have that. And you'll learn a lot watching other people's hot seats. Those are two hours long. They go in-depth. But here's just two examples of what's happened. And there's more, but Pallock attended Market Masters one, which was last uh last fall. And she came back to the second one, which we did in February. And she was when she came to the first one, she was doing a million half dollars in sales. When she came to the second one, she's like, "Hey, I'm on track to do $5 million in sales." And I was like, "Holy cow, that's awesome. Did Did you go viral on uh Oprah Winfrey feature you or did you go viral on TikTok?" She's like, "No, I just did what y'all said." That's the difference it made. and she implemented. Not everybody implements. Some people go and they learn and then they they don't do anything. She actually took the advice and actually implemented. Another person I don't know is Ivan. He came and he was doing about 110 million. Crushing it uh in some supplement space. He's on track I just recently learned and confirmed with I confirmed with him uh he's on track to do a billion dollars. One with a B1 $1 billion. Now, some of that is he's in a good his natural momentum, but some of that may be something he was talked about there. There's some cool stuff that was talked about that I can't go into that could have given him some ideas, but that's the power of this. And then we had someone else doing like 97,000 and now she's out of the Amazon game because we told her, "Get out. Quit doing this." Uh, so it's a really, really good event and I highly recommend everybody take. This is just an example little video, short little video. I'm just going to play for you and then we're going to bring on these other people to share some more tactics with you. Uhoh. I got to play. Not going to play. Well, maybe it doesn't want to play. Well, anyway, I was going to play that for you to give you an idea. You can find that on the YouTube website or you getting stuck. Um so when we came that time I came in September and at that year we were on track to close at 1.5 million. Uh but since then after implementing all the strategies and we've been seeing constant uh growth since then. So this year we are targeting knowing we're uh conservatively looking at closing at 5 million. They say everything's bigger in Texas. So, buckle up and come with me to Austin for something huge. We're spending 3 days at the Gatsby mansion with some of the biggest Amazon sellers and online marketers in the world. Market Masters isn't just any event. There's no keynote presentations, no selling, no just sellers helping sellers. It's where top e-commerce experts come together to crack real business problems and have fun while doing it. This is the Gatsby mansion, a 17,000 square ft estate with 11 bedrooms and 12 and 1 half bathrooms on Lake Travis. We've got a private chef, a pool, beach volleyball court, private theater room, massages, and oh yeah, a literal helipad because why not? There's even a heated pickleball stadium on the property where you can break a sweat between hot seats or attend a workout session with Mike, the on-site personal trainer. But we're not just here to put our bodies through the ringer. We're breaking down businesses as well. The panel of experts who have started, scaled, and sold businesses are given dossas on real companies with real challenges. Some of these businesses are brand new. Others are doing a 100red million in revenue and everything in between. Our job is to break it down, strategize, and help these business owners scale. And trust me, we don't hold anything back. It's business, networking, and a little bit of fun. All in just 3 days in the most unreal setting. It's like adult summer camp, but for Amazon sellers. Are you brave enough to sit in the hot seat? So, you can find out information that at billiondollarcellersummit.com. Um, but you'll start getting emails from me on that and then we'll start taking the first signups. There's nine hot seats and then 20 uh me uh audience members that can come. It'll be about 25 to 30 experts that are curated based on what the needs are of the people in the hot seats. All right. So, now we have more hacks and tips for you. a little preview of some of the speakers coming up at the billiondollar seller summit, the virtual billion dollar seller summit. So, first up, he's got to catch a plane uh is going to be Venzo. Venzo, you there? Yeah, Kevin, how you doing? I'm good, man. How are you? I'm going to stop so you can uh take over the show. Yeah, I appreciate it. Thank you. Hello, everybody. Welcome. So today going to be trying to give a bit of a snippet of what you can expect on you know on on the summit. I think you're going to learn so much not only from me but from all the speakers like you know some of the people that you see right now in the panel with me as some of the brightest minds. So I'm really excited to share the stage with them and once again Kevin I appreciate the opportunity and today I just want to go very quickly over my topic which is going to be around you know how we can maximize the power of DSP specifically combining that with Amazon marketing cloud and how we can also leverage uh one P data in this case data that most of you guys have already inhouse but you're not leveraging like it's funny I have a lot of conversation with brands on a daily basis and you know we all been trying external traffic. We all been trying a newsletter. We all been drawing traffic to our website. And that has built to some extent, you know, a sizable data set in terms of emails and information about your consumers. But why we are not bringing that data back to Amazon creating some data out of that and then maximizing the power of DSP and even traditional advertising. So that's what I'm going to give you a bit of a snippet today. Um just very briefly about myself. So my name Jensen Dosano, founder NC of Ecomy. We are a food service agency. We specialize in scaling brands globally on Amazon, Walmart and Tik Tok. And of course, a lot of the things you're going to be seeing today is things that we implement on a daily basis to, you know, support brands navigate everything when it comes to succeeding in each of these marketplaces. So diving deeper into the topic which I'm going to be covering in BDSS. I think the most important thing of understanding why this topic is important for me. The reason why it's very important is the saturation I see around traditional advertising this case sponsor ads. We're seeing how doing traditional advertising around keywords is getting more and more difficult in terms of CPCs are going higher. The AOS is going through the roof. And of course we seeing competitors by leveraging now technology such as Amazon marketing cloud and also DSP if you're doing effectively is a very good loophole to navigate the whole you know saturation we're experiencing through through our traditional advertising and I guess that brings me to my next step which is the DSP things for those that don't know DSP effect is this tool Amazon puts uh at your disposal to be able to do advertising inside and outside the platform and the reason why this is very powerful is we know with the roll up of Kosma and Rufus the direction where Amazon is heading is all around audiences. It's about how people behave within the platform and you really need to understand that because if you don't then you do traditional AQ advertising. You're going to have a very tough time to then personalize the experience that Amazon is trying to do with rules. Right? At the end of the day, we see how Amazon is putting a lot of investment on giving you a tool to set such as Amazon Marketing Cloud. So you understand specifically the gender, the location, the lifestyle, the persona that you have to convey your ads. So you can also maximize your return on investment but more importantly to make sure people every single time they jump on the platform they have the personalized experience that deserve to you know throughout the shopping experience. So what is the secret kind of source that we're going to be talking throughout the summit? It's about how we going to implement step by step the leveraging of all your one data. This is effectively your email list, all the data that most likely you're gathering through your website and secondary marketplaces, leveraging all that information, putting it back in Amazon marketing cloud, creating your audiences. And with those audiences, we're going to be able to create also your lookalike audiences like most of you most likely have done in the past with things such as Meta. If you all of you that been selling on Amazon for years, one of the biggest tricks is also been downloading when you could back then the whole kind of email address and everything from Amazon. You put that on meta. You create audiences and then you retarget people with meta, right? So now here we're doing the inverse. We're getting all your data of our strategies outside of Amazon. We're bringing that to Amazon and making sure we can be very specific effectively with the ads that that we're running. And what we're trying to do with this is not only create an audience that is going to be resembling the avatar that actually is going to convert the highest type of products, but also making sure that we can expand our audience. I think some of the the things that you're going to get home that is really going to maximize your return on investment is creating a lookalike audiences because now you have the foundation of what has worked in the past, what the type of people spend the most amount of money with you. You effectively have the formula for success. Now you're giving this info to Amazon. Amazon is using all the algorithmic power in the back end to match with the right consumers. And then from there the sky's limit, right? What we're going to be doing with that is understanding everything in terms of okay, how do I make sure now that I run my ads only to people that has spent the most amount of money with me in the past. So people have shopped similar brands in the past, people have abandoned the car, people I saw on a specific zip code. Like very quick example, we have a brand that they have a very a big presence in in retail and the only thing that they want to focus on for example is on specific states around the country because they know those retail location have a spillover over Amazon, right? So by understanding how all this comes together and now implementing proper Amazon advertising 101 rather than the traditional basic kind of sponsor ads you're going to be able to navigate much easier the whole you know saturation that we definitely experienced on the PPC side of things and just to give you a glimpse as well this is not something to do with DSP right it's also doing with traditional ads I'm sure you've been seeing all the different changes that have been happening with the audiences in traditional ads that's where Amazon is heading Amazon wants to make sure that when somebody's typing for a keyword, let's say water bottom, your ads are going to potentially show the hikers if for example that person has an interest on hiking and all the customer experience that you have built in Amazon marketing cloud has to do with water bottles that are for people that do hiking because that's what your brand is about. So it's personalizing your ads and making sure that you also write and going blindly on keywords. So you make sure that you only target the people that's going to give you the best return on investment. So to conclude that's what this summit is going to be about in terms of my whole presentation is understanding how we collect all this data how we make sure we normalize it in terms of clean the data to deploy to Amazon marketing cloud create our audiences create our study on DSP and also leverage that with traditional ads to come full circle and create the personalized experience when it comes to ads which is where Amazon is heading so that's everything from me Kevin awesome thank you uh Vincent so looking forward to that all All right, next up um and have a good flight. Safe flight there. Next we've got Anthony. Anthony Kof Anthony there. Are you ready? There he is. What's going on everyone? How you doing? I'm doing good. Thank you so much Kevin. Uh I'm going to keep this brief. if I don't have any slides to go through, but um I'm super excited to be back at BDSS and uh you know, I've I've presented a handful of times and I've gotten some good place finishes, third and second, but this time I'm really going for for number one. So, anyone who's going and watching the virtual, you can let me know how uh how it all is. And the focus of my presentation is all going to be around uh CTR and CVR optimization. This is something that is near and dear to my heart. And uh over the last couple of years, I've seen some really crazy case studies, some really good case studies um that I've personally done that have grown brands exponentially. We're talking like 250,000 a month to a million a month. Uh but even with these really good case studies, what I've seen is the speed to execution, whether you're working with an internal team or with an agency, is really slow. often taking months and months and months to bring these projects across the line. And so the focus that I'm going to be going over is uh a four-step process, a four-phase process for CTR and CVR optimization. And the phases that I'm going to break it down into, and I'm going to give one little hack uh one tip rather for each of these phases. Um four phases are this. You have categorization, generation, validation, and execution. So in the categorization phase, you're really taking a databacked approach to see what is currently being done already in the niche for main and secondary images. This is where you're going to be categorizing images by purpose and type and then waiting the frequency and basically referencing against uh what are the top performing listings. Um, in the past, this process for categorization, and I've taught this for the last like year and a half, has all been manual, sometimes taking hours to uh categorize images by type and purpose. At the BDSS virtual, I'm going to be giving everyone access to a free GPT that'll do this completely for you and image waiting and image scoring all in one spot. Like, literally just takes a few uh few seconds for it to be done and it's like more than 90% accurate. So, I'm really excited to share that with everyone. Um once you've categorized all of the images inside of a niche and you can see what are the common purposes and common types of images then we get into generation and there is a lot of different tools out there right now that help with uh asset generation. I think like agencies and internal teams are still very valuable and required. But for the initial step of creating assets, AI has never been this uh good in terms of having usable assets that you can put on on Amazon. I think it was like four years ago at uh BDSS in Austin. I remember showing dolly for the first time and uh I think up until about six months ago AI has had a lot of potential for creating images but it always had an asterct or a caveat. Uh we are now at the point where you can absolutely create usable assets that you can put on your Amazon listing fully done with AI. And what I'm going to be focusing on is what I call high volume variations. So the standard now for agencies, for internal teams, for designers isn't going and creating one set of assets. What I'm going to show you is around creating four variations of your main image, of your secondary images, of your A+ content. And when we get into that last section for execution, I'm going to talk about how you're going to test all of that. Um the tip that I'll leave you guys with today is something I've been using a lot of um is inside of Midjourney. And so one of the things you can do inside of Midjourney is you making a personalization code. So basically Midjourney is going to show you hundreds and hundreds of images and you're going to decide like this image style is what I like, this is what I don't like. Uh and after you've selected a hundred of these, uh Midjourney is going to give you a personalization code. So if you think about all of the different types of images that Midjourney can make, some are abstract art, some are cartoons. uh if you select things that are specific to what an Amazon lifestyle image looks like uh and you set that to be your personalization code or make a separate personalization code. Let's say you have one brand that's in home decor and another that supplements the personalization code is now going to when Midjourney creates images, it's going to make those much more similar to the assets that you've selected when you made the personalization code. Um, the other really big benefit of making a personalization code is you can use a widely underused feature inside MidJourney called Omni Reference. So what Omni reference does is it actually allows you to write a prompt but then upload a separate image of your product and you can select a reference interval which basically looks at the product and say okay when you generate these assets I want you to maintain the integrity of um the image that's being referenced. So if you have a very simple product um and midjourney has no issue with making lifestyle images of someone holding or using your product then this is not as relevant. But if you have a very specific product um that has a lot of complications or a lot of specific detail omni reference is extremely valuable. So if you can before BDSS spend the time in the midjourney web app set up your personalization code and then you can find guides online for how to do omni reference. Uh, it's really easy to set up, but you have to have the personalization code in order to do Omni reference. So, I'm going to cover all of that inside of BDSS virtual. Um, we covered categorization, we covered generation. Um, the next one is validation. So, now that I have potentially many different versions of my main image, of my secondary images, of my A+ content, how do we validate those assets and figure out what is the way that we're going to prioritize the upload process? So, everyone knows about market research. I'm going to focus a lot less on that and a lot more on quantifiable metrics that I use and have been using to evaluate the performance of an image uh that are not just like what image do you prefer? And the big one I'm going to be focusing on is what I call speed of comprehension. And so it's basically you've created a baseline and I'm going to share a GPT that uh basically does this for you, but it's having the AI look at an image and then you're asking the AI AI how long it took the AI to determine what the purpose of that image is. And it's going to give you a time based on milliseconds. And then you're going to see a pretty cool process for images that take a long time for the AI to decide what the purpose is. How can I increase the speed of comprehension, make the image more simple? Um, last one on here is execution. So, what I'm going to be showing you is how do you create not just one set of images, but the default is going to go up to four set of images. Uh, it's basically going to be a road map of how you execute this over a 12-month period. So, the, you know, there's going to be like a whole a whole road map that I'm going to show you for how to actually implement this and get this on your listing. But in a perfect world, if you started on January 1st, uh basically what you would do is you would test over a 12-month period, three versions of your main image, three versions of your secondary images, and then three versions of your A+ content. And then in Q4, you would take all of the combined data from that, and then have a final fourth variation that you're running, one main image, one secondary image set, and one A+ content. And I'm going to show you how to map all of that out. Uh very quick and very easy. So looking forward to it. and uh excited to share the stage with uh all these other brilliant minds. Thanks, Kevin. Yeah, I'm looking forward to that, too. So, Andrew just post I know everybody can't see the uh the chat, but uh he just posted Oh, actually, everybody in Cy said he's he's ready to see that as well. Um it's going to be good stuff. Uh thanks. Thanks, Anthony. Um also, I see a few other comments. Um Tony said that Market Masters was life-changing for him. Um I see a lot of people saying that was great stuff at the beginning. Yeah, remember to stay tuned. I'm going to show you how to what they're how to come to built BDSS12 live for free here in just a few minutes. Each one of these guys, we got four more guys that are going to speak uh for about 5 minutes each and then I'll go into how you guys can come and see this stuff all for free. So Chad, uh you're up next if you want to uh go ahead and take over. I'm looking forward to seeing what you got. Mistake, can everyone hear me? Yes, I can hear you. Amazing. Can you see my screen? Uh, yes. It's not full screen, but uh, we can see it. All right, it's all good. I'm gonna show some tabs, too. So, I put some slides together. I took a rip out of Kevin King's playbook. Um, I'm going to share some nuggets. Everything that I'm using personally right now to increase my effect efficiency and effectiveness as a as an owner. Um, what I'm going to cover during the virtual webinar really is the fact that AI video ads are killing it for me right now. So right now the thing is that people are overloaded with content, right? Anybody and their mother and their grandmother can produce stuff on chat YouTube. So you need to stop people in the first second. And what I found is that video done right simply just punches in a different weight class. So what you're looking on the screen is actually my best performing ad. This ad drove 52K in MR for me in sales while I was asleep. So, a few things I'll cover during the webinar is number one, how I'm stealing ideas from competitors to create these ads. Two is how I'm using ChachiT to write the hooks to come up with all the transcripts. And then three is how am I turning these image avatars into uh for $49 and strong coffee. Right? So, I'm not using any cameras. I'm not using any actors. There's no crazy revisions and I'm pulling back the curtain next week. So, make sure to dial in. So, today I'm literally going to drop some nuggets. Kevin King style. Uh just some fun stuff that I'm sharing. If you do like these things, of course, I would love for you to check out prophecy.com. Prophecy is a dynamic pricing software for private label brands to help you make more money and bring more money home in the business. Uh before this, I co-ounded the Prosper Show, Sellers Choice and Stubana. All of these were sold, two of them to publicly traded companies and one to a private equity company. Um, so the first one I want to share that I'm using that I love right now, just a fun one, is the fact that nobody knows this, but Canva actually has AI for free, uh, connected to G to V3 and you can create some crazy 8-second scenes. You only get five videos, but, uh, they're pretty pretty killer and they're pretty amazing. Uh, and so I've been able to actually nail down some good, uh, prompts around this to put this together. Second thing is um this is very unique. I'm interviewing a lot. I'm hiring, right? Prophecy is roughly about 28 people right now on staff. And during these interviews, I actually record the interviews using something called Fathom AI. I have no affiliate for you. I've got nothing to share outside the fact that I'm actually recording all of these meetings. And what I do is I take the meetings and I have them graded and stack ranked the transcripts based on what we're hiring against and the role and the job description. and I have them being compared inside of chat GBT. I think this is a phenomenal idea uh and certainly just like helps you make decisions quicker. Let's just say you're 5050 on a candidate. It can take you to 5149. I wouldn't say to just use chat sheet to make these decisions, but it really helps you stack, rank, and prioritize the things that are important to you in the business. Uh, another thing I'm doing over the hiring process is um I find that like interviewing in general kind of sucks. It's almost like you're going to go marry somebody and you only get to meet meet them maybe for an hour, maybe for an hour and a half of your team's time in general. So, what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to weed out people very quickly. And so, what I've done is I've built an assessment test. This assessment test actually cannot even be done on chatbt. It's maybe chatbt maybe 5 when the model comes out in in I don't know this week or next week. I'm pretty excited about it. But I built an assessment test that tests for critical thinking skills. And I find that critical thinking is the hardest thing to find during the interview process. So whether you have a VA, whether you have anybody at the company, you want to hire somebody that's smarter than you. And so I'm giving away this this notable test. It's autograded inside Zapier. So all the grades are autograded for me. And you can see it's actually quite hard. There's not a lot of green going across the the screen. And over two, I think roughly 200 people have taken this test. You can get that right here. So, if you want to take a screenshot, I'm giving this away for free for you. Okay, let's keep it going. So, this is one that um I am bankrupt on text messages. I'm bankrupt on text messages and WhatsApp and everyone's messaging me and I just can't get back to people in time. I don't know if you have that same experience, but for me, I'm just overloaded with messages. And so I recently implemented something called whisper flow which is technically voice dictation but like chatgvt style dictation. I was using dictation on chatbt then copy and pasting it as a text message just to correct my grammar. This automatically does it. It does it natively inside the iPhone app and you just literally it comes up on my keyboard automatically now. It's now the template. I've edited this edited the settings. Now it's my template keyboard. Check it out. It's free. I think it's pretty cool. Uh, the last screenshot, John, creativity quiz. Boom. There you go, Becky. I'm glad you're loving this. Let's keep it rolling. Uh, okay. So, the next thing I want to share is the fact that, and everyone knows this, I'm spending a lot of time on pricing. I think, uh, most brands are losing millions, if not billions of dollars of pricing alone on Amazon, specifically because they just actually leave it unattended. They're guessing it. And, uh, it kind of looks like this, right? People are looking at their competitors. They're copying what that person's doing. They go slightly lower and they're copying a person that's probably broke. I'm talking a lot of brands that are just losing money. They're washed out and uh they don't even know how they're coming up with price. And pricing is the single biggest lever that moves the needle on the bottom line. So, I'm not going to take you through all the math behind this. I want to make sure that all these other amazing speakers get a chance to speak. But simply put, pricing can move the needle in your business. So, what we're going to do is we're actually going to just uh give you some interesting tools to analyze stuff yourself. So, this is a great example. This is Aaron Portoz's listing. We're going to take his listing in a very competitive uh market, which is garlic presses. If you can compete in garlic presses, you can compete anywhere, just like New York City. If you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere. We're going to grab his listing. We're going to take Keepa. Now, Keepa is a Chrome extension. I think there's other softwares that offer this, but essentially you want to grab the price and the correlation with unit velocity along with the ranking position in a keeper graph. So you're just taking a screenshot of this graph, nothing more. And what you're going to do is you're going to drop the graph into cloud. Now you can use chatbt. In this example, I'm using Claude, but I have a killer prompt I'm going to share with you. So you don't have to like take a screenshot. I'll give you the QR code in the following screen for this, but pretty much it's a killer savage prompt that talks about analyzing the keep a chart with godlike reasoning and with data science technical knowledge. And what you're going to do is you can do this to your own listing and you can do this to your competitor's listing, but you can get the prompt here. I think it's fire. So, make sure to download it. Take a screenshot. I'll take I'll wait one more second and then what you're going to do is you're going to actually look and see what the recommendations are. So this helps you decide elasticity. It helps you helps you analyze your demand. It helps you helps you analyze traffic and you can actually start to stack rank what you're doing relative to the competitors if you're building a thread around this. Now, obviously, this is not scalable if you're doing this for a lot of SKUs, but it gives you enough information to be dangerous. And so, you're really going to be understanding why your customers are willing to spend more during a specific time frame or why your BSR isn't budging or when to push up prices or when you should hold pricing and when you should or should not discount during Prime Day. It's pretty awesome. Um, I was doing this before I started Prophecy. We were doing it the oldfashioned way, uh, which is literally spreadsheets and and, uh, really, really good coffee. And so I was using this spreadsheet to really track the decisions that were making, tracking the intention behind my pricing decisions to maximize my intention qualitative qualitatively and quantitatively to understand the right signal. So we're essentially collecting dots and you can use these dots that you collect over time also in that same prompt. So, here's a free framework that I want you to use to analyze your pricing because you, like many, many other brands on Amazon are probably leaving thousands, millions, and in in totality, billions of dollars on the table. Pricing is not just about finding the dots. It's about connecting the dots. And these tools help you do it. Of course, you can automate this with Prophecy. And lastly, I want to give away a free audit. So, a free audit. Me personally, I'm going to actually audit your own pricing and your competition. You scan the QR code. You're going to secure a free roast of your AS around pricing. I want to offer this to the first 20 people. Right after 20 people, I cannot offer this. It's just I just can't do it. It's It takes me a really long time. So, when you scan this, just email me in the subject. It should say king and it'll actually have the text there. So, I make this super easy for you. And uh I look forward to sharing a whole lot more nuggets in a 35minut session next week. So I'll see you there. And my goal is to be number one as well. I'm super competitive. So everyone bring really really strong coffee and uh I look forward to seeing you there. Thanks Chad. Appreciate that. As you can see, one of the things that happens at there's a lot of content out there. One of the things that happens at a BDSS event, if you've never been to one, is the speakers are all compet competitive. And they all are competing for $5,000. Now, tell some of these people $5,000, you know, that's not like millions of dollars, but $5,000 is not chump change. And but it's more the honor that, hey, you know, Chad just shared some stuff. Anthony shared some stuff. They're all looking at each other going, "Oh, shoot. I got to up my game. Uh, he just shared that. What can I do to beat him?" And as a result, you as the audience win because then you get better stuff and you get better content that's going to help you in your business because they're bringing they're bringing their agame and not just recycling something that was uh they they showed on some other webinar or something. So, next up we've got uh Andrew Ericson. Andrew, good to see you. Hello. Excited to be here, Kevin. Thank you for having me. Thank you for coming. Awesome, dude. Chad, it's blowing my mind, man. That looks like amazing stuff. Thanks for sharing that. Uh I'm I'm also gonna be showing some AI video stuff. I'd love to maybe we could collaborate and kind of figure out like some cool that we're doing together because like sounds like we're we're like synergy on that. Uh because AI is the way is the future. It's not even the future, it's the today, right? As everyone's already mentioning, AI, of course, the Gorilla Room and and of course chat GBT 5 which is released today which is pretty exciting. Uh so, uh the big thing like Chad also kind of mentioned is that we are doing we're going crazy right now with AI videos and we're making a whole bunch of awesome videos using these new tools that just came out just just mere weeks ago, right? So, um I'm going to be talking about how to prompt them. Well, particularly if you want to you want to get a sneak peek and start watching some YouTube videos and kind of get in front of of uh this whole thing, look up JSON prompting. J S O N prompting. Uh amazing stuff. So, it shows I don't have a slide to kind of show it, but um it uh that that it creates a kind of a a script for that you can then use inside Google VO and it just makes amazing videos. Um, and so I wanted to just kind of throw that out there as a fun thing. And I just want to show you guys, I figured, um, I don't have as many slides, but I do have a couple of videos that are fun. So, let me just show my some fun examples of videos that I just created this week. And I'm hoping that my sound comes through. Um, make sure you hit the button on the right that says share audio. It's on the when you share screen. Share sound. Got it. Yep. Right here. Share. Okay. Uh hopefully we can hear the audio because the audio is the is is I think the video is the best part and the audio is like a very close second. So here's a fun one. U I started making a few things for um for uh for a costume seller. And here here's a great example of an AI video that is converting really well right now. You shall not pass without this costume. Command attention. Become the legend. So, that's a fun one. That's something you can do inside of 20 minutes on Google VO using special prompts and using uh uh using the the the flow script editor. We're going to demo that and show you exactly like very easy step by step. Like if you're not a crazy AI, super duper advanced, uh you don't really know what JSON or Python or anything like that is, that's okay. We're in the no code environment. The best programming language in 2025 is English. So if you can speak English, you can code like like the best of us now. So it's pretty awesome that one. And then this one's really fun, too. October Fest's coming and I've got nothing to wear. Tired of the same old boring outfits? Get ready to say Alvida Ventia wardrobe wos. Grab your pretzel, grab your beer, and grab the spotlight. Order the women's letter hosing costume today. These are just fun examples. The audio came through right on that. Yeah. Yes. Okay, good. Awesome. So, these are just fun examples of what we can do with uh AI videos. And we're just going to be going through and and uh showing step by step, very easy here. Here are the, you know, the one, two, three, four steps that we go to create these kinds of videos. And the cool thing is that these tools cost dozens of dollars a month. You know, we're talking 50 $100 budget gets you really far, right? These are not thousands and thousands of dollars to do this kind of stuff. And of course, with the cost, the cost isn't as important as, you know, if you're doing a business, a couple thousand dollars for marketing is not a big deal. The big thing for me is that because it's so cheap, we can iterate and we can go quick, we can go fast, and we can create a bunch of stuff, see what sticks, maybe use Anony's AB testing and Chad's systems to kind of figure out like which which system is the best uh or which video is the best and kind of reiterate on it. Um, and then a fun thing I'll leave you guys with as like a deliverable or kind of a fun thing to play with. Um, I created a custom GPT that writes listing copy for you. And uh, it's fun. It's called Listify AI. And so I built a little, uh, landing page for everyone. Um, that is kind of fun. You just use it there in the uh, I just put it in the chat. Um, that lets you create copy. uh that is a AIO meaning uh uh artificial intelligence optimize SEO optimize and then that content converts um and of course I know a lot of people like QR codes so I I made this QR code if you want to screenshot that so it's listify ailoable which is just a like a um a hosting site whatever and there's a QR code so check it out and uh uh let's go hardcore nerd out on AI marketing. Awesome. Thanks Andrew. Appreciate that. You were one of the early users of Lovable back before when it had a different name, weren't you? Back before it became Lovable. Um yeah, that's that's um that's what I thought. Awesome. Cool. Well, next up, uh Mr. Johnson. Hey there. Here. Audio good? Yeah, your audio is good. Okay. It's not like blowing it out or anything. All right, let me um bring this up. All right, covering first first and foremost BDSS12. Um, I'm going to be talking about uh getting rank ready. I developed a custom uh similar to like say uh retail ready. It's a rank ready checklist. And so I'm going to be going through that at uh BDSS12 and given our background in uh success in ranking products on Amazon. It's uh it's going to be a great primer for those who don't have access to our services but want to be able to rank higher so that they can get there. So that's uh I'll be covering that on um well between the 19th and 21st. I forget now which day of my time slot is. I think it's the second day probably. Um really quick. So this is what I'm going to be covering today. This is not what I'm covering at BDSS12. This is a hack uh that you can implement based off of, you know, things that have recently changed with products opportunity explorer in your seller central account. And if you want to take a just a screenshot of this, I'll show it at the end, but I'll go through the the detail on on how to get to this. What we're going to do is we're going to create a um a niche alignment scorecard. This is going to essentially take what uh Amazon's AI is showing you as far as the specific product niche that they show uh presumably for your own product niche uh within product opportunity explorer and uh comparing that to your actual product listing and seeing okay where is their conflicts where is there alignment it's a it's a great feedback loop but I also want to make sure that uh you understand it it is a starting point whichever language model that you use probably will work just fine on this. Um, I'm going to show you chat GBT, but whatever one works. It's a starting point for a conversation about your product listing and the the niche, and you can always add in more information, and you can continue to kind of go down a rabbit hole if you want, but let me go let me show you how to put this together uh pretty easily. Um, and actually I will there is where is it? No, I'll have to share it afterwards. So my chat I had a link on the chat but I'll I'll get back to it. Um, so in your seller central account um if you go to your main navigation uh dropdown under growth, you should have product opportunity explorer. Go and click through on that. And from there, you're going to you can you can navigate down into a specific product niche is by category or you can simply just say, you know, let me take my number one search term and just search by keyword. You can also do it by your as if you want. It'll still find it. Find the niche that you're in. And you can drill down into it. And then if you scroll down once the results come back for that particular niche, in this case, I'm just using uh makeup remover. Uh and then down below, you can see that new beta section called top niche insights. A lot of people have been talking about how that rolled out uh this week. And so it's going to come back with a profile that essentially is saying, okay, here's the niche dynamics, here's the insights, here's some of the uh where things are trending. It's a good opportunity. Uh especially things like highle success factors gets played into uh you can use that with a language model. So what you would do is you would copy this. So, open up your favorite language model, paste this uh copy and paste this text in there, and then the second piece you're going to add to is you're going to navigate to whatever your product is, whether it's a client's, whether you're it's your own. And easiest way to do this, you know, for me, is I simply just uh print this as a PDF. That way, it just creates the listing into a PDF file. that is something I can really easily just upload into the language model and it'll have uh the content the relevant content for the product listing and um I just add that into the PDF. I just upload that PDF into the the language model. So at this point I'll have I'm uploading the the PDF for the product listing. I've copied and pasted the uh the niche analysis from product opportunity explorer and then that leaves just the prompt and the prompt is start out with something simple create a niche alignment scorecard whatever you prefer on this. um it'll come back and it will actually create a table for you that'll point out some of the strengths and weaknesses based off of Amazon's own view through product opportunity explorer as well as the content in your product listing and it'll look for things that you may have seen may have not seen uh just kind of a second eyes. I don't want you to focus on the fact that this niche analysis is the tool inside of product opportunity explorer. What I expect you to do is that anytime Amazon rolls out some new feature, see if you can pair what information, if they're giving you new data like they are here, then pair that with your product listing into the language models and say, "Let's have a conversation about this. Let's see where things match up, where things conflict to see uh and do that, you know, on your hero products." So, whatever Amazon rolls out this week, it just happened to be product opportunity explorers uh niche analysis uh text, you can certainly copy and paste that over. But that is how you would um start the conversation with your language model on your specific product listing and get some new insights that weren't available the week before. That's it. That's the hack. Um, here is the the steps again along with the uh the QR that goes to the PDF of this deck. And just remind reminder, you are absolutely going to want to be at that BDSS12 virtual event uh for my rank ready checklist because I am for sure going to beat Chad on this one. So, awesome. Uh, good stuff, uh, Brian. And remember, uh, we got one more, of the BDSS 12 speakers. I've got six of them on here today. There's actually 15 total, so not everybody could make it on here, but next up is, uh, Jay, who's, uh, also got some, uh, really awesome stuff. And then I'll be show telling you guys how you can actually come to this to the live version of this for for free. Literally for free. Uh, so uh, Jay, go ahead. Man, what you got? Muted. There you go. on my screen. What do you see? Yeah, I see I see just your desktop. It's just a empty desktop. So, I don't if you had two monitors, you might need to drag over or swap the Yeah. Okay, now see the game changer tip for sponsored brand video. Yeah, good. Hey, I'm very excited to be here and I'm doing Amazon for 9 years. Lately, I started doing AI and I have a few communities for AI for e-commerce. I don't have a lot of time and I have a lot to share. So, let's jump to it. Today we're going to talk about the game game changer tip for sponsored brand video. I also going to talk about AI videos um but from a different point of view and how AI open a door we never had before. So before I dive in, please scan this barcode. I going to share with you a prompt how to do whatever I going to teach you today. And then Kevin, can you share the link on the chat so I can continue? Um, yeah. By the way, you're also going to have access to my uh WhatsApp group that I just posted updates about AI for Amazon sellers. Welcome to join. So, let's start. So, when someone search for towels, let's say your product is a toss and you have a video. So, it's cool. It's it's good, but most people using the same video for all the keywords. And my tip over here is to create different keywords for different products. And I'm going to show you why. So, for example, this style, if you're using it for different uses, like a dog towels, some people purchasing it for a dog. And if they're going to see the same video again and again, they're not going to feel connected. They're not going to feel that what they're looking for. Also, if they search for a gym towels, still they're not going to be it's the same video. It's good, but it's not what they're looking for. And some people search for for towels for hair and for other stuff. And the reason like people maybe know that, but the reason people keep uh doing the same video for all the keywords, it's because it's very it cost a lot to create different video for each keyword. But now with the AI, it's much easier. So I just want to show you how it will look like and how to do it with my prompt very easily. So if someone search for dog toiles and you're going to see this type of video, just imagine about the conversion rate and how it's going to change in like it's exactly what he's looking for. So you're going to click on it. Or if someone look for gym towels and you're going to see someone using it in the gym, of course, it's going to give you much better results. Same as if they looking for towels for air. So again, it's the same product and it's also the same video, just the beginning, the first part of the video, I change it to the keyword. So how do I'm doing it? Let's think we let's say we have another keyword a car tells to clean the car. Okay. And I have a image. This image I also create with AI. I'm going to show you in the uh videos how to do the whole process. But now we only going to talk about this part. So okay. So we we know we need a video for for the beginning for the hook of the video uh for cleaning the car. So, I'm going to show you in live how to take the image, put it just borrow it in JPT with my prompt, get a prompt for VO3, copy paste it to uh to VO and have a a different video in 2 seconds and uh like in in V3 cost a few cents like 20 40 cents depends which plan you have and you can have unlimited uh videos begin videos to begin your video in in the PPC. Okay. So, let's do it in live. This is the link I shared with you in the email. By the way, if you don't find it in the email, go to promotion or spam. You're going to find it. You have all the instructions how to do it. It's super easy and it's a prompt that I It's really like advanced prompts that I build. You just press over here copy and you go to chip and paste it together with the product with the image. So do it first. So this prompt going to analyze the image. You're going to know if if it's image I already did it before. you know if this image it's a lifestyle or or a different type of image and compared to this like after that you know which type of prompting to give you is giving you four different prompts. So if you're not going to like one maybe you're going to like the other or you can choose you also rate it between one to 10 what you think going to be the best. So, it's so simple. You just copy paste it. Go to flow and prank to video. Upload the image from here. Yeah, I actually already have it here. So, and paste the prompt. And that's it. I going to do the the all four options that he gave me. Let's see what we didn't know. He already gave me few options. So, I'm going I'm going to use this again. And it cost me 20 cent each one. So every time just choose the same image, copy paste the prompt. The third one also. Also, as you see, it's a JSON format. Like I said, it's all everything you need for video. And you can choose the VO3 fast. It's like 20 it's only 20 credits and it's it's uh it's like 20 cent if you if you're doing the ultra account and you have a um it's for 3 months going to cost you 20 cent or 40. It's still it's nothing compared to what you get. Um I just want to say about this um prompting that it's if if you're going to put for example a main image so you're going to know to put to give you different type of prompt in the BDSS we're going to show exactly how to use to make a full product video most people using videos to be two different type of videos I'm focusing more in lifestyle video the way we used to do videos till now just lifestyle video with uh music and and and text a little bit. So, we're going to show all the process, but now I just want to focus on the Yeah. So, it's it's also really fast. You can see and let's see what happened. First time I see it. So, just think about the the video ad that's starting with this one. And you can see that each video it's different like I told them to to be some of them to create really different. Yeah, this is a little bit crazy. Let me show you another one. So it's I think it's really high quality compared to what we did few few weeks and few months ago with the AI. So you saw how fast it was just to create another hook and then you take this put it in the beginning of your video put it in in your uh video ad and the conversion going I I already saw in campaigns I can't tell you a number because each product is different some people some products it's not really relevant per different uses for every keyword but definitely can increase or double your your results so this is for today uh Nidius is I'm going to um talk about how to turn one image to a full AI product video. First, we're going to analyze the product with the reviews deeply to know exactly what video we want to create with the avatar. what the users what for example the product I show you in the beginning I thought it's a basel after I analyzed it I realized it's for dogs and air and like everything from the reviews because whoever writes the the bullet points didn't really know his product well so we we are analyze the reviews building a strategy what going to be the the lifestyle images that we're going to turn into videos then we're going to generate the the image the images with your products inside with JPT and more tools. And then we're going to take this images into a full video like uh we're going to have like seven different things with opening and closing and and and uh between the scenes also we're going to have some cool stuff. And then we're going to take everything together to one final video uh with music and copy. So, I'm very excited about it and it can save you a lot of money for your products videos. So, I recommend it to come. Thank you very much. If you didn't do it before, you can scan again the barcode and get it. That's awesome stuff, Jay. Thank you. Uh, someone said, uh, so to get the the prompt, you got to, uh, scan the QR code and then, uh, you fill out your email and then he sends that to you. Chad said that the link uh in the email is just going back to the signup page. I don't know if the the link in the email is going to the right place. I just I just going to throw you the the link for everyone. The direct link to the Eric said he had the same. Okay, there's the direct link. Uh thanks for doing that, Jay. So, in the chat for those of you that are here live uh on the replay, it's funny because I saw it before and I and I thought I fixed it. So, want to fix it fix it for people on the replay uh so that they get it. Um if you if you're able to um but yeah look in the chat um Alex um and uh Andrew you see if that link works for you guys. Um and that should take you straight there. It looks like uh let me just click it. Make sure. Okay. Yep. He says that worked also. Access it also to the signup page. Um, both. No, it links uh to the V3 master specialist. Um, so if you look at the link that he just posted, he posted it to everyone here, guys. Um, in the chat, he just posted it to the panelists, I think. Oh, he did. Duh. Oh, sorry. That's why Eric said it. Andrew said it works. Okay. Um, let me repost. You're right. Thank you. Sorry about that, everybody. Ah, I copied the wrong thing. Why is it not copying? Oh, yeah. It's Yeah, you can also Kevin Oh, you got me. Yeah, thanks Andrew. I just posted it to Sorry about that everybody. Yeah, he posted it just to the panelist. We're like, "Yeah, it works. It works." And everybody else like, "No, it doesn't work." Awesome. Cool. Yeah. So, if someone don't have it, they can also copy paste it from here. Yeah. I can fix the the email for Awesome. Cool. Awesome. Well, thanks uh Jay. That's going to be that's good stuff. All this is good stuff. I mean, this is just six little samples out of uh 15 that are going to be at at the at the BDSS. So, let me show you a couple things here and then uh we'll wrap this up. Um let me uh share my screen again. Uh and turn off. See playful. Oh, nope. Oops. Not play from There we go. Uh, all right. Should be should be good. All right. Cool. So, what I want to show you, you know, there's a lot of content out there. I mean, just on this webinar, there's been a ton of content and there's tons of podcast, tons of uh just sometimes it just gets overwhelming like someone said earlier. So, what I've created is this BDSS oracle. You I showed you that that uh BDS billiondollar sellers media earlier. Well, I've created something called the Oracle. And the Oracle basically is taken all of that content that that you saw on uh earlier at bill billiondollar sellers. Media, all the podcast, all the newsletters, all the webinars, and all that stuff, plus all of the BDSS content from the last five BDSS events back to uh before Puerto Rico. So all the stuff that was on stage, all the virtual stuff, all that stuff that's not included in that free version is included in here and you can actually chat with it. So versus v versus v versus v versus v versus v versus v versus v versus v versus v versus v versus the other one that's free that's a keyword-based tool. This is a like a chat GBT tool where you can actually type it type with it. So you can come in here and you can actually type things like uh if speaking to a PPC agency what question should I ask them and we'll pull all of the stuff from that entire library of stuff and then you can interact with it. Well tell me more or what's number three tell me just like you would with chat GBT. It's an L a full LLM of all that content at the bottom. I don't have it in the screenshot here. At the bottom are references. I cut I cut this off, but at the bottom will be links. It'll say here's seven links that talk about this if you want to dive deeper on it. So, it would have that or here's give me some ideas on exactly where I can source products and it'll spit out this this kind of stuff. I'm still refining this right now. So, it's not ready to actually be launched, but it's about to be launched and it's only going to be for people that are inside the billion-dollar sellers club. It's not going to be free out there to the public. You can't buy it. It's only going to be available to people inside the circle group, inside the billion-dollar sellers club, but we we're fine-tuning some of the the prompting and some of the stuff. Now, there's a little bit of of uh greasing the wheels we got to do to make it work exactly like we want it to work, but it's about to come out. It's a massive massive library of content. Basically, every podcast that I've done that I've been on, every newsletter, every BDSS talk, every webinar, everything's all in there. It's a master library. And that's better than just going to chat GBT, which may have some false information or some some old information. and it doesn't have all this insider stuff. So that that's that's coming. And now BDSS12, like I've been saying, is coming on April 19th. I'm not April, August 19th to the 21st. It's online. You can find out all about it at bdss12.com. Uh it's it's the way I do these events. It's not a Zoom call. It's not a pre-recorded. Everything is 100% live. We have breakout rooms. We have all kinds of cool stuff. It's three Can someone mute up there? someone's uh not muted um on the speak speaker side um if you don't mind muting. Um it's it's all it's all like a 3D thing. It's a really cool interactive platform. Uh and so I highly recommend um you you check it out. These are the sponsors. Uh we've got a lot of great sponsors that that are behind it. Uh it's really really good. Uh these are all the speakers. Some of the six of them you heard from a little bit today, but I've got 14 really great speakers that are coming up. Plus the uh about 10 people from the dream 100 are coming on as well to do a mastermind call. This is everything that's being talked about. You can see all this stuff on the website. I'm not going to go through it all here, but you can see what Andrews the two Andrews are speaking about. Anthony, myself. I'm doing a keynote on the first day. It's brand new stuff. Nia speaking, uh John, Chad, Brian, Chris, Jay. You can all you can see all these topics if you click on their photo on the BDSS12. If you want to see what they're exactly talking about, you can see all this stuff. Uh here's more of them. Uh, it's a lot of really good content that I've made sure that this is the best of the best. This is not what you're going to see anywhere else. It's brand new stuff. Plus, we're doing a mastermind with these members of the Dream 100. So, this will be like pick their brain type of stuff. This will be really, really good as well. So, I encourage you to actually um join us. This will be on the first day. You can see the whole schedule at bdss12.com as well. Um, we also do a smart showdown so you uh as someone in the audience can participate if you want to. If you've got a cool tactic or or technique that you want to that you can share in five minutes or less, you get to come on and actually share that and compete for $2,500 cash. And a lot of times this is one of the most favorite parts of the event because there's a lot of really smart people that are in the audience that aren't up on the stage and they share some really cool stuff. So, this is a $2,500 and so you can start thinking about that if you're going to be joining us. So, what you might want to do if if you want to do it and participate, but it's really cool. It's $2,500 cash uh that you get um total total cash, green stuff, not not not credits for something. Um again, it's August 19th to the 21st. You can find out everything, the schedule, who's speaking, the topics, everything at bdss12.com and you can buy tickets there as well. There's two ticket options. There's one for BDSS12 live. It's $497 uh right now. Last year it was $997. It's $497. You can access from anywhere in the world. You get to watch it all live over those three days. If you want the uh recordings at you can get it for $697. So if you can't make it all live or you want all the recordings, the AI summaries and everything, it's a couple hundred more cuz it takes time to prepare those. So you can come to it live for $4.97 and watch it all live as much as you can or you can do the 697 option and you get all the recordings, you get the PDFs, any all the the the deliverables is what they call them for $6.97. But what I want to do is for all you guys that that are on the webinar today is I want to give you the live portion for free. So that's $497 value that I want to give you for free just for being here on this today. And then if you decide, hey, I want the replays as well because I can't make it all. You just pay 200 bucks extra and that's it. Uh, and then you get the replays. You get all this stuff. Three days of massively good content. Now, your inbox is probably full of webinars and summits and trainings and challenges and courses. There's tons of this kind of stuff. Honestly, most of these waste your time and they don't provide a lot of value. You're sitting through two hours and you got one thing, if anything, sometimes. So, how do you know how to cut through the clutter and what you should pay attention to? That's why I started the billion-dollar sellers club or BDSC. This is your people. These are the top people in the space. I bring the top experts and the and and I do it totally different. I I just launched it a couple weeks ago, so we're just getting going. You can try this out for just $9. $9 for 30 days and then it's $99 a month after that. You can cancel anytime. There's no commitment. There's nothing like nothing like that. This is the training we just did last week with Josh on Tik Tok stuff. Amazing. People were like, "Holy cow, this is like worth the price alone just on his training that he did." All the replays are in there. So, if you don't make stuff live, you get access to all the replays there. There's chat in there. Um, this is the a talk we did with experts, uh, expert roundt. You see Dan who did that perplexity stuff. Lauren who did the stuff I showed you about Shopify. We have Melissa on there and then myself. We do these every single month as well. We just did one yesterday on Tik Tok shop. Uh this one that's on the screen was a couple weeks ago for last month. Um then we have like manors in there posting cool stuff. Uh one of the dream 100 members people are posting little tips and stuff into the chat. Um we have all this stuff. So there's a mastermind with me every single month where you get to ask me directly. I'm on I have a talk with me directly as a group. We have the expert round table. I bring on three experts uh and we we go deep on stuff. Um, we have a tactical expert guest. So, like Josh was the first one and he went deep on some uh Tik Tok stuff and what he's doing to source products and uh we have going to have a smart week coming up. You get access to the BDSS oracle that I just showed you. Then you get a $497 credit. That's how you can come to the BDSS12 for free. Uh you also get the private community and I do a printed newsletter, an oldfashioned like send it through the mail. doesn't matter where in the world you are that has additional stuff in it that's not online that comes out once a quarter and you get access uh to the dream 100 uh which is my my group the group of like people that I've vetted it's a lot of stuff uh it's just getting going but you can sign up for it for just $9 and try it out and you can cancel at any time you get a credit when you sign up for $497 you can use that for the BDSS12 virtual or you're like well you know what I've already got a ticket to that or I've already I can't I'm not interested in that you and save it. You can use it for Market Masters if you want to come to Market Masters or you can save it and use it for a virtual next year or the live event in Nashville next year. You can use it for anything that you want. Like I said, there are recordings. There's no commitment. You can cancel anytime. Uh and each person, if you got a bunch of people in your company, each person needs a membership. So, it's not a it's not a group thing, but it's just n bucks for the first 30 days to try it out. And if you don't like it, you just cancel and that's it. But when you sign up for $9, um, and why should you sign up for $9? This is these are quotes that were sent to me that I did not ask for. They just sent them to me after I just opened this on the 17th of July. So, it's only like 3 weeks old. Uh, we have we have a quote here from John's. It said between Hadley's presentation and the the the first round table, he's already gotten 100x the value. Uh, uh, I would hope so for for $9, but he's got well over 100x the value. Uh, I think he's been at $99. And then you had, uh, Andrew, who I think is maybe on this call saying, "Hey, sorting out what to watch is is difficult. Uh, this stuff is like really, really good." And then you had Amy after she listened to a replay, she's like, "Hey, I was just watching Jos Hadley's presentation." And I don't think people realize what kind of content is hiding behind this this payw wall. It's going to be amazing stuff and I encourage you to join. So when you join for $9, you get BDSS12 Live for free. 49 if you if you choose to do that $497. If you want to then get the recordings, it's just $200 more. I'll give you a coupon code that you use at bdss12.com that that knocks this 400 makes it basically free. Uh unless you want the recordings. Now, that's not all though. For you guys that have stayed on this webinar, a bunch of people have left, but the people there's still several hundred of you on here. The people that are still here, I actually want to double your money. Instead of $497, I want to give you $994. That's that's $4972 if I did my math right because I want to really help you unlock your potential with this. So, the first 99 that will sign up for BDSC today for $9. You can cancel anytime you want. You're not committed. Uh try it out. See if you like it. You'll get a coupon code next week. We emailed to you. Sign up today. You'll get a coupon code next week to use to go sign up for BDSS12. Uh that will knock the $497 off. Makes the live part free. And you only pay $200 if you want the recordings. Or if you don't want the recordings, then it's 100% free. First 99 to sign up will get that today. Plus, I'm going to give you a second $497 credit, a second credit. So, you're going to get a second credit for $497. That's good for Market Masters 3. Maybe you want to come in November to Market Masters 3. Maybe you want to come to the virtual event BDSS13 next year. Or maybe you want to come to Nashville and meet all of us in person. Nashville is April 4th to the sorry 8th to the 12th next year. You can use for that to apply to that ticket. Whatever you want. It's your choice. You'll get a second $497 credit just for signing up today for 9. Now to get the second credit, you got to stay three months. To get the the access to BDSS live, you just got to stay one month. You got to be active in BDSC when the live happens. So you can't sign up today for $9. Get your coupon home and cancel tomorrow. you got to wait till after the BDS um the BDSS live 12 uh and then you can cancel but then there's no commitment. You're not getting charged again or anything. But this one you got to stay at least 3 months and then you'll get a second credit for $497. That's pretty cool. Um so this is how it works. You just join BDSC for $9 the first month. Then it's $99 each addition. You can cancel anytime. Cancel anytime you wish after BDSS12. So, after a couple weeks before you get build again, if if you're worried about that or you don't find value from it, you'll get a coupon code next week to use to sign up for BDSS12. Stay 3 months or more in BDSC, then you get a second $497 credit. Uh, and then you can enjoy the replays that are in there, the stuff that you already missed. You can go back and watch those at your leisure, plus access to all the new content. But maybe here, I'm not interested in BDSC. I just want to come to the live and see what these guys talk. You can do that, too. Just go to bdss12.com and purchase either a live or a replay ticket. enjoy the show and don't worry about BDSC or don't worry about that. It's it's up to you. You can do it either way. But I think if you don't join for $9 and get it's um I don't know. It's kind of like uh got to be a little bit not thinking. So here's the QR code to use. If you want to just go to uh BDSS12, you can scan the code on the left. If you don't if you want to join for $9 and join the BDSC, uh you can use go to amzmarketer.combdsc or scan that QR code on the right. For $9, you'll get in the BSC, get access to all the current stuff that's in there. We just started a month ago, so there's like four or five things uh from the last presentation, so you'll be able to see plus all the ongoing stuff. Plus, you'll get a coupon code next week to use for the virtual event. And if you stay for 3 months, you'll get a second $497 coupon code that you can use in the future for any other event. So, I hope to see you guys in there. I hope you got some value from this today. I'm just going to check here to see if there's any uh questions before we wrap this up. Uh but remember, it's the first 99 that sign up and we'll get that second uh access to that second 497. Um, Alonso, I'll I'll talk to uh I I'll I'll reach out to you and let you know on that um on your question. Let me check the chat here. So, if you already have like Stan says, I already have a ticket to BDSS12. Um so, you can use yes, the 994 can be used for future stuff. So you can use it for Market Masters 3, you can use it for BDSS13, you can use it for BDSS Nashville. So it's up to you. So you you don't have to use it for BDSS12. If you've already got a uh you did one of the early bird things or you've already got a ticket for BDSS12 or maybe you won it in a contest at Prosper or something like that, uh then no, you're not screwed. You you'll still you can apply it towards something in the future. Um yeah, if you signed up, Peter, and a couple people say if you signed up in the p uh in the past couple weeks, yes, you do get the uh you get uh the credit. You'll get if you sign if you sign up one of the beta people that signed up in the last couple weeks, you get both. You get both. You'll get the 497. And if you stay the 3 months, you'll get another 497 for for trusting and signing up in the beginning. Uh you will get that. So Peter and uh uh Alphonso, I think that and Will. Um, yeah, you will get the extra credit as long as you stay the three months. Um, Jonathan, you two. Yeah, all of you that are on here, yeah, there's there's about 80 or 90 people in there right now cuz I haven't really advertised it that much. This is the first kind of time I've kind of put it out there. It's going to grow to probably 300 to 800 people. Somewhere between 300 and 800. I'm about to you'll start getting seeing a lot of emails from me over it over the next week for this and BDSS12. So, the people that missed this webinar, um, they won't get that extra 49 that that bonus. They'll just get the one credit. They won't get the one the second one. Uh, you got to be one of the first 99. Uh, Maurice just signed up. Appreciate that, Maurice. Uh, thanks for coming, Mary. Appreciate uh your kind words. Um, Chris, yeah, um, you'll get that second 497, Chris, since you already signed up. Um, let me just check here. Um, no. I haven't read uh Damen said, "I haven't read uh Hermosy's $und00 million offer book, but I'm very familiar with with Hermosi." Uh, the link is and Andre is the link should be on the screen right now. Is the link u I'll put it in the chat here. That should be Did I stop sharing? I don't think I stopped sharing. Um, but let me Oops, I just hit the thing off. Let me put it in the chat to everyone. just in case. Sorry, just typing right now. I'm not ignoring. Oh, that should work. Let me just double check. I typed it right. Yep, I typed it right. So, that should uh should work. code. Um, like when you sign up, make sure you activate your Circle account. So, you should get a like a second email. Sometimes it goes to spam or junk. Make sure you activate it or you won't actually when you try to log in, it won't let you log in, but you can log in and you can go in and you can watch uh the the group thing on TikTok we did yesterday, Josh's presentation from last week. The other group thing, the mastermind I did, we did with me. We're doing a mastermind next week with me. You see the schedule in there. It's just getting going. So, uh it's it's just now you'll be one of the the early birds uh to get into that. Um thanks, uh Assan. Uh appreciate it. Um thanks Scott for signing up. Julie confirms that it works. Um she can see the post in the community. Good job. Just make sure you do activate it. Sometimes it it it that's a little trick. People like, I signed up and now what do I do? Uh, you should get an email. Uh, it should take you in. There's there's like a button that says like confirm or I forget exactly what it says. If you miss that, should get an email. And just make sure you actually uh do whatever it says. I forget what it exact says. If you don't and it's sitting there and it shows me that you're idle, then I'll probably reach out to you and say, "Hey, um, make sure you go reset your password." Uh, so if if you have some sort of trouble, once you're in there, you should be able to see uh the stuff. Like I said, it's it's brand new. It's a It's a It's a brand new baby, so it's just getting rocking and rolling, but it's um the people that are in it are loving it. Um uh let's see that uh Jonathan says, "What is the URL for the BDSC replays?" It's in the It's in the circle group. So, if you go to BDSC.circle.so bdsc.circle.so, Jonathan, all the replays are in there. If you look in the the post section, you should be able to find them in the post section. It's like BD, it's on the left hand side. It's like one of the columns says BDSC posts or something like that. You should you'll find all the replays are posted there usually the same day. Like the one from yesterday was posted last night. So you you can you should be able to find them there. Or the event section sometimes if you go up to the event section a tab and you can see that it's like a calendar and you can click on them that way. Those are the two ways to to actually to get in there. Um, cool. Interesting to see if there's any other questions for anybody. Um, Becky, thanks for signing up. I don't know if you have to create a new Circle account. If you if you don't have a Circle account, I think you have to create one, but if you already have a Circle account, you should be able to use that Circle account. Um, but if you have some trouble, just message um message me, Becky, and I I'll get you sorted out. Uh, but I I'm brand new to Circle 2, so I'm I'm still learning my way around there. So, I'm not a Circle expert. I'm still figuring out what buttons to hit and what to do on it. Um, so I'm a little novice there as well, but we'll get you sorted either way. Um, so again, just uh just as a a quick reminder, um, for those of you that are still on here, you have this in the background. If you missed it, the QR codes on the screen, also links in the chat. Um, but you get uh BDSS12 live for free and when you'll get a coupon code that will knock $497 off and then that's basically you get in for free as long as you can watch it all live. If you decide, hey, I want the replays, you'll just pay an extra $200 and you'll get all the replays and PDFs and all that stuff. Uh, that's up to you. You can or you can save this and use it for something in the future. Market Masters 3, uh, the next virtual event, the Inerson event in Nashville next April, whatever you want to do. And then if you if you join and you stay at least three months, then you I'll give you a second $497 credit, a second credit that you can then use in the future. You won't be able to use it right now, but you'll be able to use that for Market Masters 3 in November or for Nashville next year or for the next virtual event. Uh it it's your choice. It doesn't expire as as long as I'm alive. Um it's good. Basically, uh it's the first 99. So the guys that those of you that stayed on this are the ones that get advantage to this. Again, here's how it works. Just in case you missed it, join for $9 the first month. After that, it's $99, but you can cancel anytime. Uh if once you can't cancel though before BDSS12 because uh you got to cancel after BDSS 12. So, you got to stay at least 2 weeks, but that's before you get build again. So, if you're worried about build getting build again or you're not finding any value from it, then then cancel. Um you'll get a coupon code next week that you'll then go to BDSS12. You'll get instructions. Go to bdss12.com. You'll you'll choose your ticket type, either a live ticket. Enter a coupon code, it'll make it zero. Or if you choose that the option for live uh live plus replay, it'll say 697, it'll take $497 off and then you just would pay 200 bucks. So, it's your choice. You stay 3 months or more, you'll get that second $497. And when you sign up today, you can go in um and access the content that's there. It's not a ton yet because we just started, but it's good stuff. Uh it's really good stuff that's worth your time, worth listening to. Or you can just say, "I don't interested in this. I just want to come to BDSS12." You can go to bdss12.com and just buy a ticket straight up. Uh it's your choice. Or you can save your 497 uh and not use it. Just buy a ticket to BSS12 and then use that down the road for something else if if you prefer. It's totally up to you. Those are the QR codes. One more time. Um see if there's any more last questions. Um, so Beth says, "Do I get the live BDSS13 coupon on my email once I signed up?" No, you won't get it, Beth. You won't get it right this second. I send those out next week to everybody that's in the club. So everybody that's in the club that has an active account next week. You'll get a a special email from me with a coupon code. And it's to BDSS 12, not 13 is the one that's happening in January. It's to 12. you'll get the coupon code and if you stay three months, you'll get a second $497 credit which you could then use for anything you want in the future which could be BDSS1 13 or BDSS14 which is in uh Nashville the in person that's the one you have to fly or drive to in Nashville or Market Masters if you decide to come to Market Masters either as an audience member uh or as a a hot seat person you can use it for that too. It's it's totally totally up to you. Yeah, Jack says he hadn't seen the coupon code yet. Don't worry, Jack. The coupon code will be emailed to you next week. So, just uh real quick, this is the the way it works right here. Uh you see number three, uh you'll get a coupon code to use next week to sign up for BDSS 12. BDSS12 starts the following week, starts the 19th, so you got plenty of time. So, it's nothing uh nothing to worry about. So, Becky, uh, to you asking if you sign up for Market Masters, how do you request a hot seat? If you go to billiondollerssummit.com, that big long email address, um, billiondollscellersummit.com, there's an option on there. It says market masters. You'll start getting emails from this from me soon. I'll I'll start promoting it. Um, but you can go and there's two, if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page on Market Masters, there's two options. One is an audience ticket, which is I think a little over three grand. Uh, that includes all your food. Does not include your airfare or your hotel. Um, which we help you organize, but if if you want that, but includes all the food, includes everything. Or you can do a hot seat. The hot seats are a little bit more expensive. Um, you have that option there. And then there's an option. The first there's 11 rooms in the mansion. We take two of them for our staff and then so there's nine rooms that some of the guests can stay in. You can choose that option there uh and to stay in the mansion. Otherwise, we'll send you a link. We have a a deal with a hotel uh nearby with a shuttle and stuff that that we put people in. But then that includes all your food. The price includes all your food, all your drinks, uh access to to everything. So there's two options. There's nine hot seats. They last about 2 and 1/2 hours each. There's three each day. So, those are the best value, but not everybody can afford that. Or some people are scared to sit in a hot seat. Uh, and have their basically business torn apart and then built back up. It's it's exceptionally valuable, but it makes some people nervous uh but um and they feel vulnerable, but it's really really good. Um, so though uh you can go there, but you'll get more information on that soon. If you want to jump in and make sure you're one of those nine, I would go to market to billiondollar sellersummit.com. Choose the market masters link. I think it's the one on the far right and then go and grab a hot seat that um those once I start marketing those pretty heavily, those will sell. And that's what the two people in the examples I showed you that went from 1.5 to 5 million and went from 110 million to now a billion, they did hot seats. Um but audience people too get a massive value. You get to sit in on the hot seats. Some people make their hot seat closed and they're like, I don't want anybody listening. I want to be totally private. Then it's just you and the experts and me. But other most people like 90% say it's okay to have it open because then everybody else gets to sit in and you're sitting on some couches. It's very informal. It's not like a auditorium. You're on a stage or anything. And you get to listen to what's being asked and what's being said and there's super value in that. The experts are even taking their own notes from other experts. It's it's just crazy good. Uh, and then my chef comes out, my masseuse comes out and doing free massages. Then you can pay for additional massages. My my trainer comes out. Probably have a stretch person this time. We do a party on Saturday. It's it's just an incredible. It's just like the video says, like summer camp for Amazon sellers. It's it's amazing time and valuable valuable networking and information. Hopefully that that helps answer that question a little bit. Heather says, "How do you get the 497 credit?" Uh um in case you missed that, Heather, it's that will be sent to you next week. It's number three. It's on the screen right now. Oh, I'm sorry. You said never mind. You answered it. All right, cool. All right, that's one last time. That's the uh the QR code. If you haven't joined us, hopefully you will join us. Uh a replay of this webinar will go out shortly. It'll also be at billiondollarcellers media. So, if for some reason you don't get the email, you're like, "Damn, I never got it or it went to your spam or got deleted," check billiondollarellers. media in a in a a day or two and it should be uh on there as well. You'll find that under the webinars section. So, if if you miss it, you'll be able to check it there.
